We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very friendly and always available to answer any questions. The apartment was lovely, cozy and felt very much like home. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is amazing – very central and convenient, with everything within easy reach. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

The apartments are beautiful, well manteined and cleaned. The position is perfect, is in the heart of Plaka. The cherry on the cake is the amazing terrace with beautiful flowers and from where you can admire the Acropolis: a real dream!

Excellent location in a vibey area close to everything. The apartment was well kitted out with a great shower and lovely toiletries. A nice touch was the yoghurt supplied for breakfast. The owner was very helpful with organising taxis for us to and from the airport and all instructions in terms of check in etc were communicated clearly. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The cleanliness was excellent, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable for our family. The location is perfect, right in the center of Athens and we were able to reach all the historical attractions on foot without needing a taxi, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality. We will definitely come back again!

Amazing property. Really clean, furnished with everything needed. Perfect for our family of four. The rooftop terrace with the view over the acropolis was a highlight. In a GREAT location, a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, bars and all the attractions. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive to everything we needed - great food recommendations.

Perfect for families with teenagers

The studio apartment was clean with a full compact kitchen; complete with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. The furnishings appeared new (to me) Bed was comfortable, showers were good and there was a SMART TV as well Rooftop terrace was a plus where you can chill and could have a smoke and take in the view of a part of the Acropolis Walking distance to most of the sights in the old town like the Acropolis, the museum, Temple of Hephaestus, etc. Great location. Lots of cafes and restaurants and shops within walking distance all around Public transport easily accessible (metro, trams, buses) The hosts gave clear instructions on on how to self check and enter the apartment. You can request to be met and assisted for the check in (for a fee), but I think it is not needed Great communication with the hosts from directions on how to get there, suggestions on sight seeing, shops, laundromat, etc. We were also lucky to be able to check in a bit earlier - thank you.

The studio apartment was a bit small - just enough for 2 pax.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Durch die große Fensterfront ist die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet. Das war im März sehr schön, da es auch einige graue Tage gab.

El barrio de Plaka ,donde esta el apartahotel, es la mejor de la ciudad , tranquila y cerca de todos los lugares maravillosos de Atenas , Acropolis, Monastiraki etc... La comunicacion fue excelente y el check- in facil , comodo y rapido. Lo recomiendo totalmente y si vuelvo a la ciudad repetire .

Location is great!! We ended up only staying one night, but it was very easy to get around from here. Great place if you’re traveling with a family or need more than one bed.

Everything was very good. We didn’t have any face-to-face interaction with our hosts, but they were very responsive if we needed them and the instructions for entering the apartment were very clear. We had no issues with arrival.

Appartement super bien situé et très agréable

Lovely property. We were upgraded to the suite when I mentioned it was my birthday which was a lovely gesture. Suite was very spacious, great facilities, modern design, powerful shower. Very clean and central location. Some lovely extra touches too like Greek yoghurts, bottled water and sparkling wine in the fridge. Host was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Amazing value for the price point. Researched a lot of places and chose this as it had the best reviews.

Only negative was the loud church bells in the area that rang from the very early hours of the morning and sometimes on the hour during the night which woke us up. Having said that I think at least one of the days was a religious celebration day so possibly not the usual experience. The property itself was lovely and central location great for exploring Plaka and walking distance from Psyri so this was the only downside

The location is the best place to stay for first-time visitors to Athens, as it is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The facilities were excellent. We were able to cook for ourselves when we wanted to, and the beds were super comfortable. The management was amazingly helpful and responsive as well.

There was a construction site nearby that had an alarm system which kept going off, probably triggered by one of the neighborhood cats. But the management contacted the owner and had them turn the volume down on the alarm.

We stayed here with our family and had an amazing time. The apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need. Plus, it's located right in the heart of Palaka, so you can walk to museums, the Acropolis, gardens, supermarkets, and restaurants serving Indian, Asian, European, and American cuisine - you name it! 😋 The host is super supportive and always available on WhatsApp. We loved our 3-night stay and can't wait to come back and stay here again! 🏨 10/10 would recommend! 👍"

Bed was a bit too firm for soft Americans. It is very loud until late and not for light sleepers,which is because it is in such a fun location. Church bells every half hour all night long as well. Even so I would happily stay here again.

Locatie is geweldig. Precies tussen alle drukte en gezelligheid van de stad. Vassilis was echt heel erg vriendelijk en eenvoudig te bereiken. We kregen een upgrade. Zo fijn. Prachtige suite met eigen dakterras. Badkamer was top en bed prima. Al op veel plekken geslapen, maar deze stak er positief bovenuit. Oh en ook heel sfeervol ingericht.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and is well located. The terrace was lovely and you can see the acropolis from the rooftop terrace. The combo locks were nice so we did not have to deal with keys and the elevator was appreciated with luggage. Check in instructions were clear

It days there are reception staff but we never saw anyone on site. Perhaps they work remotely. We could reach them via WhatsApp when needed so no big deal.

Perfect location, within walking distance of museums, archaeological sites and shops. Exceedingly well designed and equipped apartment. Very comfortable indeed and luggage storage available after checking out. The hosts also arranged pickup and return taxis for the airport.

Lovely to listen to, but the nearby Cathedral bells do chime through the night. We would certainly return here but would bring some earplugs with us

L'apartament molt complet i nou. Molt ben situat, al inici del barri de Plaka, a 10 minuts de tot. Hi ha un terrat comú, amb taula, cadires, tumbones, etc. amb vistes a l'Acropolis. Ideal per pujar a esmorzar-hi o a sopar. Els anfitrions molt amables, tot i que només tinguem contacte virtual, responen molt ràpid i disposats a fer que l'estada sigui ideal. Quan tornem a Atenes, repetirem!

Balcony, elevator, rooftop terrace, great location, excellent communication with the hosts, thoughtful preparation, well-equipped accommodation, bathroom cosmetics, and a first-aid kit on the ground floor. You can really see that the owners care about their guests and do their best to make the stay enjoyable.

The location is excellent, with all the major attractions within easy walking distance. The highlight for us was the terrace with its breathtaking, mesmerizing view of the Acropolis at night. Andreas was also a fantastic host, always available and helpful with any questions we had. A truly wonderful experience!

Sijainti on todella hyvä Plakan alueella. Lyhyt kävely kaikille paikoille. Helppo sisäänkirjaus, early check-in oli meillä jopa klo 12. Kuljetukset toimi hienosti satamasta ja lentokentälle. Hyvä leveä parivuode, kunnon suihku ja laadukkaat pesuaineet, keittiössä runsas varustus, jääkaapissa oli vettä ja jogurtit aamupalaksi itsetehdyllä hillolla. Poistopuhallin vessassa vei kosteuden ja käryt, ilmalämpöpumpulla lämpöä ja viilennystä.

Ikkunat ja huonestojen ovet on aivan kamalat, äänieristyksestä ei mitään tietoa! Pimennysverhoina sellaset vanerilevyr mutta ei ne ääntä kadulta vienyt. Ikkunat ja huoneistojen ovet jos vaihtaa tähän paikkaan niin sit täys 10.

Location right in the centre of the old town is perfect. Studios are very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous.

Only one thing that could be improved is windows that are triple glazed to be quieter. There was lots of noise, as you’d expect in a city, but thicker windows may improve this.

Thoughtfully and generously appointed with everything a home needs. It was very clean. The host was extremely accommodating and immediately responsive. The location was perfect for our first time in Athens. Close to everything! We would wander into new neighborhoods and always find our way back to Plaka quite easily. Note that the site says parking is available and it is, but it is not free. The host gave us 2 options for overnight parking. The owners of the place we chose were very nice and accommodating as well. Yes, it is loud in the area so bring your ear plugs. We bought some at a farmacia after our first night and we were all good.

Excellent central location - everything is within 10mins walk. Apartment was well furnished with everything we could need. Roof top area is a fantastic addition.

Great location and good space. Good shower with lots of hot water and good quality towels and linen.

Ply board shutters let the place down. Also was noisy at night but that is the compromise for being in a prime location.
