部屋やお風呂の狭さは値段なりか。 朝食は価格のアップに比較して、ありきたりで、あまり美味しくない。

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026クーラーが故障していたのか室温27度から一向に下がらずでしたが、夜中1時にフロントに電話したところすぐ部屋を変えていただけて良かったです。
おそらく熱中症気味になっていたと思うのですが、その体調不良への対処や何か補填的なものはなかったです。

今回連日夜中に帰宅する宿泊客がうるさかったです。エレベーター前の部屋だったからだとは思いますが、その点は宿泊客に事前の注意を徹底していただきたいと願います。

Reviewed May 26, 2026駅近で、近くにコンビニもあってすぐに買い出しに行けた。テレビにネトフリ等の動画サービスがあり、ログインすれば大画面で見ることができて良かった。接客もとても丁寧だった。
部屋の中の匂いがきつかった。おそらく、バスタブのカーテンの匂い？？で、カビらしきものもあった。バスルームに置いてあったコップは使う気にならず、紙コップを使用した。布団にもシミが目立っていて不快だった。

禁煙の部屋を予約したはずだったが入室するとタバコ臭と他の臭いが気になって残念でした(すぐに空気清浄機を稼働しましたが…) レイトチェックアウトを2時間お願いしたのですが、通常のチェックアウト時間くらいに清掃スタッフさん？が入室されようとノックと声掛けをされて焦った

Es war ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem entsprechend kleinen Bett, was aber der Buchung entsprach. Das Bettzeug war einwandfrei nur die Decke war aufgrund des Stoffes rutschig.

Took time for check in machine. Need to register all personal information. There are three-four staffs so its much faster if we could check in manual. Its nice if we could use usb for Charging.
