Mình ở 13 đêm và rất thích, chắc chắn sẽ book lại khi quay lại Hội An. Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, thoáng đãng với cửa sổ lớn và ban công. Không có muỗi dù mở cửa sổ suốt. Khu vực thuận tiện chỉ cách phố cổ 10 phút đi bộ, yên tĩnh, an toàn, gần các quán ăn uống. Cô chú chủ nhà rất thân thiện, gợi ý mình nhiều quán ăn ngon và các hoạt động trải nghiệm.

Расположение гостевого дома очень хорошее. Ближайший рынок находится в 8 минутах ходьбы. Главные достопримечательности города тоже достаточно близко. Хозяева очень дружелюбны и приветливы.

От гостевого дома мы заказали трансфер до Муйне. До самого автобуса в Хойане доехали без проблем. Когда пересели в слип бас начались неприятности. Во первых в одной из кабин был сломан кондиционер.пришось заткнуть дыру одеялом. Но даже после этого в кабинке было ужасно холодно всю 12 часовую поездку. Во вторых нас не довезли до Муйне. А высадили в Фантьете. Водитель на автомобиле, нанятый транспортной компанией который обязан был на довезти до отеля бесплатно . (Потому что основной билет уже включал в себя стоимость поездки на машине до места проживания). Однако водитель активно пытался содрать деньги и с нас. В итоге водитель наотрез отказался нас везти, утверждая что никто ему за нас не платил. И нам пришлось вызывать другое такси. Было очень неприятно.

La famille qui vous accueille est très gentille et attentionnée. On vous propose des taxis depuis Da Nang à 300 000. Le laundry service est impeccable et les vélos sont gratuits pour se balader. Chambre/sdb impeccables franchement un des meilleurs homestay que j’ai fais au Vietnam. Je recommande fortement pour un passage à Hoi An l’emplacement est idéal à 10 min à pied du vieux quartier.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par nos hôtes, ils nous avaient préparés des bouteilles d'eau fraîches. Ils nous ont gardé nos sacs à dos le temps de récupérer nos chambres. Nous avons donné notre linge à laver le soir et le lendemain matin il était prêt. Je vous recommande cette homestay.

Loved our stay here! Super friendly, helpful staff, clean and lovely rooms, comfy bed and great shower. Perfect location, so close to everything you need. They also did some of our laundry for a great price which was really helpful. I definitely recommend staying here!

Very quiet area. The host was very warm , humble and welcoming. The free cycle was very convenient to go sightseeing . Rooms big. Drinks and water at actual pricing.

Really nice place to stay, unfortunately we stayed just one night but for sure next time we come we will spend all our time there ! They are so welcoming and so nice, they can provide a bicycle if you ask to. You can do laundry, buy drinks. The location is nice if you want to discover more than just the old town : it is central to go everywhere ! The room: calm, clean and comfy We slept so well and felt so good in this homestay ! They helped us booking our night bus too, And you can find good food (and cheap) and good coffees in the neighbourhood! You can find everything you need ! Highly recommend! Estuvimos 2 noches, super encantados, nos organizaron la recogida desde el aeropuerto hasta el alojamiento, nos dieron agua gratis nada más llegar, nos dejaron bicicletas para recorrer los arrozales gratis, nos gestionaron un bus a hue, increíble, el mejor homestay que he estado. Además nos acercaron a la estación una camiseta que nos habíamos dejado. En resumen un 10. Personas super amables y encantadoras. Voy a recomendarlo a todo el mundo. Un placer haberlos conocido.

Famille très sympathique

If you are looking for a place that makes you feel truly at home, this is it. It isn't a luxury hotel, but the hospitality is world-class. The hosts are amazing—especially Tram (one of the twin daughters), who is incredibly sweet, attentive, and speaks great English. ​They went above and beyond for me: "Mama" lent me a bike for the entire day for free, and when I realized I didn't have a lock, she literally ran to get one for me and handed me a large cold bottle of water for my ride. It’s these small, thoughtful gestures that make this place special. I highly recommend staying here if you want an authentic and welcoming stay..

Just being picky but person next door like to smoke on the building.

La gentillesse de la maîtresse de maison, son accueil, son sourire. Elle a toujours cherché à nous aider et nous a proposé de très bonnes adresses pour des activités (cours de cuisine par exemple). Les vélos mis à disposition sont également très appréciables.

Ils avaient accepté une arrivée avant 14h. Une fois sur place, après 13h de trajet, ils nous ont demandé de payer un supplément. Dommage, pas top comme surprise.

Chambre grande et spacieuse, personnel très accueillant et sympathique et emplacement idéalement situé à quelques pas du centre ville. Des vélos nous ont été prêtés gratuitement.

Miejsce prowadzone przez dwoje milych wlascicieli. Pokoje bardzo czyste bylo w nich wszystko co potrzeba. Mozna tez bylo kupic napoje na miejscu. Lokalizacja odpowiednia. Krotki spacer dzielil nas od starego miasta.

Everything about this place starting from the location which is about 1 kms from the ancient town to the lovely hosts, everything was perfect. The hosts were very cordial and arranged airport pick from danang airport at around 1200k VND. There was some language hiccups but they always did more what we asked for. The rooms were clean and huge, we also were given umbrellas to go out when it rained. Overall I would say it was a very good stay and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Hoi an.

Everything was on point

It is in a great location less than 10minute walk from lots of food in the town. We enjoyed it here as it was quiet and away from the busy streets and nightlife. The room was very spacious and excellent value for money. The family was so lovely and answered any queries we had and we could also arrange a taxi to da Nang train station. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice clean room and comfortable bed. The family running the guesthouse are always happy to help in any situation. The premises are in an alley so it’s a quiet neighbourhood just 10 minutes walk from the old town. The free bicycles option is a big plus.

The shower in the bathroom wet the floor but it wasn’t a big problem as they provide quite a few towels. The room is not soundproof so in case there are loud guests next room you hear them.

They had laundry service on site, it was clean folded & ready the next day. Room had a big balcony which was nice to sit outside instead of being in the room all the time.
