Every thing was great, we spent seven days there- close to the beach and only a cheap Grab ride to great Bars and Restaurants. Rooftop pool was great to cool off in the heat. Staff were really helpful and it was definitely value for money.

Everything went well

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt lekker. De kamer was ruim. Locatie prima en Grab is makkelijk in gebruik. Schoonmaak goed en een leuke vijver met vissen.

Er waren wat zaken aan onderhoud/vervanging toe. Trede van de trap naar het zwembad was doorgeroest, ook scherpe en losse tegels in het zwembad. Keukenkastjes scheef en weinig inhoud. Bad zakte ook door, dus voelde niet fijn om onder de douche te staan.

So why does this hotel get a rating over 9? I think I've figured it out, and this is going to be an objective, realistic review that I hope will help. First the good news -- the staff are great and the cleaners are exceptional. As others have commented, there is a lovely breakfast terrace on the 4th floor (great breakfast!) looking out towards the sea, and one floor above that is a sun deck with a swimming pool. The beach is just across the road. All that is true, and very positive.

Unfortunately that was let down by the room. We booked a 'deluxe apartment' with a terrace. Sounds great, and the photos on the website look stunning. The reality is that the room was tiny and dark. The bed takes up most of the space. The 'terrace' is just a closet-size space below a tiny, barred window (photos attached.) I also attach a photo showing the window from the outside. So why are so many people giving a 10 rating? Well, there is always the giddy factor, where they have such a great vacation that they score everything a 10. But it's also possible that they got lucky. Each room is different -- this isn't a standardised hotel -- so some 'deluxe apartments' are small and dark, others are a bit bigger and the windows a bit larger. If you pay a lot more, of course you can get a real terrace -- I think those are the rooms described as 'with balcony.' Unfortunately we were stuck, because no other rooms were available, and we couldn't even upgrade.

My first room was on the ground floor and was very dark with a pokey patio but the 2nd time I stayed I was in a lovely bright light room on the 1st floor with a great balcony!

This is the second time that we have stayed here! The rooftop pool and other rest areas on the floor below are relaxed and inviting! Great views of the beach and sea just across the road! The apartments are all tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with everything you would need. The girl at Reception was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome! The location is good as it is in a quieter part of town but still enough going on around locally for an interesting stay. Breakfast is served in your room which is great! If we come back to Da Nang we will definitely stay there again!

Loved the local area location. The staff are so lovely and very helpful. Helped us with train bookings to and from Hue and other very useful information. If you stay more than 3 nights you are offered free transport from the airport. The breakfast in your room is so good.

Helpful and friendly people, delicious breakfast served in our room or their terrace, very quite place, yet walking distance and close to many attractions. The room is big and cosy. They offered us 2 pieces of cake just because they forgot our pick up, a driver arrived only 10 min late after we notified them but they kept apologising. Making mistakes is human but the way you handle them makes a huge difference

The Family Suite was spacious and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and view. Location was fabulous! Away from the crowds, Cani Beach House is perfect, across the road from the beach.

Posizione molto buona. Staff disponibilissimo, cordiale e preciso (si sono ricordati di renderci un reato di cui ci eravamo dimenticati). Offrono tour a prezzi vantaggiosi (comparati a fare da soli con grab e pagare ingresso alle varie attrazioni) e soprattutto con un tour operator veramente carino. Interni molto belli (non siamo nel lusso sfrenato) ma veramente belli, con tanto di laghetto dei pesci e frigo minibar (a pagamento nella reception). Si può noleggiare lo scooter direttamente in albergo a prezzi eccezionali. Interni e camere molto spaziose e sempre pulite, con tanto di bottigliette d’acqua cambiate ogni mattina, senza ma una dimenticanza (come mi é spesso capitato in hotel ben più blasonati). E per concludere a qualsiasi ora lo staff sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare e il prezzo che per gli standard europei ti permetterebbe di dormire solamente sotto a un ponte. Sicuramente se dovessi, anzi quando tornerò a Da Nang tornerò presso questa struttura. Ottimo lavoro🤩🥳!

Unica piccola pecca forse (per chi non é abituato alla cucina vietnamita) la scelta della colazione intercontinentale è forse un po limitata, va comunque detto che lo staff la prepara e ve la consegna al piano 4 per avere colazione con vista (prima foto) o direttamente in camera, sempre puntuali e sorridenti quindi stiamo parlando di dettagli. 😃

Great location across from lovely beach at the quiet end. It is a bit hidden so don't be put off... You need to get inside! Room was wonderful with microwave, fridge, kettle and view of beach, mountains and lady Buddha. Chosen breakfast was delivered to room every morning! Rooftop pool was spotless with views all around. We will hopefully be back! Staff were kind, helpful in every way and friendly. We really loved our stay here.

Cani Beach made everything possible for us to have a comfortable stay for two weeks. The room was perfect for a couple. The hotel offered laundry, scooter rental, breakfast and pick up from airport. Location right in front of the beach, but away from the main area. Surroundings are not great, but there is a nice little massage/spa place called Yenvy that I do recommend! If you have a scooter or catch a grab, you will have no issues.

It was so comfortable it felt like home. The staff were just lovely, helpful and the house keeping done a great job. Big king size bed and small kitchen area with fridge was handy. Nice pool, swim at the beach in calm waters. It’s in a quieter, less touristy part of Da Nang where locals reside which we loved. Nearby restaurants were great. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was cool decorated. The apartment was good. I very like that there was a small kitchen. Rooftop was awesome. Swimming pool looks clean. If you stay for vacation it's good.

The cleaning was not good, I would like to walk on clean floors, but there was some home slippers. and it would be cool to replace the towels, they had permanent stains on them. Also, the mattress was broken, it was uncomfortable to sleep, there was a feeling that you were lying in a pit, but it was only on one side of the bed.

1)The 2 young lady staff at the front desk are superb. they speak fair amount of English, always wearing a smiling face, very helpful to provide information, such as recommended Be Man seafood restaurant which is about 350 meters from the hotel for seafood dinner. We had 2 dinners there. 2)The breakfast is the result of personalized service from the front desk staff and her assistance. 3)The room I booked has 40 sq meter, quite spacious. 4) This is a boutique hotel with a total of 9 room only.

1) there is not much of the sea view, unless you go up to the 4th floor or the 5th floor(the swimming pool)

We absolutely love this place! We have stayed here 3 times in 3 weeks and we can't fault a thing. Beautiful pool, beautiful rooms, beautiful decor through the hotel. If you can, book the junior suite room which has the sea view. The balcony and sea views are so nice! The staff are amazing, all so kind and welcoming. Value for money is great. After spending many months in Vietnam over the last decade, this is by far our favorite hotel in Vietnam. The area of Da Nang beach is a bit more quiet so if you are not going to be motorbiking around it is a fair walk to the busier more western tourist orientated area. There are plenty of Grabs available though so it's a quick car ride.

Damp smell in the room - 102 It was masked by perfume oils but when entering the room it was very strong. We did ask to be moved but they said they didn’t have another room. We did put up with the smell as only 3 days . Bathroom bit shabby - could do with upgrade.

I liked the supportive staff.

Certain areas in the apartment was not cleaned, for example the fridge had mould all around the rubber of the door. I had to ask it to be cleaned, as I was going to store food there. The staff quickly ensured it was cleanee and apologised.

Best place I’ve stayed on my 6 month trip through Asia. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing, so kind. Breakfast took service was awesome. Rooftop pool was heated for those windy days and it was so relaxing up there. I love the pond in reception with the fish. Next to the beach, at the quiet end, but taking a walk was just as nice. I had rented a moped, so location for me wasn’t an issue, I was walking distance from the beach.

The apartment was big and had a nice little kitchen. Bathroom a good size.

We booked a room that showed we had a balcony with a view and a table chair set. What we got was a brick dungeon for the balcony, bricks that went up 50 feet.

The breakfast was great, the view was also great, the facilities were awesome.

The internet sometimes was slow, I needed to work from my room and sometimes I was unable to do proper work.

Our room smelled very musty, travelling in humid countries this is somewhat expected, but this was more than we could handle. We were moved to another room which was much better.
