We booked the Hilton Garden Inn based in part on the information provided on the Booking.com Q&A. The Q&A specifically states: “Q: we're 3 persons and want to book the Twin Room with Balcony, I want to ask how big is the bed and will the price include adding a bed since I've already checked the price for 3 persons A: Please be informed TWIN bed size is 1m2 x 2m (2 beds). Rate for 3 persons already including extra-bed.” Based on this, we understood that the price shown for three people already included the extra bed. This was an important factor in choosing the hotel, as there are many other good options in the area. After booking, however, the hotel contacted us and requested an additional VND 850,500 for the extra bed, arguing that their policy does not include an extra bed in the rate when the third guest is a child aged 12–14. Whatever the hotel's internal policy may be, this is not what the information on Booking.com says. The Q&A refers to “3 persons” and explicitly states that the rate for three persons “already [includes an] extra-bed.” Unless, apparently, a child is not considered a person. Had the hotel clearly stated the additional charge upfront, we would have chosen another hotel. Unfortunately, by the time we were informed of the extra charge, it was too late to make alternative arrangements, leaving us little choice but to pay it. This is poor service. If a hotel advertises that the rate for three persons includes an extra bed, it should honour that price rather than pass the cost of its own unclear or incorrect information on to the customer.

The location the room was really good

The restaurant food was not as expected and the working hours is very bad room service past call at 8:30! And the restaurant close at 9:30 this is very bad for me

Hilton is very Clean n Tidy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Beach side location which is very handy. Staff very helpful in booking a taxi for a tour and to the Airport. Beautiful roof top pool.

Location is too far from City Central. Hilton should have a courtesy bus running daily to and from the city central as it’s too far to walk.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und optisch schön ausgestaltet. Das Hotel ist sauber instand gehalten und macht einen schönen und guten Eindruck. M. E. entspricht es damit auch einem westlichen Standard, was aus meiner Sicht in Vietnam keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.

Es gab aus meiner Sicht nicht wirklich Dinge, die wir zu bemängeln hatten.

高樓景觀很美 雖然設備有稍微舊一點 但很乾淨 服務也很好 因為要很早check out 有請飯店打包早餐 很豐盛可以帶著吃

La facilidad para hacer deporte, paseo por la playa, la piscina, la ubicación .. en fin todo a mano , el hotel te proporciona toallas de piscina y de playa y en todo momento están atentos a tus necesidades para hacer de tu estancia lo más cómoda y hogareña posible

el desayuno estuvo correcto pero quizá lo mejoraría ofreciendo mas variedad de comida occidental para lograr un desayuno más completo y diverso

Отдыхали с семьей в номере с боковым видом на пляж и балконом, данный вид номере интересен тем, что хорошо видна вся береговая линия Дананга. Завтраки отличные, номера новые, сервис отличный и не назойливый, клининг комнат каждый день, на последнем этаже имеется так называемый Инфинити бассейн с шикарным видом на море. Один совсем небольшой минус отдаленность от ресторанной улицы, но это решается через такси, оно здесь не дорогое.

Вокруг отделяет местами стройка

Luôn cảm nhận thấy hài lòng với giá trị phục ở đây,còn hơn cả những khách sạn 5* đã từng trải nghiệm. Đồ ăn rất là ngon và cách nêm gia vị rất vừa phải cho một số đông người ăn như thế là tuyệt vời. Cảm ơn Hilton Garden đã cứu vãn cho cả hành trình trở lại VN,và cho gia đình mình một cái nhìn đầy tự hào về Đà Nẵng trong bản đồ du lịch của thế giới. The location is near to the beach.

The lift lobby floor is always seen to have some patches of water caused by guests coming back from the beach. This may cause slipping hazards to other users.

A very modern and clean property. We had a corner room with an amazing view of the beach.

The pillows were very flat. The bedding was itchy. Other than that everything else was amazing. Ohh the location isn’t the best but taxis are so cheap it’s not worth worrying about.

La gentillesse du personnel son écoute également ils réagissent très vite quand on les sollicitent je n’ai jamais vu cela auparavant je voudrais vraiment les remercier il y a également une très bonne insonorisation on n’entend pas le bruit des autres touristes que ce soit dans les chambres ou couloirs c’est vraiment très agréable. Un très bon hôtel je n’ai aucune critique à formuler difficile de trouver un hôtel aussi bien encore merci à tous le personnel de cet établissement pour son accueil et dévouement ils ont été incroyable !

La taille des équipements qui sont sous dimensionné par rapport à la taille de l’hotel. Un hôtel standard pour un Hilton. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas de Pour moi. Le petit déjeuné est correct mais sans. Pas beaucoup de choix, plat froid et salle excrément bruyante et petite.

Special thanks to the front desk staff for helping me get a train ticket to Hue. The next time I visit Vietnam I will surely stay here again. But this time I will make sure to get a room with a direct view of the ocean not from the sides.

The room Ocean view details are not specific. So when booking a room that's non-refundable it's very hard to find out. Because the website does not tell you the full details of the room layout facing the ocean

The quality of the staff

There is no slop for carrying the luggage and the wheelchair for handicap

More variety at breakfast. Should be designated washers and dryers as we often had to wait to do our washing because the pool towels were being washed and dried in guest laundry.

An amazing hotel with fantastic rooms and a stunning rooftop pool with views of the beach. Incredible value for money and absolutely loved our stay.
