Hetai Boutique Hotel

Loved the property, an intimate hotel in a great location in the old town, within walking distance to the river, markets and Main Street. Good sized comfortable room with a local view from the balcony, nice refreshing swimming pool, great breakfast included and a free onsite laundry. Staff were all friendly and offered great service.

No lift but the staff were very helpful in taking our bags up and down.

Very elegant house with a lot of nice details, great breakfast. Nice and clean pool. You can do the laundry yourself with the provided detergent in the mashing machines upstairs , very practical.

泰北住了三晚，我們住在一樓，房間有設計感，一出門就是泳池，有水能量，可惜碰巧遇到受傷+月事來訪，無法下雨是我本次的遺憾😿，早餐真的很好吃，可點一主餐，其他水果、咖啡、優格、泡麵、生菜吃到飽！還有一點很棒，礦泉水可以免費拿！喝到飽！

打掃部分可以再謹慎一點，被子上仍有毛髮（是我們自己的沒關係，但表示還可以再打掃更仔細些）

Ze waren vriendelijk, maar minder dan we dan we de rest van ons reis op andere locaties hadden ervaren. Het was een heerlijk zwembad. De bedden waren wat hard maar toch goed op geslapen. Lekker ontbijt

De kamer was niet goed schoon. We vonden een condoom op het nachtkastje achter een lamp. Ze boden wel gelijk een andere kamer aan, maar we vonden die locatie aan het zwembad wel fijn, dus we hebben het nog een x goed laten schoonmaken. De wc was ook niet schoon.

Geweldig leuke locatie vlakbij het stadscentrum van Chiang Mai. Rustig geleden maar toch dicht bij alles. Mooie kamers met een leuk zwembad erbij.

Betere kwaliteit van gordijnen had het verblijf helemaal afgemaakt.

On a tout adoré dans cet hôtel !! On s’y sentait très bien ❤️. Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Plein de fruits au petit déjeuner. Superbe Piscine, pratique avec 2 profondeurs (parfait avec des enfants)🏊‍♂️ . La chambre au top avec plein d’équipements et de produits de toilettes. Lavage du linge gratuit.

Dans une allée étroite où les taxis / grab refusent de passer. (Dépôt et Pick up à la rue principale, pas pratique quand on a les bagages). Une partie de la clientèle était très bruyante le soir jusqu’à plus d’une heure du matin dans les chambres voisines. Mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, juste des gens irrespectueux.

Una soluzione davvero carina un po’ diversa dal classico hotel, a pochi passi dal centro, molto comodo. Struttura molto pulita, la stanza dotata di tutti i comfort e la colazione piuttosto fornita. Personale gentile e sempre pronto a dare una mano. Consigliato:)

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. Smell of sewer which it seemed was coming from the drain next to the toilet.

Great little hotel we loved our stay, nice pool just outside the rooms, nice breakfast and water provided, the hotel also has a couple of washing machines and hanging area which is super useful. Location is good and alot of places just walking distance away, also can I add the shower was exceptional

Nothing really, if I had to pick something it would have been nice to have a tv with Netflix access, however this wasn’t an issue for us.

The hotel is incredibly clean and beautifully designed. The view from my room was stunning, and the location is wonderfully quiet. In the mornings, I could hear Asian koels calling from nearby — such a lovely and unique experience for me. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and plenty of fresh fruit. Everything was delicious. The hotel is also within walking distance of Tha Phae Gate, which is very convenient. One small thing to note: the lane leading to the hotel is a bit narrow, so if you’ve booked a private car or transfer, it might not be able to drive all the way in. You may need to walk to the main road — but it’s only a 1-2 minute walk, so it’s really not a problem at all. And there’s an adorable resident cat at the hotel who wears a little neckerchief — absolutely charming! Quiet, beautiful, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I loved my stay here and would happily come back.

The room was spacious, staff were very helpful, the hotel generally had a nice vibe, cool aesthetic. Love the cat -- he was especially helpful! Good location too. There isn't an elevator, and the hotel is hard to reach via car, but it was workable for me. The room was comfortable, I slept well, great location.

The room didn't have a safe, and sound-wise it's not very sealed off, so what goes on outside can get noisey at night at times. You can fairly easily hear people walking for example.

Una gema escondida entre callejones con una excelente ubicación. Nos hospedamos en una suite y fue fantástico, hasta tuvimos vista a un templo. La piscina es increíble y hay un lindo gatito por ahí. El desayuno es muy rico y el staff es muy amable, nos ayudaron a conseguir los mejores tours. También es muy bueno que tengan un autoservicio de lavandería!

מיקום מזעזע!! אחרי לילה אחד ויתרתי על כל הכסף ששילמתי ל4 לילות ועברתי למקום מרכזי. המלון נמצא בסטה צרה, באזור מאוד לא סימפטי. ממש פחדנו לצאת מהמלון. היו מוניות שלא הסכימו להגיע עד המלון אלא לחכות בכביש הראשי. לא ממליצה. באותו מחיר לקחנו מלון טוב וענק באזור הכי מרכזי בצאנג מאי

Super fijn hotel. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Chiang Mai en andere faciliteiten. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is super, er is heel veel fruit, er zijn snacks/toast/yoghurt en keuze uit een gerecht (ei/ pannenkoek). Zwembad is fijn, niet al te groot maar prima om in af te koelen en wat rond te zwemmen. Verder krijg je flesjes water, handdoeken bij het zwembad en kan je wassen! Echt top.

A very relaxing vibe, with all the facilities you would need. The rooms are beautiful and spacious for the price. The location is walking distance from the river, the night bazar, Sunday walking street and the temples if wanting to explore on foot like me. The breakfast (as well as the normal eggs and meats) was full of exotic fruits which was lovely.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet side street, yet everything you needed was within walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location and beautiful new feel hotel and rooms. My room was huge with a beautiful separate tiled bathroom and toilet. The shower was luxurious. The hotel is well placed to explore the old town and also the markets, restaurants and clubs outside the walls. Very happy!

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitengasse und trotzdem ist man in 5 Min. in der Altstadt und bei super guten Restaurants. Unser Zimmer war gross und direkt am Pool, der eine wunderbare Abkühlung ist bei der Hitze. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab es mega viele Früchte, aber man konnte auch cooked Breakfast bestellen. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen.

La ubicación, el desayuno muy bueno, la piscina muy chill y la tranquilidad del lugar. Mucha gente en los comentarios se queja del desayuno, pero no está nada mal, obvio no es un bufete de hotel 5 estrellas, pero tienen buenas opciones y esta delicioso.

Das Hetai liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse und zur Altstadt sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Man kann vieles gut zu Fuss erreichen oder man nimmt ein Red Taxi oder ein Tuktuk, welche auf der anderen Strassenseite bereitstehen. Die Betten sind super und die Zimmergrösse ist sehr gut. Man ist ja meistens unterwegs oder am Pool. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Jeden Tag eine grosse Auswahl an frischen Früchten. Ei, Pancake etc. kann man bestellen. Auch Pad Thai, Fried Rice oder Springrolls gibt es. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch beim Buchen von Golfplätzen etc. Wir habe um 6 Tage verlängert und würden immer wieder kommen.

Das Hotel hat eine unglaublich gute Lage - In einer kleinen Soi direkt am Altstadtrand, neben einer kleinen Tempelanlage. Die Ausstattung des Hotels und der Pool waren makellos. Wir haben viele Pooltage eingelegt, und haben unsere Zeit im Restaurant genossen. Das Frühstück in dem kleinen Garten war idyllisch!

Es war etwas hellhörig, und man hat schlecht zur Ruhe gefunden, wenn irgendwo im Haus geduscht oder Stühle verschoben wurden (was normal ist, aber man sollte es nicht so sehr hören). Dafür, dass jedes Zimmer eine Fensterfront zum Gang/gemeinsamen Balkon hat, waren die Vorhänge nicht ganz blickdicht und haben früh Morgens sehr viel Licht rein gelassen sowie in der Nacht auch das Licht des Flures.

Das Hotel liegt in angenehmer Umgebung, über den Fluss rüber und man hat die beste Thai Küche. Rollervermietung ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Frühstück im Nebengebäude, netter Garten, Auswahl in Ordnung. Sitzgelegenheiten an Pool sehr wenig, um eine Liege zu erhaschen muss man Glück haben. Die jungen Angestellten sind hilfsbereit mit Auskünften.

Small hotel which limits features but staff was very accommodating. Any time a request was made they took care of it. Just across the street from the old town. This meant it was a quieter room. Staff was able to schedule a taxi to take us to our next destination in the mountains outside Chiang Mai. They did that at the proper price. So they were making sure guests were not being taking advantage of.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat unkompliziert einen Fahrer für eine Tour zu einem Tempel außerhalb der Stadt organisiert. Der Garten, in dem das Frühstück serviert wird, ist eine kleine Oase! Ich konnte bereits 2 Stunden vor dem eigentlich vorgesehenen Check-In ins Zimmer. Toller Service. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bin gerne noch eine Nacht länger geblieben!

The staff was efficient and curteous. My room was large and spotlessly clean with in room coffee and tea. Breakfast was good and it was a joy be able to take this in the garden. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Chiang Mia old town and pick-up for the Elephant Nature Park.

The AC in the room was not very efficient making sleep difficult.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with many good options, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect and the people working there were super friendly, welcoming and always available to help. The service was really great.

Minor point : breakfast outside, in front of the hotel. Spacious but not very well insulated rooms. Somewhat too high room density and too many clients around the swimming pool - a quite common but not universal issue in city centers.

We only stayed one night but we would stay here again without hesitation. The rooms were spacious and the beds big and comfortable. They also provide you with slippers which is nice and we were able to do laundry on the fourth floor free of charge. The room has everything you need and staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was substantial and you can choose between so many options, there's something there for everyone's tastes. Pool was also nice and clean and the location is just outside the main walls of Chiang Mai, so it was quiet but not far from everything. We walked to most places easily and found somewhere to eat easily as there are so many options nearby. We were able to leave our luggage with them all day as our trains wasn't in the evening and there's even a shower to freshen up. The cute cuddly cat was a bonus.
