El personal es servicial

La relación costo beneficio, el cuarto tenía humedad olía a humedad. Aparte el precio no va a acordé a lo que ofrece la instalación

El personal muy atento, el hotel muy bonito y acogedor

La ubicación es buena, a pesar que no queda en la playa, si queda muy cerca, tiene un centro comercial cerca, y un olímpica, te dan contacto de comidas rápidas que hacen domicilio al lugar, recomendado!

La pisicina no es piscina es "tina" todo el tiempo estuvo sucia, el desayuno siempre fue lo mismo.

El desayuno es bueno, y queda a unas cuadras de las playas del rodadero, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas

El chico de la recepción en el horario de la tarde es poco colaborador, tuvimos problema con el aire Acondicionado pero su única repuesta fue que el día siguiente iba a avisar, no nos dio ninguna solución.

Puedes guardar tus maletines en el hotel si llegas antes de realizar el check in

La ubicacion por la noche se recomienda llegar en taxi al lugar por segurida

El aseo, un hotel super limpio y agradable, el personal espectacular, su ubicacion es genial

las camas, las almohadas no son comodas y solo tienen dos almohadas por cama

La cama muy incómoda igual q las almohadas , cubrelecho pica, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba menos mal no tuve lío q se perdiera algo pero quedaba preocupado porq la puerta no cerraba

Chilled area outside of the hustle and bustle bit short walk to the beach. Cleand and comfy. Helpful staff organised a change of room for more spacious one.

Breakfast was poor and the woman serving it unfriendly. The pool looks bigger in the photos than in reality, more like a pond just to cool off.

Comfortable and really cute with the walls in punk also the street is quite and everything is nearby (gym, mall, restaurant, beach..). Nice AC.

She est not clean with hairs and suspicious marks. Not a lot of people in this hostel and no activities to make us meet. The laundry service is too expensive. And noise all night between music and the “ding” to enter. Hard to have a full sleep

The room itself was lovely and comfortable, we really liked it! Good value for money!

The pool was tiny and not quite how the picture showed it, we actually didn't use in our stay as it was also closed on one of the days for cleaning.

Loud music until 12 pm, when asked if the music could be turned down, this was not possible. Rooms cannot lock. Location is unsafe, sometimes you have to wait long before you can enter the building and you have to wait on the street which feels unsafe. Amount that you have to pay is more than what booking.com says. Breakfast is not included (even if you book including breakfast).

I didn’t like the person who made the breakfast.. she was upset about the hour of the breakfast… she was a little rude with us

Me parece un lugar muy bello, acogedor, la experiencia en la piscina espectacular, siempre estan pendientes de cuando llegas y la señora que servicios generales muy amable nos guío super bien para disfrutar de nuestro viaje. Me gustó y volvería, mejoraría un poco la limpieza pero la habitación muy bella mejor de lo que pensaba, cumplió las expectativas y mejor,

Nothing really...

The room we got was different than was what provided in the pictures. It was also quite far from being clean. To add to that, we saw plenty of small bugs/insects/ants like walking on a bedside table. The duvet didn't seem to have been properly cleaned after previous guests as some stuff was still in there. Breakfast was not so great, but the staff tried to adapt to a vegan option (which was nice!) We only stayed for one night but then we decided to book another accommodation... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone really :/

Matheo, is very helpful in every possible way. They will do your laundry.

Towels need to be replaced. Plastic on the beds. Took them off.

We had a comfortable stay at Casamart. It's on the other side of the road from the beach and about a 10 min walk from the beach and all the restaurants. There are also a few restaurants on the same side of the road down the main road. The pool is small but nice with a small area to hang out and there's also a dining room and couch. I didn't eat but was able to get coffee every morning. The room had good space and the bathroom was really nice. Good stay for the price.

The pool could use with more frequent cleaning. The sheet on the bed seemed a bit too small, so it kept coming off the mattress and the pillows were not great.

Great location and clean room

Quiet location for travelers who do not want to be directly downtown. Lovely fresh-air patio with a small swimming pool and a friendly kitty cat.

The rooms are nice but could use some decoration. The doors to the rooms were damaged and sad-looking.
