Nice spacious rooms with everything you need. Easy basement parking and quick access to main routes.

While the location is great for quick access, the hotel is not properly insulated from outside noise and you hear everything from the streets below. Very noisy unfortunately.

Hotel confortável, bem localizado perto do centro Internacional de convenções , e a cerca de 18 min de caminhada do Waterfront. Café da manhã excelente, quarto amplo, com mini-cozinha e sofá, adequado para estadias longas.

Apesar de amplo e confortável, o quarto não tinha uma escrivaninha. O hotel também não oferecia um “business center” ou a possibilidade de impressão. Isso foi complicado porque é um hotel ao lado do centro de convenções , e eu estava a trabalho participando de um congresso.

Great breakfast

Situated close to the VNA waterfront, table mountain, the Cape Town Red bus tour, and other local attractions made this a great location for us and our guests. We could walk to most places or catch a ride for typically under R50. The room facing the mountain was a great view. The gym has plenty of equipment for all levels of fitness. Breakfast buffet has a nice spread. That also includes a hot breakfast from the menu, which was also both convenient and a good value for what you get.

Cleaning service came in late in the afternoons and interrupted our rest. When asked to wait half an hour the attitude was less than favorable and they did not come back to finish the job.

Great location, within walking distance to CTICC. Comfortable, spacious room with all amenities provided. Friendly, helpful staff, Sibongile and Grenton, thank you!

Excellent location, especially for attending the conference nearby. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only minor downside was that the bar and restaurant close at 10:00 PM. It would be great if they stayed open a little later, especially for guests returning after evening events.

В апартаментах предусмотрена стиральная машина, но негде сушить белье. Было ощущение, что пыль не вытирали месяц... Небезопасный район, мы вовремя заметили, что на парковке перед отелем мужчина попытался открыть наш автомобиль, чтобы что-то украсть, мы при этом стояли рядом, нам повезло, что мы вовремя заметили его и нас предупредил местный человек, что строго надо следить за вещами и дверьми машины.

Great location, friendly and professional team, and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for a work trip. Liked having the kitchen to prep my own food, though the restaurant downstairs is also really good. Beds and pillows are super comfy.

There was a big cockroach in my room.

Infelizmente a minha reserva nao contemplava o pequeno almoço. no entanto, quanto a localização era muito boa, e uma zona tranquila quer de dia como de noite, podia-se andar pela calçada.

O espelho do quarto era muito pequeno para o meu gosto assim como também o local em que foi instalado muito próximo a cama e não permitia ver todo corpo. esperava espelhos mais modernos, pelo preço que se paga.

The property itself was good, comfortable, and well located. Our concern was not with the facilities, but with the check-in experience and the front desk team !

Extremely disappointing check-in experience with the receptionist, Aliyah. She argued with us for around 15 minutes using the wrong guest’s booking details, then insisted on an extra-bed policy that had not been applied to other members of our family who checked in at the same time. When we asked to escalate, she refused and insisted she was the only senior and authorized decision-maker on site. The issue was never about the extra payment; it was about the rude, confrontational and completely unwelcoming way the situation was handled, especially after a six-hour drive with tired young children.

The bed was comfortable and the property is conveniently located with on site parking. I enjoyed having a stove etc in the room. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Safe was too small for my laptop which was very disappointing. Last year my laptop fitted into the safe. My room was serviced the one day whilst I indicated 'do not disturb'. The person in charge reprimanded a staff member and moved tables on one of the mornings at breakfast whilst I tried to have a peaceful breakfast. It spoiled it for me.

Excellent facility in good location. Special thanks to the hotel manager for listening and addressing customers concerns.

Some issues caused by misunderstanding of the staff of certain policies. Got escalated to the hotel manager (Mr Mike) and he resolved all the issues efficiently.

Bathroom was very small . The pics of the bathroom online was a bit deceiving as we thought the bathroom was alot bigger. Breakfast wasnt great , not many options .

The hotel is clean, and the staffs especially the ones at the restaurant are simply amazing, they do thier duties well and make your breakfast exceptional all way

للأسف كانت تجربتي مخيبة للآمال. عند وصولي استلمت غرفة مختلفة عن الغرفة التي حجزتها، وعندما راجعت الفندق وأريتهم أن الحجز لا يطابق الغرفة المستلمة، رفضوا المساعدة وقالوا إنهم لا يعتمدون على الصور الموجودة في Booking. كان أسلوب مديرة الفندق (Aliyah) غير احترافي وغير متعاون، ولم أحصل على أي حل في اليوم الأول. في اليوم التالي تم تغيير الغرفة بعد أن أخبروني أن الغرفة الصحيحة لم تكن متوفرة من البداية، وهذا يؤكد أن المشكلة لم تكن مني. لم يتم تقديم أي اعتذار أو تعويض عن الإزعاج. كما لاحظت وجود بعض ملاحظات الصيانة والنظافة في الغرفة، كما هو موضح في الصور. كنت أتوقع خدمة أفضل بكثير، لذلك لا أنصح بهذه التجربة

Location near the Convention Centre, one of the hotels closest to it . Clean and great maid service. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great restaurant in the hotel itself. The valet and receptionist very helpful. Good breakfast.

The one thing that could be improved is the waiting of tables at breakfast. Sometimes waiting for the ordered drink took quite long. Maybe if guests could get their own drinks from a dispensing machine would speed up the process.

The hotel is located very close to the Cape Town convention center. They have a great onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner. The breakfast place is also great. The staff are excellent especially the house keeping staff. Once they realized I drink a lot of water, they started to leave extra bottled water in my room. They also have a dedicated driveway for uber which made moving around the city very convenient.

Staff lukewarm! 1 wanted me to pay water for breakfast because I do not take coffee or juice yet I have already paid my breakfast with the booking. 2 I calls the reception informing them I’m wrapping things up my check out will be delayed by 15 to 20min . Meaning 11:20 instead of 11:00 I was met by an unpleasant tone and later said I give you 15min. They have no clue of the standard practice of grace period! 3 Level 7 corridor had a bad smell. 4 The shower was not draining well 5 The room door was not locking on the inside. Which is concerning when you are traveling alone. The service was not welcoming. NB: room service is R35 & you can only get 1 item from the meal.

Excellent hotel. Luxurious, comfortable, clean, with everything you need in the room (microwave, oven, fridge, coffee, tea, etc.) and with a central location. The Cape Town Convention Centre and V&A Waterfront are close by. Staff are friendly and courteous. Free, secure parking on site. The Yu restaurant is fantastic. The Market restaurant, where breakfast is served, is great too.

This is a small gripe, but the laundry service is a little expensive compared to other places I've stayed.

Pricing.

Lack of customer service and flexibility. Charged me USD$1.6k for altering reservations due to major winter storm in EWR, etc. Causing 3 day stay in airport. Called, emailed reservations and they were not responsive and dismissive of situation. Called and emailed upper management. No reply to request to modify days.

What did I like about the property? EVERYTHING! So conveniently located right next to the CTICC, and walking distance from shops and pharmacies. The room was well equipped with great air conditioning, an iron, oven, stove top and fridge. They also have two restaurants downstairs, I got coffee from one of them every morning and it was great! If you stay here, be sure to stop by the spa and book a treatment for yourself - I had the BEST Swedish massage with Maybe, it was absolutely incredible. I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else again whenever I’m in Cape Town.

Property was clean. It’s in a safe and quiet area and the staff is wonderful.

الفندق عباره عن نظام شقق وليس غرف فندقية. للحظه تحس بأنك نايم بالمطبخ . الإضاءة سيئة جدا وخاصة بالممرات . والحمامات ضيقه جدا جدا جدا . ليس هناك افطار انما عبارة عن مقبلات وتطلب الطبق الرئيسي من مانيو الافطار بالمطعم .
