Excelente localização, fácil de ir a pé em waterfront, no centro, fácil para pegar uber, ônibus hophof. Excelente café da manhã. Equipe atenciosa.

Achei ruim o banheiro ter divisão de vidro leitoso, com o quarto, e a pia ser fora, na área do quarto.

Good location, friendly staff and good food

On our first night, we found a large cockroach right outside our door. We also had to change rooms because the first one only had a fake window facing the corridor, where the lights were on constantly, while the second room did not have proper curtains. The second room change went smoothly, but when we made the first switch, the staff failed to mention that we would have to pay an additional fee because the room we chose was considered a higher category than the previous one. Had we been informed in advance, we would have chosen a different room. Moreover, the reason for this supposed “upgrade” was never clearly explained, and any additional charge should have been communicated before the room change. The rooms also do not have closets, which makes it difficult to properly store clothes during a stay. In addition, we had to request basic amenities such as towels and a hairdryer, rather than having them provided in the room from the beginning. Overall, there were several avoidable issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected, particularly given the lack of clear communication from the staff.

El alojamiento está bien situado, muy cerca del waterfront. Se puede aparcar en la zona sin problema, tanto en la calle, como en un parking de pago a pocos metros. El personal fue amable. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Good location, easy walking distance to the waterfront as well as the city centre. Lovely restaurant and bar offering a selection of food and drinks.

Housekeeping was a bit 'hit and miss' not replacing items once they were taken, such as face cloths or towels. The WhatsApp contact system didn't work. There were problems with milk cartons issued in the room, we were told to message on the WhatsApp and they'd bring a jug of milk but then never saw the messages - not a big issue though. No live music as stated on the website, not sure if that is only in peak season but this should be stated.

Niedostatki czystości głównie na korytarzach, małe pokoje, niektóre pokoje nie mają okien zewnętrznych.

Tamanho do quarto, cama confortável, otimo cafe da manha. Localização incrível, dá para ir a pé para o Waterfront, inclusive com criança de 6 anos.

Comigo nao aconteceu nada grave, mas com um casal amigo, furtaram cédula em dólar do quarto deles. Então ficamos muito preocupados.

Algunas habitaciones, como una de las que nos tocaron, son muy estrechas e incómodas, otras correctas. No se entiende que el precio sea el mismo. Las instalaciones son muy justas, por ejemplo el lobby es muy reducido, y la mtad está ocupado con una tienda.

Custo-beneficio excelente !! Pensei que os quartos eram apertados! Mas o tamanho dos quartos é bem bom !

Shuttle driver didn’t show up at the airport to pick us up, so the front desk had to call another one. Then when we left the shuttle driver once again did not show up and we had to call another uber. Unacceptable!

The location of the hotel is good and is probably its main advantage. If you are traveling alone or staying for just a couple of nights, it may meet your needs.

For a family of four staying for several days, as in our case, the hotel did not meet our expectations. It does not seem to be designed to accommodate families or larger groups. Although the room is spacious, the facilities are inadequate. There is no wardrobe, no drawers or cabinets to store clothes, and not even enough hooks to hang towels for more than two people. Basic amenities that are essential for a longer stay are simply missing. Another major issue involved a medication that I use daily and that must be kept refrigerated. Initially, there was no refrigerator in the room. After I requested one, the hotel did provide it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, during room cleaning, the housekeeping staff unplugged the refrigerator. As a result, the medication lost the required storage temperature and had to be discarded. This was a serious and avoidable problem. Room service was also disappointing. On one occasion, we waited approximately one hour and twenty minutes for just 4 hamburgers. I would not recommend it for families or for longer stays until the facilities and service are significantly improved.

O quarto não tem armário, apenas um espaço ACIMA DA PIA com 4 cabines para pendurar roupa/casacos. Sugestão: poderiam espalhar pelas paredes suportes ou ganchos para pendurarmos nossos pertences.

Very nice location for you to get to the V&A which was great for food. Reception staff where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and they got additional gluten free bread as we requested.

A couple of times, it seemed like our room wasn't properly serviced by housekeeping, and the room door was left unlocked when we were out. This was not very secure. The Breakfast was great and they accommodated the gluten free requirement, however at dinner there must have been either cross contamination of food, or there was gluten in the dinner, which made my wife ill

Zimmer war klein, aber mit nicht so viel Gepäck ausreichend. Frühstück war sehr gut! Viele verschiedene Obstsorten. Warme und kalte Speisen. Lage war sehr gut. Alles fussläufig erreichbar!

The property is located approximately a 15 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. It was a centrally located and extremely comfortable facility. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Overall, the breakfast provided was good but a majority of the hot items were lukewarm or cold.

As a 3-star hotel, Onomo exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and attentive and ready to go an extra mile to meet the client's request. I really appreciated that. The room was spacious and the room service consistently meticulous. The hotel itself is in a safe walkable area not far from from the busy Waterfront streets. On top of that, we were quite stunned by the design of the rooms and restaurant.

Apart from a chaotic transfer from the airport, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. There were a couple of times I noticed the fresh sheets and towels had deep non-washable stains. I've also spotted a cockroach in the breakfast service area once. This incident was addressed quickly and professionally.

The location of the hotel was good and convenient, and that was the main positive aspect of the stay.

The hotel location was convenient, but unfortunately the accommodation did not meet our expectations for the price paid. The rooms were very small, with a structural column in the middle of the room that reduced the usable space. The bathroom was completely enclosed with glass, which did not feel very comfortable from a privacy perspective. There were no telephones in the rooms, and if guests needed assistance or any service, they had to go down to reception in person. In addition, the hotel seemed to have a limited number of elevators, which could be inconvenient during busy periods. Overall, we felt that the value received did not match the price we paid.

De kamer was een kabinet kamer zonder daglicht. Op de gang scheen wel licht waardoor ik nog steeds wakker werd van het licht.

Excelente opção, razoávelmente próximo ao Waterfront. único pecado é a ausência de estacionamento, pois é um prédio antigo reformado, mas na rua é possível estacionar com total segurança. Quarto muito bom e confortável, recomendo a todos.

The Location was perfect for our stay, just a short walk from the heart of the V&A Waterfront, but what really makes this property stand out is the staff, all very well mannered and nothing was ever too much trouble when it came to helping or assisting you, the breakfast was amazing and lots of choices, the bar is well stocked and prices not expensive, we had a top floor room, all I can say is the room was perfect 😊

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Durante minha estadia, fui roubada em 200 dólares dentro do hotel. Assim que percebi o ocorrido, procurei a equipe imediatamente, fiz a reclamação formalmente e preenchi todo o formulário solicitado. O mais frustrante foi a falta total de suporte e retorno da gerência. Mesmo após relatar um problema tão sério, ninguém entrou em contato comigo, não recebi atualização, explicação ou qualquer posicionamento sobre o caso. A sensação é de completo descaso com a segurança e com os hóspedes. Esperava muito mais responsabilidade e atenção diante de uma situação tão grave. Infelizmente, não me senti segura nem respeitada como cliente.

Gli asciugamani, nonostante fossero stati messi per terra/ per terra nella doccia, non sono stati cambiati ma ripiegati e rimessi al loro posto! Solo dopo, su sollecitazione, ci sono stati cambiati.

Molto vicino al centro congressi e al waterfront, di giorno si può raggiungere il CTICC a piedi e di sera, se in compagnia, si può camminare fino al waterfront

Location is great and the area is safe. It is 15mins by foot to the Waterfront. The reception was also very helpful to assist us with our queries and sort out matters. Breakfast is good, although it could be improved.

There was no closet for our clothes in the room. The breakfast feels dull with the same food options if you stay more than 2 nights.
