Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai

We have just spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst attending the DP World Championship Golf Tournament. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Food in McGettigans is excellent and value for money. A special mention to Vanessa, Moe,Fahad, Josh and Elaz although everyone deserves a mention for their wonderful service. We will definitely return soon.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, but what made it so special is the exceptional service. I want to give special thanks to the amazing team who made my experience memorable, especially Salal who was extremely helpful throughout, and I also greatly appreciate Esha, Moe, Vhanasa, Dina, Mohammad Osman, Charles, Nain, and the entire kitchen staff for their dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon! PS: The only downside is the location. It's a good area but you will need a car

This hotel is so clean and fresh from outside to the lobby to the room Everything is sparkling clean! All the staff I encountered were professional I asked the room service guy who brought me ice bucket about the hotel facilities and he detailed everything to me with timings, sadly can't remember his name Check-in was fast and friendly! Kay gave me all the information I needed as a first timer in this hotel! Special shout out to Kay, Josh and the room service lady Justin They made my stay right from the check-in and when I got to my room, everything was perfect! Fast service from the room service I want to say a big thank you to you all and keep up the good work! Will be back again! I enjoyed my stay! Thank you again!

This is actually my third time staying here with my fiancé. As always, from our very first visit until now, the hospitality and warm welcome remain consistent. During our visit to Champions, Justine was very accommodating and attentive, making great recommendations and ensuring our experience was enjoyable. At the reception, Fahad handled our check-in process smoothly and even guided us to our room, while Vhanessa and Dina welcomed us warmly. In IRD, although I wasn’t able to catch his name, the staff member who assisted us was just as attentive and courteous as on our previous stays. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and look forward to coming back again soon.

Absolutely loved my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai from July to September! 🌟 The breakfast was fantastic—healthy, flavorful, and with a great selection of authentic Pakistani and Indian-style dishes. I stayed in room 2001, and I cannot thank the staff member Ahurag enough. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and warm, always making sure my room was spotless. His dedication and kindness truly made my stay extra special—thank you so much, Ahurag, you are amazing! 🙏 The hotel also has two swimming pools on the 5th floor, which is perfect for relaxing. Just a heads up, the pool in Building A was under maintenance during my visit, but the other one was great. I am so grateful for the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai—you’ll feel right at home here!

Excellent hotel very clean and big rooms only stayed 1 night but was great and comfy 👍

I arrived on the 12th of June at RM. 4001. The reception process for checking in was seamless. I'm not completely certain about her name; I believe it's Vanessa. She greeted me so kindly, which I truly valued since it was my first time checking into the property. The room was changed to a twin bed since Vanessa found out I was with a friend. Truly appreciative of her. The housekeeping runner brings a cheerful vibe to my day whenever he fulfills my request (such a radiant smile). There was a small issue with the key door because my keycard wasn't functioning, but it wasn't a big problem since the property team fixed it right away. Subsequently, a call from Reception offered me a free breakfast as a gesture for what occurred, which I didn't find significant. I truly value it. You all have an excellent team. You are ensuring your guest feels at ease. I'm fond of it. -JASON-

The property is old and quite far out. There’s nothing close by, the nearest mall is Dubai hills and it’s boring! Staff are lovely!! The food is very expensive and you’d expect more from a Sheraton

There was a 15 cm diameter spot of blod in one of the towels. So discusting. When I told the room service, they said, ah ok we can easily give you another one The hotel was in one building and the reception in another building

We stayed in a lovely suite that was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The overall experience was great, and we appreciated the comfort and amenities. However, it would have been much better if there were a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom for added privacy.

I had a great stay at Four Points Sheraton Production City From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, and the staff was welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Esha was especially helpful throughout my stay. She was friendly, professional, and always made sure I had everything I needed. She checked in on me regularly and went out of her way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail made a big difference. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping it clean and stocked with all the essentials. The bed was cozy, and I had a peacefull sleep I truly enjoyed my stay at Four points . The service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. A big thank you to Esha for her outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed here twice and had a great experience! The cleaning staff, especially Roifikul and Mo Kayum, who were our housekeepers during our stays, were very polite, friendly, and always made sure our room was spotless. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, great breakfast, and nice areas to relax. Would definitely come back!

Strategically located with easy access to abu dhabi but in dubai. Also closer to expo city/ marina and other attractions. The hotel is well maintained and has lots of restaurants and bars with various choices. Complimentary mall drop and pick up transport is available. Good also for quiet weekend gateway. Staff is polite,courteous and happy to help. Always smiling. Special mention Esha,parth,Moe,vanessa,Dev,hamdi.

This is my 2nd time visited at Champions Sports Bar with my friends to celebrate my birthday. The ambiance is good , tidy and not crowded. Special mention to ROSE so friendly, kind and attentive. The service is an exceptional! Definitely will come back again🫶🏼.

I checked in to the hotel on January 6th with a reservation my company made for 7 nights. After a long flight due to moving from another country to Dubai, I arrived with a lot of luggage—around 7 bags—and my cat. I headed to the reception, I had my luggage and cat with me the entire time. In fact, my cat was in a transparent carrier. After completing the check-in process, I went with an employee directly to my room, where he placed my bags before leaving. I stayed exactly 7 nights as planned. On the 3rd day of my stay, I requested an extension. I planned to extend for 20 days, costing roughly around 2K dollars. I agreed with the hotel that payment would be made in cash on Saturday, January 11th, the day of my extension. Everything was fine, and to be honest, all staff—receptionists, cleaners, and restaurant employees—were friendly. This positive experience made me decide to extend my stay for an entire month. During my stay, I asked the reception if it would be okay to place a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and requested that no one clean my room during my absence. The receptionist clearly confirmed, "Of course, ma’am, no one will enter your room if you have that sign on the door, and in case we need to enter for any reason, we will inform you." The reason for this request was to prevent any possible escape of my cat during room cleaning. I personally ensured the room was kept perfectly clean. On Saturday, I left my room around 1 PM and went to the mall to exchange money. I spent the day outside and received a call at 9 PM from hotel reception asking about my extension. This was surprising since we had already agreed on everything. The receptionist even had me sign up for membership online to update my reservation information. I confirmed the extension and told them I would return within an hour to pay. Then they asked, "Do you have a pet in the room?" I replied, "Yes, I do. Why are you asking?" She responded, "I’m sorry, ma’am, but the hotel policy clearly states that no pets are allowed. You need to remove the cat." This was extremely shocking. How can you call a guest who has stayed for 7 nights and extended their stay, and inform them at 9 PM that they need to leave? I immediately returned to the hotel and found that I was locked out of my room—my key card didn’t work. I called reception, and they said, "Yes, ma’am, because you didn’t extend your stay". This was outrageous, as I was still a paying guest! They eventually sent someone to unlock the door, and I packed my belongings and head to reception to speak with the manager. The manager accused me of hiding the cat and lying, claiming none of the staff saw the cat when I checked in. I insisted they check the security footage to confirm that my cat was with me the whole time. Accusing a customer of lying because of incompetent staff—WHAT A SHAME! When I asked how they could kick out a guest at 11 PM with nowhere else to go, the manager said, "You can stay, but not your cat," which was impossible because my pet is part of my family! He even suggested I LEAVE THE CAT IN A CAR overnight—a suggestion so disgraceful and inhumane that I was utterly disgusted. And what’s more frustrating is that the manager told me the staff entered my room today without informing me because "they were wondering why my room had not been cleaned for one week," and then the cleaner "knocked, received no answer, and opened the room, found the cat, and informed them." This is clearly another breach of privacy, as no one should open my room without prior notification. I respect hotel policies, and I understand that they may refuse a 20-day extension with a pet. However, the hotel should take responsibility. I expected at least a decent, respectful approach from such a reputed hotel chain. They should have taken responsibility by allowing a 24 hours grace period to find alternative accommodation, instead of throwing me out in the middle of the night as if they were dealing with pests! SHAME ON FOUR POINTS BY SHERARON!!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la manière dont nous avons été reçus par la réceptionniste Joana qui a été d’une disponibilité extraordinaire à tout moment, d’une grande amabilité, elle nous a très bien expliqué toutes les informations à savoir durant le checkin et je n’avais jamais vu une réceptionniste qui donne des explications aussi détaillées et précises. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le staff, très friendly et l’hôtel en général.

The staff at the four points production city were very helpful and attentive and catered to all of my needs. The location is literally far from everything, so if you don't have a rental car you should set a budget for transportation. Breakfast was average and always crowded with limited options on the sweets sides. The spa was the wouldst experience ever and is not managed by the hotel. As for the room it was comfortable and spacious but it turns out to be very noisy when there are people in the hallways

When I first checked in, they didn't recognize Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite members, didn't offer any welcome points, neither breakfast nor welcome drinks either. Now they managed to check those member benefits and add ons, and fully complied. It was all good, enjoyed my entire stay, and I'm positively surprised how this property has mutated from worst to their very best.

The hotel is. Little know own gem containing 4 bars, including a McGettigans and Champions Sports Bar. The rooms are large and clean. The Front of House Reception team are so friendly and welcoming, especially Esha who was so friendly and smiley. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay!!

However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, though there is room for improvement. Additionally, transportation options should be reconsidered, as the hotel is somewhat remote and lacks convenient access to nearby locations

Wonderful staff especially Moe who went out of her way to make my stay extremely pleasant. An excellent choice of hotel for staying in the Production City / Sports City vicinity.

Woow such a good place I visited mcgettigans good environment and people. Gloria is so welcoming and the bartender was good . Gloria suggested Sunday roast for me which was so delicious coming back soon and bringing more of my friends, she also recommended me to download the mcgettigans app ,in which I got a free gift , the place is so calm ,nice music ,staff . I totally recommend it ... She also recommend me to try their brunch every Saturday that's fun and such a vibe.. oooh I'm looking for forward to it .. Thank you gloria see you soon

Room was upgrade to interior view. However curtains had to be shut all time to avoid other guests seeing in to the room. Room was dark and had no main ligh so was difficult to work in or get ready in.

Good experience overall

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The location was also great, with easy access to all of the attractions and amenities that the area has to offer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I arrived at 2:30 AM. I had just traveled 8000 miles, and just wanted a soft drink. I was told that the restaurant was closed and I should walk to the gas station next door. Not a good start. My room faced the building next door, I had reserved a city view. I contacted the manager the next morning. They told me the room was not available until my third day at the hotel. When I wanted to move, they said they would contact me, and I had to call them two hours later. Had no sense of urgency. This hotel is in a construction zone. Spend a little more money and stay in a more attractive area.

The property was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, great fitness area and pool.

There had been so loud sound and noise from the lounge on the 5th floor until 3:00 am. I stayed on the 4th floor and I could not sleep at all. I called reception to change the room or do something about it, but they didn't do anything. It was an awful experience.

Clean, friendly staff, large rooms, the only thing I didn’t like the location, little far from the attractions and nothing around.
