La ubicación está muy bien, es céntrica y tienes todo a mano

Todo lo demás. El Riad no corresponde para nada con las fotos, no sabemos si son fotos viejas o editadas, pero el estado actual del Riad es pésimo. Estuvimos cuatro días pensando en pasar estos de manera cómoda. Ningún día nos hicieron la habitación, ni cambiado las toallas, cosa que en los otros 4 Riad que hemos estado si lo hacen. La chica se organizó mal con las reservas y nos quiso echar una noche antes, a pesar de enseñarle nuestra reserva, información y pagos. Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas y sucias. Nos dieron la “suit” la cual tampoco tenía siquiera todas las luces en funcionamiento, la mitad de las bombillas estaban fundidas, y había cucarachas en las duchas. El estado de la cocina y las zonas comunes dejaban mucho que desear, las mismas sartenes con las que cocinan cada día no las limpian para usarlas al día siguiente. Adjunto fotos, valorarlo vosotros. No volveremos, y esperamos que a vosotros no os timen.

La habitacion era muy pequeña, no tenia ni armario, la cajonera no se podia abrir, el wc con cero intimidad....no estaba muy limpio y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba casi nada La ubicacion esta bien xq sta cerca de la plaza, lo unico q son callejuelas y por la noche da respeto ir hasta alli El dia q nos ibamos solo nos dejaron guardar las maletas alli hasta las 16h y nuestro avion salia a las 22h, tampoco pudimos coger mas horas la habitacion y tuvimos q star x la calle con las maletas hasta q nos fuimos

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of Marrakech. Despite being in the centre, it was very quiet. The lady serving breakfast was exceptionally kind and lovely.

La habitación muy pequeña y el aire acondicionado apenas se notaba. El callejón en el que se encuentra parece marronero pero no lo es. En Google maps no está muy bien indicada la ubicación.

I found the riad very beautiful and full of character, with a truly authentic atmosphere. The location was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. As I arrived late, they arranged my airport pick-up, and someone walked me to the riad, which made me feel very safe, especially as I was travelling alone. The breakfast was very good, and the room was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

The TV didn’t work, although I didn’t insist or ask anyone to help, so it may have just been me not knowing how to use it. I think the remote control batteries were probably flat.

El sitio es muy bonito y la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Los aires acondicionados son muy buenos y enfrían de maravilla. Además tienes arriba una terracita muy mona y el desayuno es estupendo.

Lo único que la cortina que da a la ventana exterior no es lo suficientemente opaca y entra la luz por la mañana muy pronto. Si te despiertas con luz esto puede molestar un poco.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad El Bellar. The riad is beautiful, clean, and full of traditional Moroccan charm. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Marrakech, and the facilities were exactly what we needed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful lady who looked after us during breakfast. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She didn't just serve breakfast—she genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. She gave us helpful advice about shopping, recommended places to visit, and shared local tips that were incredibly valuable. These were things well beyond her job, but they made such a positive difference to our experience. Her warmth, generosity, and hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. She is a real credit to the riad, and we will always remember her kindness. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Nothing significant. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Riad El Bellar to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Marrakech.

Everyone at the Riad were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

There were some issues at the beginning of our stay, that I informed to Booking's customer service: one socket in our room that really needed to be repaired, clogged drain in the shower and the sink. Nevertheless, the time we spent at the Riad was fine.

Desde o início fui bem atendida, mas o que realmente me encantou foi que meu marido chegou no dia seguinte muito tarde e estávamos com nosso neném de 3 meses. Tivemos que fazer um pedido em especial e o funcionário ligou para o DONO que foi muito gentil . Os funcionários estão de parabéns, mas o dono atender tarde da noite e ainda sim entender o nosso pedido foi magnífico..

Infelizmente apareceu uma barata no quarto o que nos deixou um pouco desconfortáveis, e sem vontade de continuar no alojamento, mas não havia mais hipótese nenhuma. A roupa de cama e toalhas não foi trocada durante toda a estadia nem feita as camas

Otele taksi ile gittim. Taksi medina sokaklarından giremediği için vebi yakın bir konumda bıraktı. Burada oradaki çocuklar adres için bana yardım etmek istedi ve otele beni götürdüler. Ama kapıya gelince para istediler. Verdim ama daha fazlasını istiyorlar. Bu sırada otel görevlisi de kapıyı kapatmıyor daha verin diyor. sabah erken havaalanına gideceğim için görevliden kahvaltı paketi rica ettim. bana kahvaltı saatini gösterdi. kendisine çoğu otelde bunu yaptıklarını söyledim. ısrarla kahvaltı saatini gösterdi. Riadın bulunduğu yer labirent gibi sokaklardan geçiliyor. konum ile bulmak çok zor.

In camera l’unica funzionava era quella in bagno! Le altre prese staccate dal muro e smettono di funzionare dopo 1 min, in bagno per fare la doccia devi tenere in doccino in mano! Nessun attacco al muro! Il lavandino in bagno completamente staccato !!! la colazione compresa ?!! INESISTENTE non si è visto nessuno e siamo dovuti andare via senza usufruire della colazione pagata. Ah … le lenzuola … Piene di macchie 😓

Rustige ligging in drukke medina, goed bereikbaar te voet vanaf Djeema el fna. Vriendelijke ontvangst, vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt. De airo werkt. Dakterras aanwezig, maar nog niet af. Op verzoek werd er taxi voor 's morgens vroeg naar vliegveld geregeld.

De kamer is erg klein en er is geen plek om je koffer neer te leggen (terwijl wij met kleine koffers reizen). Niet alle lichten werken. Er is 's avonds lawaai vanaf de binnenplaats als andere gasten thuis komen en als het personeel daar zit te praten of bellen; het galmt erg omhoog en de kamers hebben ramen die opengaan naar binnenplaats.

Il y avait bcp d’interrupteur mais pas beaucoup de lumières qui fonctionnaient.

Estabamos en la planta baja, y se oia bastante cada vez que entraba alguien al Riad o por las mañanas a la hora del desayuno, ya que se servia justo delante. Al ser un edifici antiguo puede dar la sensación inicial de descuidado. Un poco de mantenimiento le vendria bien aunque vimos que estaban justo con obras de mejora asi que es algo que tienen en cuenta y estan en ello.

dommage que le riad ne soit pas entretenu, un peu déçue par rapport à certaines photos qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité. personne à notre arrivée pour nous acceuillir c'est un client qui nous à ouvert le riad et le gérant à fait notre arrivée très rapidement et sans communications les autres jours.

Great location. Very friendly hosts. Quiet setting, yet just a 1-minute walk away from the heart of the medina and all the hustle and bustle. Great breakfast. A room straight out of *1001 Nights* ;) Highly recommended!!!

La camera vicino all'entrata, si sentivano i rumori di chi entrava e usciva. Il vicolo per arrivare alla struttura è isolato.

El Riad está fenomenal, pequeño, acogedor una situación excepcional, los desayunos riquísimos y el personal súper atento, tanto Kabira como Zacarias se portaron fenomenal , son unas personas excelentes. Repetiría y lo recomendaría sin duda. Una experiencia muy agradable y un grato recuerdo.

Poco espacio para guardar el equipaje o perchas para colgar la ropa

Il Riad é centralissimo e vicinissimo alla piazza principale. Il personale estremamente gentile ci ha consigliato dove mangiare e fare l’hammam a prezzi super onesti. La camera é giusta per due persone e il bagno privato é più grandi rispetto ad altri Riad e la camera è arredata in vero stile marocchino

We are a family of four from Germany and had a wonderful stay at Riad El Bellar. We would definitely give it 5 stars. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Medina, and only a few minutes’ walk from Jemaa el-Fna. Many sights, restaurants and the souks are easily reachable on foot, which makes it an ideal place to explore Marrakech. The riad itself is beautiful, very clean and feels safe and peaceful despite being in the middle of the lively Medina. It is a perfect place to relax after a day in the city. A special thank you to Kabira, who is incredibly kind, warm and helpful. She made us feel very welcome from the first moment and was always there if we needed anything. Her hospitality really made our stay special. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every morning, a great start to the day. The airport transfer was also perfectly organized and very convenient, which made the arrival and departure very easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Riad El Bellar to anyone visiting Marrakech. If we come back to Marrakech one day, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, very central. Kabira was a brilliant host. She was friendly & welcoming & there to help with anything we needed.

Some areas of the Riad could benefit from a bit of improvement. Toilet seat was not properly secured to the floor (seems to be that not unusual in Morocco!). Breakfast could have been a bit more varied each day, although when we mentioned this to Kabira she did prepare us an omelette & was happy to accommodate our own bits to eat in the kitchen.

Está cerca de la plaza principal y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Las dos chicas que nos atendieron en dos días diferentes fueron muy amables, nos dejaron dejar las mochilas un día antes de la reserva y también el día que nos íbamos hasta la hora del vuelo, no nos pidieron ningún extra, todo un detalle, muy buena hospitalidad, un trato de 10

Kabira was lovely and tended to all our needs, the breakfast was included and cooked by her. The location is right in the heart of the Medina market.

Beautiful and characteristic riad, right in the old medina, in a small side street. Amazing how in the midst of the always busy market when turning into the small side street where the riad is, all noises stop. When we were there it was december/january and cold for Marrakech. We got extra blankets and with the heater working it was no problem. What really makes this riad stand out was the staff, and then I have to mention especially Kabira: she made us a nice breakfast every morning, helped us with everything we needed even before we realized we nmeeded it, told us about Marrakech, things not to miss, showed my wife how to use Moroccan make-up, etc etc. In short: an absolute gem! It was hard to say goodbye to her after the ten days we spent in the riad. We arranged transportation from and to the airport via the riad and that worked well. When we arrived we were an hour late but the driver still was there at the airport, bringing us near the medina where two different handcars were bringing us to the door of the riad. Quite an experience, it brought us immediatley in the right mood for the rest of the trip: everything we experienced was "colorful" and often not what you expected but peopele were very friendly, interested and helpful.
