AC Hotel by Marriott Beverly Hills

Location fantastic for both Hollywood, Beverly Hills and beaches, room was perfect for two adults with young children with the separate sitting room, staff were great, cleanliness excellent, good amenities nearby

Advertised swimming pool is more of a tub that can't really be used for swimming, as a family we did not feel welcome on the rooftop terrace restaurant / bar, valet parking had been added to bill for all nights of our stay despite only using it for first night (there are much cheaper acceptable places to park nearby) and cancelling it thereafter - had to have this removed

The people working at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The hot water was too hot. It couldn't be adjusted.

I’ve stayed here three times - the staff have always been responsive and professional, and I’ve gotten solid sleep in their comfortable beds.

I really loved my stay at the AC Beverly Hills! My husband and I wanted to explore all the nearby museums and we loved that it was close to LACMA, Academy of Motion Pictures, La Brea Tar Pits, and the Petersen Automotive Museum. We also grabbed a drink and bites at Nava on the rooftop. Awesome views! The staff was really friendly and always greeted us when we walked through the lobby. Gem of a hotel!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. No carpeting, which is great! They used a laminate flooring that looked good and easy to clean I should think. The staff is helpful and kind. The location is walkable and convenient to LACMA, the Petersen automotive museum and the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

Lovely, modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Great location within 5 minutes' drive to The Grove. The kids loved the MacDonalds next door and we loved the Indian restaurant nearby with amazing karak chai.

This was a fab hotel, with modern rooms, great breakfast and lovely staff. We were a 5 minute drive from The Grove. There is a McDonalds and a nice Indian restaurant just next door. Quiet but central location.

I liked the space where you can sit outside and relax. And I have a picnic.

The pool area is very small but quiet.

This hotel - in addition to being beautiful - offers some of the best service we have experienced in Los Angeles. As a traveler - and as a tourist, even in our hometown - nothing beats great customer service. Jonathan at the front desk was the BEST - we got a beautiful room last minute in an emergency that turned out to be a family favorite. Restaurant is stunning with great views and amazing food and drinks, with prices comparable (and for that view even lower) with standard LA. We would definitely stay again - and will recommend our family and friends stay here as well for the upcoming Olympics.

We loved the room, views of Beverly Hulls, rooftop pool and restaurant, gym, friendly service.

We hosted out of town friends and family for a family event near the AC Beverly Hills. Our crew had a fantastic time. The staff were excellent , courteous and helpful. Our guests loved gathering around the rooftop pool and on the first floor patio. The rooms were clean and in great condition . We were so thrilled with the experience.

Stag was extremely nice and personable. Beautiful room, amazing bed.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was a great place to have a beer at the end of a long day.

I would have loved the option of lunch service at the restaurant, however, there was plenty of options just a short walk down the street.

Location is good

Hotel charged my debit card and that was over and above two days charges. Its been many days but that reversal didnt come back. Hotel even didnt give me any receipt of reserved and blocked amount.

Floor wasn't mopped! The toilet keep breaking down, twice whilst we were there. No opening windows!

I was very disappointed with our recent stay at the AC Beverly Hlls hotel. I begin, only vallet parking is permitted, so there is an additional $60.00 per night that is added to your nightly stay. The parking staff was very personable and the check-in check-out for the vehicles was done by text message, which was very convenient. However, out check in experience was not as pleasant. The individual that was checking guest in was less than friendly. Wearing an "Off the rack" suit that was atl east one size too big and sporting a fake diamond earring, his appearance was far from professional. As was his "Im doing you a favor" mood that he was in. The room itself was clean and modern looking. However, the shower towels were so thin that you could practically see through them. I use nicer towel for drying off my cars. Also, we were blessed with a toilet that did not stop running all night. So, my next visit to Beverly Hills will not include a stay here, I wll look elsewhere.

This is a very nice hotel with amazing staff. We stayed here for 4 nights. Every employee, from front desk, to cleaning staff, to valet had the best attitude: cheerful, helpful, personable, smiling. This hotel organization must have a great culture. Roof top bar is a great treat and the gym is also nice.

It has been a long time since I have a stayed at a Hotel where the ALL the staff was Amazing. From check in to the roof top bar to Valet. Thanks to AC Marriott for making our quick High School Graduation visit better than we expected.

Good facilities if you want a gym or swimming pool at your hotel. Nice breakfast, although a little expensive. I'd recommend Cafe Fresco for pancakes or similar, or Paris Baguette if you just want a coffee and a pastry. The rooftop bar is a nice space to enjoy.

Rooms are the same soulless prefabs you get everywhere these days. No wardrobe, just a rail with 6 hangers and a couple of tiny drawers. In-house food at the bar isn't great but there are many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Amanda (the manager) provided excellent customer service. We also really liked Liz (waitress). She took really care of us. We enjoyed having dinner on the rooftop deck. The view was amazing!

Room was tiny. City view, but tiny window looked out on an adjacent building with a small view of the city if you looked out of the window at an angle. Shower door didnt close all the way, so water soaked bathroom floor with every shower. Had to wait 4 hours for an available room, and was asked to sit on a sofa in their lobby which was their "business center". Room's coffee machine was filled with water from previous occupant, and coffee packets were never refilled during my stay.

The valet staff were extremely rude. I have never experienced worst customer service.

We broke through the Marriott Bonvoy program and it was an excellent option in BH. Close to some great food options. Clean. Shower was excellent and the service from the team was excellent . We weren't here for long but if you are happy not to be in the heart of BH - this is a great option.

The TVs work on Wi-Fi and the room Wi-Fi was not strong enough to keep the TV from constantly buffering. That was a real drawback.

From the moment we came on location, the staff was extremely amicable, with a very friendly valet and a helpful front desk that gave us some great recommendations. The room was extremely spacious, well-cleaned, and very comfortable. We felt very relaxed while we were on the premises, with a soothing atmosphere and calm noise level, despite being in an amazing location close to West Hollywood, where we primarily wanted to explore. Excellent overall experience at a great value; we will absolutely come back if we visit the area again.

Sheets and towels were torn. Breakfast was poor, with things from other days e.g boiled eggs, bread, cheese...I noticed the room was not fully clean when we went in.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I was there for one full week and just coming in and out, had a chance to get to know all the front desk staffers, housekeeping, and valet crew. Everything was great and everyone was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet and menu on the side that’s in rotation is a nice touch. They also allow dogs but the place is spotless, you wouldn’t even think that dogs are allowed on premises. Thank you AC hotel for another great stay.

Super easy valet parking (with EV charging) and check-in. Very centrally located. Room and bed very comfortable and quiet. Our two little dogs also settled in cozily and rate it paws up!

Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy, something is very wrong here. An epic violation of trust. I arrive at my room at 7:30 pm (in the evening). I have already checked in four hours ago. My key card is not working (I believe it’s been disengaged on purpose) and as I shake the door handle, the door opens with a maintenance man inside my room! It’s 7:30 in the evening! He closes the door and tells me to wait in the hallway for a few minutes. A few minutes later, he opens the door again and leaves with a work cart, informing me he had to change an air filter!!! It’s 7:30 in the evening. An air filter is not an emergency repair that would require going into a guest’s room who has already checked-in hours earlier. This is so wrong on so many levels. I have no idea what he was doing in my room or what legitimate reason could possibly require him to be there other than an emergency and an air filter is not an emergency. Even in the remote chance he was changing an air filter, what remediation was done to my room to address the pollutants released when exchanging those air filters? Doesn’t make sense nor sound true. The front desk told me that maintenance occurs throughout the day and night and takes place when guests are not in their room? I asked if they were tracking me when I was in or out of my room and the front desk quickly offered a corrected statement that the maintenance should take place before a guest is checked-in. That makes sense, but I checked in four hours earlier. I am not comfortable with this at all. I would have gone nuclear if my daughter had arrived at the room to confront this same situation. It is so wrong on so many levels. It is bad policy, bad planning, bad practice or a tale that doesn’t ring true. This is a total failure for Marriot.
