This is such a nice property. The staff is exceptional in every way. Front desk is awesome, Jorge is amazing. Concierge, bellman, housekeeping, restaurant employees are all so professional. I always have a first-class experience.

I booked 4 nights but our flight was delayed then cancelled so we missed the first night and could not get a refund. Very dissapointing. We will not be back.

Nice lobby / pool area - renovated

We were placed on the third floor at first and the rooms had very small windows, felt a bit garage like. We got moved to the 9th floor the second day though. The airco is very loud, the rooms are ok, but could use an overal renovation (the rooms are quite a contrast to the lobby/pool area which looks great). Its a pitty there is no food service at the pool. To get to the pool you need to walk through a conference type area which is a bit strange. You have people dressed in suits and the families pass by in swimming clothes. The parking is very expensive 90$ per day. We parked at the target next door for 20$ which was fair.

Hotel is on the edge of Beverly Hills and is opposite the Beverly Centre so location wise is convenient for travel. There are a couple of sketchy blocks nearby so be careful walking at night. The room was nice, we had a suite looking at the hills. It was a bit dated and could do with some investment but perfectly functional. We don’t use the pool but it looked functional. Price wise I’d say slightly too much given the need for some investment and a relatively poor onsite bar offering. I’d recommend for a couple of nights, any longer and I’d choose elsewhere.

Super comfy bed, great location, efficient valet parking staff. The hotel's common areas have been upgraded since my last visit and look nice.

Staff not very friendly (front desk, bar), Hotel need to be refreshed, especially the rooms, that look really outdated. The pool is far from the hotel rooms / lobby and not very nice.

It’s a big beautiful hotel in the city center I’d say. so it has enough area and facilities and perfect reception, I mean furniture etc. Very polite staff doing everything that guest’s staying would be comfortable. Big room and cleaning every day. Pure water I like it. Best area with pool outside. Unbelievable beds that have made my sleeping amazing. I was feeling calm after every night. Yeah it was. It was very good. 🫶

I would have given it the highest rating if the air conditioner had worked properly. It had only one mode without low or medium. It was very very noise that d make impossible sleeping with turning on

We stayed here after my husband’s surgery at Cedar Sinai. The employees are friendly and the entry reception lobby area very upscale and nice! Cleanliness was extra important to us after a surgery and many of the reviews said it was very clean. Up the elevator we were greeted by an attendant who hit the button to our floor. However my enthusiasm soon took a turn when we started down the hallway to our room. I smelled musty rug, mixed with dog urine. I thought to myself, why can’t a hotel as nice as this, replace these very old hallway rugs to go with the quality of their upscale lobby entry? You know that covered up dog urine odor from deodorizer. This was the hallway my husband was to do his walking exercises and I cringed at the idea of him smelling it, not to mention the bacteria. Thank God our room didn’t smell like urine and so I was relieved, but the air felt muggy, like the AC wasn’t quite working. Strike two! Humidity goes hand in hand with musty rug smell and I put two and two together. Considering our lengthy stay, and keeping in mind the two strikes against it, I went down to the front desk to see if their was another room, maybe in an area where there was a designated no pets zone. I wanted my husband to be in the most comfortable and sanitary room as possible, and if there was another room that had better AC circulation, that would benefit his lungs. The front desk clerk said the Sofitel is a pet friendly hotel and the entire hotel is open to pets. I was surprised to hear that. And so be it. I have nothing against pets but during this time after his post op recovery, sanitation is high on my priority list. She kindly offered another room available after 4 days, but given pets can be anywhere in the hotel, I passed. Plus after three days, I didn’t want to pack up and move once we got situated. After a few days, the room felt just as muggy as day one, and twice they sent Maintanence's to check on AC. It wasn’t until our fourth night that I came down with a virus and we needed another room. They apologized but said they were overbooked and nothing was available. We begged them to find another room so I didn’t expose my husband to my illness and that we didn’t have to leave, but they just couldn’t do it. I was very disappointed. Surely there is always a way to make something work. Strike three! Look, I understand fully that this is a business first and foremost, and if they’re overbooked that puts them in a bad situation to try to help us but they made it seem as though it was impossible. Knowing they were dealing with a post op guest, there was a part of me that was saying you got to be kidding! Nothing you can do? Needless to say, very nice staff, but patients from Cedar Sinai, they won’t have your back. The good news is I found an amazing hotel close by with a large patio that we can get fresh air and lounge and absolutely no smell of pets. And no muggy room feel. God had my back! I never do reviews but I thought out of town guests especially who stay for a physical procedure from Cedar Sinai should know. Maybe my experience pertained only to the floor I was on. I don’t know, but just be aware.

Great location, good bar food, nice bathroom & comfy bed, good coffee in the room as well as water bottle, clean water and ice available.

No slippers or robes. Could have done with a few more drawers which were not accessible due to the location of the plugs & the desk.

We decided to stay at this property as part of our trip through the West Coast. The hotel is in a very good location. The staff at the hotel was courteous but the reception folks goofed up with my bookings which were all paid for earlier. During checkin, they doubled the credits to one room and left a payment unpaid to the other. So the next day I promptly got billed for 3 days for one room on my card, and given that it was an international credit card, I had to chase the manager at reception to get the entry reversed immediately, which was time consuming. One of our rooms was upgraded to the 'Hollywood hills' view, but honestly, all we could see from the hills was trees and houses. Maybe this view was better than the view of the normal room. The look of the rooms was very old - place needs to be refurbished. We were handed 4 aluminium water bottles for water at the time of checking in, as a part of the ESG governance drive to save plastic. No issues in this - but the problem is that the bottles were very small, and the water dispensers on each floor had only ice cold water, forget normal or warm water. So we had to get the water filled from there across more than 1 bottle and heat it in the room for my daughter who had a sore throat. Not a great idea... Breakfast on the ground floor was nice. Overall, the hotel is part of the Sofitel chain but lacks the kind of facilities and extravagance of the earlier Sofitel Hotels I stayed in.

Hotellet är super modernt, Pool området jätte härligt. Känns som en liten oas i BALI :) Städningen var exemplarisk på hotellet och personalen super trevliga!

Området runt hotellet är rätt sunkigt, dock ser det så ut i hela USA känns det som. Fördelen är att man har ett bra utgångsläge för att ta sig till de olika ställen. Ca 45 min gångavstånd till Rodeo Drive. Finns några bra små restauranger ( hål i väggen ) runt hotellet. En vanlig frukost för 2 personer ca 600 kr ink tip. Hotellets frukost låg på ca 400 kr per person. Äter man mycket frukost rekommenderar jag att äta på hotellet.

I called and upgraded to a suite via phone with Emily Sierra. I am currently getting care at Cedars. I will always return to Sofitel as a result of Emily’s extraordinary thoughtfulness! She is truly wonderful. I have stayed at the Bel Air and Beverly Hills Hotels and NEVER received the level of concern Emily expresses toward her guests. Thank you for employing her! I expect to see her supervising by the end of summer. She is the absolute best. Both My daughter and I are enormously

Banyo ve otelin genel kalitesi çok iyiydi ayrıca alt kattaki restoran da oldukça keyifliydi. Odanın imkanları ve konumu tam da aradığım gibiydi. Çalışanların çözüm odaklı ve yardımsever olması sayesinde ziyaretimizin kalitesi arttı.

Otoparkı nedeniyle tercih ettiğim bu tesiste benden otopark için ekstra gecelik 75$ istenmesi açıkçası beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Eğer otoparkın ekstra ücretli olduğunu bilsem arama kriterimi ona göre düzenlerdim.

That there is a mini fridge but if you move something you are automatically charged. I was not made aware that you could request a mini fridge for medication and your own snacks. It was a sign my daughter found in the corner in the smallest font.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine

Le personnel, accueil chaleureux en apparence mais très faux. Nous avions effectué 2 réservations : une pour mon ex mari et une autre pour moi-même . Ils ont pris deux cautions pour une seule réservation. Ensuite j’avais réservé une chambre de luxe pour la seconde réservation et elle comptait ne pas le dire et nous laisser dans la chambre standard. Enfin ils ont privatisé la piscine une journée entière sans prévenir au préalable de la réservation alors que c’est préjudiciable et que c’est la moindre des choses Je déconseille fortement cet établissement, je vous conseille le SLS à 500 mètres qui finalement n’est pas beaucoup plus onéreux ( 70/100 ) de plus et dont la qualité a tout égard est incroyable

L’ emplacement et la propreté des lieux. C est plutôt un hôtel de passage réservé aux affaires.

La privatisation des lieux communs (restaurant et piscine de petite taille!).

Fantastic hotel and location. I have stayed here several times and it is always excellent. Great location and the room was fantastic. I had a penthouse suite which was fully equipped with amenities. The staff is always great. I literally mean every department from front desk, housekeeping to the fantastic bellman. I highly recommend this property.

The beds were amazingly comfortable. The most comfortable beds we had during our trip. The lobby smelled amazing.

The rooms were extremely small for how much the room cost. We also had an adjoining room and could hear everything happening in the room next to ours which made us very aware of how much noise we made and with 2 children it made things difficult. We also didn't get our room cleaned on the first day, and on the second day actually had to request for housekeeping to come and make up our room. Which was disappointing considering how much the stay was.

This hotel is the leader in hospitality in the Beverly Hills, Los Angeles area. From the management, front of house staff and valet parking they all have a genuine desire to make your stay as exceptional as it can be. I have stayed in many hotels in this area and none can beat the Sofitels hospitality. The rooms are beautiful we stayed in a suite over looking Hollywood Hills, house keeping excellent with turn down service. Concierge thank you for your restaurant recommendations and messaging, Nestor you were a great help. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent with a quick service, bar area friendly although can close early on some nights, but have a great jazz night (Monday I think) The new pool area is beautiful, sun loungers tables have been selected so tastefully. As an All Accor diamond member when you are welcomed by management and thanked for your loyalty this means a lot, other hotels in the area should learn from the Sofitel Beverly Hills, this is now my go to place when in Los Angeles and won’t stay any where else. We travel a lot and this hotel is ranked in my top 5. Thank you Sofitel for a wonderful stay.
