1. Location. Hotel is just right beside the covered pedestrian walk to pavilion in 1 minute. Good for quick refresh if tiring from shopping or put things back to hotel. 2. Price is decent for the prime location. 3. Maintained ok for the room despite the ages. 4. 24hrs convenient store at the basement of lobby make it very convenient for anytime refresh. Connected to hotel & easily accessed to. 5. Luggage storage is provided after checkout.

1. Toilets seems got water leaking or minor smell sometimes but not a big issue. 2. Breakfast sections are above lobby make it quite awkward, and staff attention on details can be further improve i.e. arrange seatings.

The hotel is in walking distance to the PetronasTwin Towers, with your walk leading through a lovely, nearby park. Everything was as it should be. I couldn't find any faults, including the delightful breakfast buffet.

it was our 3rd time staying in same hotel. i loved this hotel since it is very close to mall, shops and main street. there are lots of options available to eat. The street is not crowded. the room is very clean and size is decent and has all the facilities.

i requested for early check in instead of early checked in, our rooms were handed over 1 hour later than regular check in time. it was never happened to us. i guess hotel was pretty busy.

The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, particularly the manager at the front desk, who was not at all helpful. It is important to maintain a courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, especially those who may have made errors in their bookings. The responses provided to clients were discourteous. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I would not conduct myself in the same manner.. I won’t be sending any of my client from penang to Novotel

Nice and friendly

There is not much we did not like about this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, great location in center next to one of the largest malls I have ever seen. This hotel was out backup after a not so successful stay in another place and we couldn't be happier to move to this hotel. Beds were very comfortable.

Honestly there is not much to not like about this place. Only small remark is that the breakfast area was under construction but I guess we were a little unlucky about that and in the future this will not be a problem.

L’accueil. Celle qui a fait le Check in était assistée par une autre dame pas très aimable. Aucun sourire. Pas de bienvenue, très déçue de l’accueil. On a compris nous même par la carte qu’on nous a remis où se situaient la piscine, la salle de sport, lieu du buffet, ect. Aucune explication de leur part. La Piscine n’est pas très grande. La qualité du buffet est à revoir, attente pour les œufs, 10 minutes pour avoir du lait chaud. Déçue du buffet répétitif et pas non plus extraordinaire. Par contre le voiturier très aimable . On lui a laissé un pourboire,vraiment sympathique. Ce n’est pas adapté aux familles. Séjour offert pour notre ado mais la chambre est petite ce sont deux petits lits. Il faut payer un lit supplémentaire.

Stand lighting is too bright

Loved how it’s situated directly behind Pavillion mall. The skybridge access also located just behind the hotel which makes it easy to go to Pavillion and even KLCC.

Room could be better, especially the lighting part (personal preference) and the bedsheet had a stain on it during my stay.

The location is excellent and central but quiet in a bustling area. The staff is very helpful and it’s a clean, comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

The bathrooms are very small. The lighting in the rooms, especially the blinding standing lamp, needs to be improved.

Breakfast was our main meal and we thoroughly enjoyed taking the variety that we liked and was available.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like but would love to go to the roof top to enjoy which I didn’t get time to find out the details.

Our room was beside the service elevator so we had constant noise from that coupled with the very loud air conditioner meant little sleep 😞

1. The location was superb, very close to Pavillion. 2. They upgraded my stay to the executive floor, which was very nice and appreciated. 3. The room has 3M filter water which was awesome. The amenity was very well prepared with good shampoo and conditioner. 4. The staff at the bar was very kind. On our last afternoon (27 June), he offered a free Sprite to my son, after he became aware that we had an Accor Plus card (to support me not being able to get a discount of our previous bill). He did not have to do it, but was doing such out of kindness.

During our last evening on 26 June 2026, the electricity in our room (2708) was unstable from around 6pm until 9:20pm, and caused 3 of our chargers completely broken. What made this worst was the duty manager in charge was not hands-on to fix the root cause, and kept asking us to change room & no other solutions/compensation. When I told her that the electricity does not seem to be our room's issue alone, our opposite room seems to have the same issue, she said that she did not receive any call from such room yet, therefore, the only solution remained us changing room. As it turned out, the electricity in the whole floor (floor 27) was not stable, and the whole floor had a blackout for 20 minutes (on top of 3 hours waiting in a dark room for the technician to fix the electricity in my room). Should the duty manager in charge be more hands-on and come to the floor to check, that might have resolved the issue faster. I love the hotel so much, but not this very experience. If it wasn't thanks to the bar staff I mentioned above, I would have rated 7 for Novotel KLCC for our stay this time because of the duty manager's ability to handle crisis.

Das Zimmer ist laut. Klimaanlage sehr laut. Das Fenster war auch nicht dicht und deshalb sehr laut. Ich hatte ein Exekutive Zimmer gebucht, aber da das Zimmer sehr laut war haben sie mich downgraded und ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Für den Preis gibt es bessere Hotels in KL.

Good location. Within walking distance to Pavillon shopping centre and other key attractions. Gym was also well equipped.

Carpet and curtains had multiple stains which made the rooms feel dirty (noting that bed sheets and bathroom were clean).

Im Bad gibt es einen Filter-Wasserhahn. Perfekt zum Zähneputzen, Gesichtwaschen und Wasserflaschen auffüllen. Frühstück war super! Es gab Europäisches, Amerikanisches und asiatisches zur Auswahl. Außerdem Obst, Säfte, Wasser und Kaffee!

Die bei Booking angezeigte Adresse hat mich via Google/ Karten an einen falschen Ort geschickt. Ich hab den Namen dann eingegeben und musste mit Koffer zu Fuß 1,5 Kilometer woanders hingehen. Ob der Fehler bei der Adresse oder bei Google Maps liegt kann ich nicht sagen.

Everything pitch-perfect. The location was phenomenal. Right next to the walking bridge. We didn't need to rent a car or call grab as this was the best place to explore via foot even though we had a 1 year old baby with us. Loved. Next, comfort. Superb luxurious hotel, seems like newly built, utter luxury. The lifts, the corridors, the lobby, the room, the bathrooms. Super clean, decent size of both bathroom and the room itself. I travel a lot to different cities and comfort is my no.1 priority and this was catered to by Novotel. It will be my no.1 spot whenever I come back to KL IN SHA ALLAH. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the view was amazing, we got some KL tower view and also KLCC view. The area around it was all luxury and shouted "high-end" . There are two 7/11 stores across the street and 1 other big store right in the basement of this hotel which was phenomenal. Also the staff omg. My suitcase lock was not opening and they sent someone in the middle of the night to open it. I cant thank them enough.

De locatie - midden in het centrum van KL - is echt geweldig. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en typisch Maleisisch (dus geen English breakfast). De kamers zijn zeer comfortabel.

Het zwembad is op de derde verdieping, biedt geen privacy tegen de omringende hoogbouw en is klein in verhouding tot het aantal gasten dat het hotel kan herbergen.

Poor choice of hotel for the money. Very weak breakfasts. Small, modest pool.

Location is great, within walking distance to Pavilion Mall, Suria KLCC, and Bukit Bintang MRT station. Room is great, having a couch makes it a corner for relaxation while in the room. Breakfast is at Food Exchange, a very decent and relaxing place for coffee and slow start for the day. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I just wish there is a bit more variety of hot items for breakfast. I hope there is some indicator which elevator arrives, easy to miss it unless one stands a bit away from the three elevators. Getting to the main entrance from the Pavilion mall side, one has to watch out for cars coming from the street on the left and car exiting the hotel car park on the right. If there is a barrier for car exiting the hotel, it will give the guests better protection from potential accidents.
