Hollywood Inn Suites Hotel

Nice big rooms with enough room to put the luggage

Clean and big room as always.

Construction next door starts early neighbors loud and no vending machine

Big room check in easy

Deposit too high. Nobody ever answers front desk because it’s one girl

I liked the building is clean and close to the freeway! It’s usually very busy but the rooms are big and worth the price.

The first 2 times I said here I always heard my neighbors once was so bad I had to call and I hate doing that

I liked nothing about the property because they cancelled my reservation because I complained about roaches in both rooms I moved to 2 months prior to this reservation.

Everything including the staff was to blame about my bad experience. She moved me to another room with the same problem and I had toddlers with me. This happened at 2:34am and this took 30 minutes to come to the same problem.

Niente colazione , bevande a disposizione .

Staff was helpful

Pool not clean

Nothing is good the previous reviews are manipulated...is the worst suites inn...i try to stay. I nook but when arrive i could not believe so bad it was ...i ask for a refund they refuse...so i lost my money...completly

Everything is smelling like a whorehouse.. bed is not a bed ...it is hamaca..

The check-in staff was cordial, I like the fact that it was very very clean. there was enough parking. Excellent housekeeping. Overall we got our monies worth.

The pool chairs were torn and not clean, also lack of microwave in the rooms having to go downstairs each time we needed it.

Even though the location was somewhat in the ghetto the hotel itself was clean. The room was spacious the bed was comfortable and it was for a good price. Thank you for not having inappropriate things show up on the cable channels.

The check in was really long. There was not enough staff onsite. We were in a rush to go to a concert and there was only one staff memeber doing check-in and answering calls. The line was really long and took 25 minutes to check in. The company needs more staff onsite atleast two people.

Everything.

Bueno

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that parking was not free and required an additional charge. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Parking is not free

Nulla in particolare.

The room itself was really good.

The location was a bit sketchy, but no real complaints

Vicino all’aeroporto. Stanza molto grande, pulita. Molto gentili alla reception.

Nulla

Spacious room, Clean

Bastante comodo

Esta un poco retirado del centro

Ligging

Todo

Olor a cigarrillo

Good value for your money, The Pool, Wifi Unlimited free coffee from top of the line coffee machines.. Rooms are clean and spacious..

No breakfast nor are there any food or drink vending machines.. A hefty $250 damage deposit, that is reimbursed.. You get it refunded when you checkout.. But apparently we were told it takes 2-5 Business days to reflect on your bank account..

It was second to none.

Everything was ok

The hotel is nice, clean, and somewhat larger compared to other hotels. However, this hotel does not have a microwave in the room, so if you bring food, you won’t be able to heat it up there might be one available in the front area. The staff are not very welcoming; they look sad or tired, maybe because they’ve been working 12-hour shifts, I’m not sure. But at around 6 PM, the front desk staff were not smiling and seemed to always have a serious expression.

No Microwave and staff are not friendly gesture, serious expression.

Güzel ama koku fazla

Quarto.

Easy to find and at a bargain price oki t fir anywhere in LA

There wasn’t anything I disliked

Coffee is awesome and the room is great

.

the room was large

uncomfortable pillows, ripped wall paper, broken blinds, bathroom sliding door railing a sagged in the middle nd wouldn't stay closed, cheap interior furnishings

camere spaziose e pulite. punto ristoro piacevole.

Bed was a good size.

It was loud and the walls paper thin. People were coming and going. Staff weren't helpful and it felt a touch unclean.

It was affordable and decently clean

Kinda empty and room echoes

It was a massive room for 4 of us. We all had our own space which was nice. Great value

Pretty spacious room ,bed was really comfortable.

We were having problems with the TV the controls were not working. Channels were hard to find We want to watch the soccer game but we couldnt find the channel .

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was not properly maintained, and I encountered multiple cockroaches during my visit, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. Finding insects in the room made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards overall. This significantly impacted my stay and made it impossible to relax. I would not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness and pest control. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard.

Todo

Netheid.

Belachelijk natuurlijk.

Un bon rapport qualité prix

Aucune isolation, on entend tout.

Nothing

I didn’t like anything about this property. The customer service was very rude and disrespectful. He even denied me a room after he said everyone was available.

Esta muy grande limpio y buen precio

NICE COLD WATER

STAFF NOT VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Rooms were modern and clean

Charged a parking fee. $12 per night. Very cheesy, never have had that happen to me. The shower wasnt working properly. The sink drained extremely slowly. The front door wouldnt latch half of the time. The beds were like sleeping on a hard wood floor. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillow I ever felt.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel, staff was great, coffee and refresher water were great!!

I would have like complimentary breakfast and or better vending machines. One was broken and the other kept our money and snacks didn’t come out. Elevator was also very sketchy glad we were on the first floor.

Everything

Just location is off set thats it

Esta bien limpio todo
