Well, check in took some time. Two staff working. White girl, very unpleasant, and a black dude, which I checked in with. He was super cool and on the spot. I liked his service. Elevator system is the best I ever experienced. You pre press your floor, and only for you an elevator comes, and very fast. No waiting or crowded. Spa, hot tub was very small, and full of chlorine that it was foaming lots. I got a skin rash from that! But still cool spot, plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. I liked it, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, very yummy, and waffles, orange juice. If you like just a night clise to the airport, highly recommend this hotel. Free Shuttle is going every 30mins. Room was clean, bed was very comfy

인터넷 데이터 사용이 전부차단되어 공용wifi 만 사용해야함. 민감한 정보를 사용하기 꺼림찍 함. House 시설에 예약했으나 그릇, 식기, 포크조차 없음. 커피마져 돈을 내야함. 차량을 건너 주차빌딩에 파킹하고 프론트에 와야 하는데 입구에서 카드로 무조건 요금지불해야 함. 24시간 프리패스는 호테로 와서 돈을 낸 다음 가능함. 여러 사항에서 이런 호텔은 처음 경험함.

The room was spacious and I loved having the kitchenette in the room. The complimentary airport shuttle also made my stay so convenient. The free breakfast was nice too!

I was in an inside room which meant there were no windows. This made the room so dark and without any natural light. I didn’t realize that was the case when I booked the room. It was not clear that there would be no windows in the description (or I could have missed that).

We Arrived 7 hours before check in time sooner than expected as we were driving from Az, upon arrival i went to front desk to see if i can at least utilize parking garage w/fee fior our overnight stay as my son was dropped off at SoFi for the BTS metch line w/ no place to park, since I was already at the hotel waiting I asked if can have the free breakfast, & she said of course. When I came back to check in that afternoon there was a long line and an employee (Mgr)? Was apologizing for the wait & happily giving out bottled water fir the inconvenience. Breakfast, was delicious, room & bed very comfy., staff friendly & accommodating.better experience than our 1st visit. while I was there i was slso

I don't know if it's part of the hotel's responsibility but the parking garage and elevators were filthy, btw our first time here we were stuck in between floors for 20 minutes in that garage elevator.

We paid a lot of money for a room for one night literally just the night, and the parking is $25? That’s a freaking rip off!!! We came in late and had to leave at 3:30 am to catch our flight. When I was trying to check in, I was standing there with all my bags for five minutes waiting while some lady at the desk just kept telling stories to the guy that should’ve been checking me in. He should’ve told her let me check this person in real quick.

They forewarned me in March 2026 that their driveway wasn't available. Usually this means the hotel can fix the issue by end of August 2026, and they will make accommodations to make the customer experience better. NOPE! Instead, imagine lining up for 15 minutes to get into a shared airport parking ramp behind the hotel, lugging a family trip's worth of luggage from the parking ramp (no bell hop), the hotel doesn't have enough luggage carts (the one they had was broken, but luckily we found an airport luggage cart outside), and they're going to still charge you $48/night to park there!

It is next door to the LAX. Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good hotel for the price. Very generous free breakfast. The restaurant and bar are nice and good food. Free shuttle to the airport. One caveat was the housekeeping . It is every other day and by request and the parking is on the expensive side

Gym was amazing, room was amazing - we have stayed there a lot of times.

Very few tables to accommodate all the guests at breakfast, creating long lines. We have not been there during the summer before and it had been fine. It was a bit challenging this time, without spoiling anything though.

A touch of class and historic charm. Staff are amazing and made the stay memorable. Special compliments to Mandy at the pool bar and Tyler at the lobby bar. You are both fantastic people and a credit to JDV Barnett.

I had a great one-night stay here! Caught the shuttle at exactly the right moment, was helped by Ashley (who was stellar and really made the stay memorable) at the front desk, and then crashed once I got to my (upgraded as a Globalist) room. The next morning I caught some rays at the rooftop pool, had a surprisingly delicious grain bowl, and checked out seamlessly (again, helped by Ashley). Highly recommend!

Slightly older but nice hotel. Stayed just one night. Room was a decent size and the bathroom was decent too. Comfortable beds and decent kitchenette area. Aircon a little noisy Staff were really helpful and friendly. Car park is shared with other hotels so gets busy. Not much in terms of shops nearby.

Second time there and now it is official LAX my stop and go Hotel when in transfer. There are two employees Simon and Caleb, they went above and beyond to help me. When you are tired from flights, nothing better than great service awaiting for you.

Die aufgerufenen Preise fürs parken sind extrem hoch. Man kann aber direkt das Parkhaus nutzen und liegt dann beim halben Preis wie durch das Hotel. In den oberen Stockwerken ist der Flughafen deutlich zu hören. Im 2OG hört man nichts.

In arrival I was helped by a gentleman by the the name of Simon pronounced Simone. He was great. Helped me check-in. Even helped me with day pass for parking. However on entering the room, we were given a room that was partially cleaned. There was plate of food on the table, shopping bags and bottle of water on the side table. This was at no fault to Simon. I went down to reception and the lady gave me a different room on floor 11. Didn’t really empathise with me. It would have been nice to have received an upgrade or partial refund for the inconvenience. The photos below was from our first room on the last leg of the journey.

Me and my sister had a stopover in LAX and decided to book one night here to get some sleep before our next flight. We called the hotel and let them know we would be arriving past 3am, which they said was fine - and charged our card. However, when we arrived we were told by AJ (who was a manager) that the hotel was completely booked out and that our reservation and the amount charged to our card apparently wasn't sufficient to secure us a room. Despite us telling him we had already paid and gave notice of our late arrival, he would not give us a room. By this point it was around 4am and we were exhausted. After around half an hour of AJ attempting to manipulate us and refusing to give us a room, he offered us a room on the condition that we gave the hotel a positive review on Tripadvisor. He did this while other guests were also waiting in the lobby (assumably in a similar position) and he asked us to be discrete when we checked in to not draw their attention. The behaviour of AJ and the treatment of us was abhorrent. I found it disgusting that we had to promise to give a dishonest review on Tripadvisor to have a place to sleep for the night. The bare minimum you can ask for when you book a hotel is that you will have a place to stay - something we had to bargain with AJ for for half an hour at 4am. To top it off, the wifi in our room did not work and there was barely any reception. Do not book here - you are at serious risk of turning up and having no room!

Air conditioning cooling mode was warm and appeared to be not functioning in the early hours of the morning. The room was opposite the airport runway used for takeoffs and being a busy airport the noise was constant. You could also hear noise from vehicles using the main road.

The facility itself is clean and inviting. One side of the elevators in the parking garage was out of order when we stayed so getting from the parking garage down to the lobby was quite the ordeal, but once we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Simon at the front desk. We booked through a third party and had a little mixup with the side of the hotel we were placed in, but Trey made sure to accommodate us. He was very patient and supportive, explaining the process. He deserves a raise! Overall, a great place to stay for airport access. Although it was close to the plane activity, the noise was not overbearing at all and we were able to get adequate rest. I would stay here again.

I had a great experience at Hyatt House LAX, especially thanks to Simon. He did an excellent job trying to accommodate my early check-in, even though a room wasn’t available right away. He kept me informed throughout the wait and communicated everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The hotel also stored my luggage so I could go about my day without having to carry it around. Simon’s professionalism, friendliness, and great customer service made the experience much smoother. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel to attend the World Cup match at the Sofi Stadium nearby. The hotel was stylish, with basic but well thought amenities. Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. My room was relatively spacious and was very clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Areas that are left to be desired? In room lighting can be brighter, and shower water pressure can be stronger. No slippers were provided (as expected), so make sure to bring your own. There is a free shuttle bus to LAX terminals departing the hotel at every 0 and 30th minute of the hour. The hotel advised me of all amenities and features prior to my arrival by email, which was very helpful.

The shuttle does not run frequently enough. We waited for over half an hour, and then finally we jumped on the shuttle for the hotel located next-door.

The water came from the tap was dusty. The bathtub valve was broken, so it wouldn't hold water. Consequently, I couldn't have a proper bath before my flight. This is not the level of quality one expects from a room costing several hundred dollars a night.

I'm simply writing about the service (Food was good too!) but the service is what I'm most Impressed with. A man named Eddie immediately helped us and greeted us and was just super nice. We had a party of 9 and showed up in the middle of World Cup and it was busy and he went out of his way to accommodate us and didn't seemed bothered at all even though it was busy. We had a server named tessy (tesi?) and he was just as kind. Literally best service - we asked for tons of sauces and refills and he was on top of it. Great start to our vacation (we were passing through on our way to Hawaii). Thanks to them for starting off our trip so well!! If you're getting food the quesadilla and the carne asada and shrimp tacos are great!

Decent for an airport hotel.

We booked this trip for a World Cup game. I can not recommend this place enough. Clean, specious, comfortable rooms are great, but what stands out is their staff. Simon went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Eddie and Jules are rockstars at the bar and restaurant. I would never consider going anywhere else. A+ Thanks for taking care of all twenty of us. You made us feel at home

The room is clean and tidy. The gym and pool area is good. Breakfast offered good options overall. Staff was excellent generally! It is a safe place to stay and close to the airport.

Property did not answer the phone. I tried different numbers and not one picked up. Upon arrival our room was not ready. Check in was at 4 we arrived at 6:30. They gave us no estimated time for our room. We would’ve waited but the fact that we could not contact one single person prior to arrival was frustrating. I have never had this happen before with any hotel. Will never stay at a Hyatt.

Location was close to the airport which made us so congested. The elevator in the parking structure which was shared didn’t work.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

We had a terrible experience at check in starting with we had to wait two hours for our room because housekeeping was way behind. There was confusion with our reservation as the staff said our reservation was cancelled. Also, poor communication from the staff upon check in about the hotel.

Shuttle service was absolutely horrible. Was told they run every 30 minutes. Not true, twice i had to wait at the terminals up to an hour. When I called the customer service number, they lied to me saying the bus was 3 minutes away. 20 minutes later it arrived.

The location. I flew in for a convention at sofi and flew out the next day. The hotel seems safe. There’s a bar and restaurant in the lobby. There was a Jersey Mike’s around the corner. The free hotel shuttle was easy to find. Good service to and from the airport.

I would have paid for a secure internet connection. I usually have that option at hotels. I kept getting kicked off the public hotel WiFi. The hotel staff told me to remove my vpn so the connection to the public WiFi would stabilize. That’s insane. The hotel room was decent, for an airport hotel. But, they only had dim lamps to light the room. The bathroom was dim. I ended up using my ring light to put in my make up.
