Staff was friendly. Room was decent size. Very close to airport. Fair breakfast options. Good coffee.

The ac went off around midnight. They changed our room. Which was really annoying with already so little time to catch up on sleep when you've to catch flight. I was expecting better than this from a Hampton Inn.

The place itself was very nice. Comfortable bed and great location.

Some of the staff could’ve been friendlier and more welcoming. Security staff were extra nice and friendly.

De gratis shuttle dienst van en naar de luchthaven is prima. Maar wel héél goed op alle busjes kijken want de naam van dit hotel staat vrij klein ergens aan achteraan op de zijkant, en de bus rijdt zo door als je niet op tijd bent, zodat je dan 40 minuten staat te wachten voordat je uiteindelijk in de goede shuttle zit. De kamer is prima, bed is goed, lakens schoon, sanitair schoon. Er lag vloerbedekking in de kamer, wat betekent dat ik er principieel niet met blote voeten of sokken op loop. Is meestal vies in een hotel. Lawaai van de luchthaven viel reuze mee in de nacht. Het ontbijt is typisch Amerikaans continental breakfast, kortom, schoon en net voldoende maar stel je niet voor dat je een heerlijk luxe ontbijt krijgt met verse kwaliteitsproducten.

De vloer in de gangen en in het restaurant werd niet met water schoongemaakt. Dat betekende dat je met je zolen echt overal in de gang aan de vloer bleef plakken. En in de het restaurant was dat nog veel erger. Er viel iets om in het restaurant en de oplossing van het personeel was alle kledder afdrogen en inwrijven. Niet schoonsoppen met water en zeep. Tjsa, als je dus jam, chocolademelk, thee of koffie met suiker en ik weet niet wat nog meer allemaal niet schoonmaakt maar inwrijft op de vloer, dan blijf je dus echt plakken. Ik heb na vertrek uit het hotel mijn schoonzolen moeten schoonspuiten met water, zoveel plakkerigheid zat er onder.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast was super tasty and had something for everyone.

The facilities were a bit warned out and it was loud at night, but that’s the way the airport hotels usially are. The water they gave us for breakfast was disgusting. Strong chlorine taste.

Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto con servicio de Transfer las 24 horas. Habitación amplia con camas muy cómodas. Desayuno bueno y personal muy amable.

Precio elevado, pero creo que es lo habitual por la zona.

We checked in Aug 23. I was not able to get the staff's name who checked us in but she was very helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was hot breakfast plus free shuttle to airport. If coming back to LA, we will stay here again.

O hotel atende muito bem para quem precisa estar perto do aerporto e oferece transfer. Também tem conexão com metrô fácil. Quarto espaçoso, cama boa e um banheiro novinho, excelente. Bom café da manhã.

Embora seja perto do aeropoprto, o hotel não fica em uma vizinhança banaca ara conhecer ou passear.

Breakfast was poor

Only a short taxi ride from LAX and the car rental centre. Check in was quick with helpful and polite staff. We booked a double queen room which was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Good WiFi and the room facilities were all great.

The breakfast was average. A wider range of choices would have made this better.

The room was a good size and I liked the counter space available.

Within the first hour of our stay the curtains fell down and after speaking with a staff member, we learned the curtains were broken from the previous guest but they "fixed it" for our stay. The curtains stayed broken for the whole stay. The breakfast was cold even in the hot trays, so cold sausages and potatoes every morning. The soaps were not filled prior to our stay so we had to call for the hand soaps to be filled on the first night. The room was never cleaned during the entire four days of our stay.

Worst hotel stay ever! I checked in late, and when I got to my room, both beds were covered in dog hair. They switched my room, but the second room had hair all over the bathroom too. Is this really how they clean their rooms? Breakfast was poor as well. Definitely do not choose this hotel for your stay.

This place offers good value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast experience was disappointing. Coffee and tea were constantly running out, and although we arrived well before the end of breakfast service, there was almost nothing left to eat. There were no fruits or vegetables, the bread had run out, and even the waffle batter had to be requested before we could make waffles ourselves. There was also no milk available. Overall, the breakfast buffet was not replenished properly, which significantly affected our experience.

24/7 shuttle from the airport is a misrepresentation. Our shuttle never arrived and when we called, first they said it was 25 minutes. Then after 25 minutes passed, we called again, they said it’s another 25 minutes because the shuttle filled up in terminals 1 through 3 and can’t go to terminal 4. Was told to get an uber even though we were traveling with 4 kids. Ask if we can cancel and get a refund since we specifically booked the hotel for the shuttle and we were told no.

Room was nice. The breakfast was good. The small dog 'park' behind the hotel is very nice!

Alles gut. Wenn man jammern auf hohem Niveau möchte, könnte das Frühstück auch an Wochenenden schon früher angeboten werden, da viele Gäste früh los müssen zum Flughafen.

We stayed here twice, the first time was for a concert at Sofi. It was easy to get to Sofi from this hotel. Room was clean and quiet. I felt safe in the hotel. Check in and out was a breeze, nice staff. Parking was easy to get. It was nice to enjoy the included breakfast the following morning. Would stay here again.

The shuttle service was awful. Waited curbside at the international terminal for over an hour, standing room only with large suitcases in the center aisle, and the heater on at the rear of the shuttle even though it was a sunny June day in LA.

40$ for parking is too much

We decided to stay at this hotel before a cruise for the proximity to the airport, the included breakfast, and the courtesy airport shuttle. No problems during the stay; breakfast was pretty typical to Hampton hotels and convenient. Room was clean but the TV did not work. In the hotel’s defense, we arrived later in the evening and didn’t want to deal with having to wait for maintenance to come up to check it out, so we did not report it until the next morning. So I am not taking anything away from them on that. However. The shuttle situation was a bit disorganized and probably led to me not having more of a chance of reviewing our invoice more thoroughly until we got back from our cruise (my mistake and lesson learned!) Once I had a moment to review, that is when I found a charge from the lobby snack store early on the morning of our check out that was purchased (not by us) 3 hours before we even left our room to come down to the lobby. I immediately called the hotel to request a review and was told they would review their video footage (since they had a specific time of the purchase of the food item as reference) and I was told I would be followed up with within a couple days. A week later after hearing nothing, I sent an e-mail to the hotel, and it has now been a full week since, without a response to the e-mail. So at this point I assume it is just a loss at this point. Luckily it was’t an excessive amount but it is just the principle of not being followed up with to correct a mistake that should have been a simple resolution. Would we stay here again? I would have to think about it for a good while before deciding. I won’t say they are on a definite “Do Not Stay” list, but if you do stay here, please thoroughly review your charges before leaving the property.

The gentleman working the evening shift was not friendly and lied to us over the phone about deposit. He said deposit was $50 per room. Friend checked in and paid $50. When we arrived he charged us $100 per room and said it changed over a month ago.
