Excellent hôtel à deux pas du centre ville et situé dans une rue très calme. Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Marcus, le patron est francophone et très disponible pour de bons conseils. C'est mon deuxième séjour et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci pour les bouteilles d'eau gazeuse 😉

Geräumiges 2 Zimmer Apartment mit einer guten Ausstattung im Zentrum von Patong Beach. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Ausstattung entspricht den Angaben und Fotos. Strand, Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants und Lokale sind in greifbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Obwohl das Apartment über zwei Zimmer verfügt, gibt es nur im Schlafzimmer eine Schlafmöglichkeit. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht so richtig für Schlafen geeignet. Das WiFi ist langsam. Aber das trifft auch für die anderen Appartements, die wir in Phuket gemietet haben. Wir haben lokale e-sim benutzt.

Музыка на соседних гей улицах, никак не мешает спать как писали в комментариях. Номер каждый день прибирают, да и в целом, в номере есть ВСЁ что нужно для долгого проживания. Особая благодарнасть Mr,Kwa отзывчивый человек для любых вопросов. И кстати кондиционер совсем не шумный, и спокойно работает. Цветовая гамма в номере очень интересная, можно спать просто под светильником, а можно включить красный неон на потолке, что делает дизайн еще приятнее.

Как бы не было хорошо, минусы все же встречаются. Если Kwa человек слова, второй его напарник хитрюга (Проверяйте вещи, особенно ценные) (Хотя за руку я не ловил, но кое в чем абсолютно уверен! В целом, управляющий гостевым хаусом Mr Marcus ежеменутно повлиял на ситуацию. В общем и целом, советую брать большие номера, кровать XL + диван.

Everything was great! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I really felt welcomed during my stay. Definitely recommend this place — I would happily come back again!

Gastfreundschaft ist bei meinen Reisen das Wichtigste. Genau das hab ich bei Marcus und seinem Team erfahren dürfen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und hatte eine tolle Junior Suite mit viel Platz und einem tollen Bett. Ein kleiner Balkon war auch dabei. Positiv zu erwähnen ist ebenso die unschlagbare Lage und dass man alles zu Fuß erkunden kann. Ich komme gern wieder und bedanke mich für die schöne Zeit!

Приветливый персонал, всё есть для проживания, печь, микроволновка, большой холодильник, тостер, кофеварка, два телевизора, два кондиционера, дополнительно стоит большой диван. Раздельный сан узел. Расположен в тихой улочке. Есть место для курения, типо беседки у входа. Попросили сушилку нам принесли. У нас был поздний вылет, дали возможность остаться до самого вечера.

Excellent location and super friendly staff and owners. Everything was excellent, spacious room, nice kitchen with all you need, clean and cozy. We loved it 💕.

Just the alley leading to the hotel's entrance wasn't that clean. Also, I would suggest adding a washing machine in the kitchen would be a nice thing.

Everything. The location, peaceful altho in the heart of it all, the facilities, the staff, the rooms, everything could not have been more perfect for us.

Nice little kitchen was a bonus. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Не понравилось что полотенца были в пятнах, хоть их меняли каждый день. Просто те пятна уже не отстирываются..

Все превосходно! Прекрасный просторный номер, с гостиной и полностью оснащенной кухней, два телевизора, два кондиционера. Главный менеджер-Маркус, очень приветлив и внимателен. Подарил подарок на День рождения. Отель находится в тихом месте. . Нам все очень понравилось.

L’accueil par Marcus et par le personnel est exceptionnel. Tout le monde est soucieux du bien être des hôtes. L’emplacement est idéal : à proximité de tout (plage à 10 minutes à pied, restaurants, bars, magasins). Cependant, aucun bruit extérieur ne vient perturber la tranquillité.

The pathway leading upto the property is a bit noisy but that is kinda expected in Phuket.

Die Lage ist super, zentral, aber nicht zu laut. Die Suite war sehr groß und gut eingerichtet.

Die Sauberkeit ist in dem Guesthouse leider ein sehr großes Manko, insbesondere die Küche und die Badezimmer. Es gab zwei große Kühlschränke, die leider von außen sehr klebrig und vergilbt waren, sodass man sie eher nicht benutzen möchte. Die ganze Küche hat gerochen und geklebt. Die Badezimmer werden nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Es wirkt auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber bei genauerem hinsehen fallen die sehr schmutzigen Ecken und Fugen auf.

La chambre était décorée avec goût, avec des sculptures qui sont haut de gammes, l'équipement de cuisine était super, c'est la première fois que je vois un étalage de papier de toilette comme ça, 12 rouleaux dans la toilette, tu es sûr de ne pas en manquer. Et que dire de Marcus, il est adorable, il m'a fait plein de recommandation et il est agréable à converser. Je recommanderais cet endroit sans hésitation.

J'ai eu deux chambres, dans la première, l'Internet fonctionnait très bien, mais dans la deuxième le signal était très faible. C'est sûr que l'emplacement est super bon dans le centre de l'action, mais ça vient avec le désagrément du bruit. Avec les bars autour, il y a du bruit jusqu'au petites heures du matin. Je crois que ça dépend de l'emplacement de la chambre, par contre.

Personnel très accueillant et parlant français Nous avions un appartement complet à notre disposition avec 2 salles de bains. C'était très propre. Possibilité de faire réserver des taxis à l'aller comme au retour.

L'emplacement se situe dans un quartier très bruyant pour une famille avec des enfants. La fête autour ne s'arrête qu'àu petit matin empêchant de dormir. Nous ne connaissions pas Patong Beach, c'est fait et on n'y reviendra pas.

旅馆不太好找，都是靠搜附近的paradise大酒店才能找到，另外，住的时候床上只有一个薄的床单，没有被子，我去柜子里面拿被毯的时候，上面粘了很多不知道是木屑还是什么，所以对于卫生情况印象不是很好。

La localité, l’attraction du tarif et la gentillesse du gérant ainsi que son équipe. Logement spacieux et cocooning, très agréable on s’y sent bien. Un peu bruyant en début de nuit mais n’empêche en rien le sommeil.

Lit beaucoup, beaucoup trop dur ! Nous n’avions pas très bien dormi. Et les escaliers avec des marches très étroites, mais pour un court séjour et surtout à ce prix cela n’est pas du tout dérangeant.

Hospitality was awesome and considerate. The property is around the corner from the main strip. 7/11 is a 4 minute walk & there's a laundry service right outside for convenience. They offer airport shuttles to/from for about 1,200 baht. Super convenient considering it's quite a ways away from the airport. They also let you store your luggage after check out for your convenience.

The cleanliness was questionable. There was a bar of soap on the windowsill before we arrived & still there by the time we checked out. Highly recommend Mosquito spray to avoid being bitten throughout the night. Another thing to be mindful about is the loud music that comes from the bar strip that's down the block.

Konumu mükemmel, sahibi çok iyi ve yardımsever, ev çok büyük, her türlü ekipman var, mutfakta herşey fazlasıyla var. Plaj havlusu dahi vardı.

Her yerde ufak karıncalar var. Evde rutubet kokusu var. Temizlik çok iyi değil.

Отличный огромный номер с балконом. Уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно. Предоставляются бесплатно пляжные полотенца, зонты от солнца. В номере небольшая плита, раковина, набор посуды, чайник, холодильник, микроволновка, тостер. Везде очень чисто. Персонал доброжелателен.

Очень приветливый персонал,отличное расположение,вроде в центре Патонга,но тишина.Из минусов- плохая звукоизоляция. На третий день заехали шумные соседи,до двух часов ночи гремели,орали. А в общем очень довольны,с удовольствием вернёмся сюда ещё раз.

the only downside was there were a decent amount of mosquitos flying around; to some extent this is inevitable in the SEA region but it would be great if there were certain traps/heat lamps set up to mitigate the issue

Trovo onestamente incomprensibili le recensioni entusiaste. Premessa: siamo dovuti andare via in anticipo a causa di uno scarafaggio gigante in una delle stanze da letto, che si è rifugiato nell'intercapedine di una porta scorrevole. Ed avevamo già "accettato" i piccoli insetti che abitano sui mobili della cucina. Oltre questo, la stanza "luxury" è estremamente vecchia, la cucina non l'avrei usata neanche sotto minaccia, da l'impressione di essere quasi abbandonata, abbiamo trovato dei capelli nel lavandino ed in generale lo staff provava a pulire ma ci sarebbe da demolire e ricostruire. E' scomodissima, terzo piano senza ascensore con scala strettissima. Per quanto si trovi in una stradina secondaria, il caos dei bar/discoteche si sente distintamente. I bagni puzzano terribilmente. I letti sono terribilmente scomodi, come dormire sul legno. Quando abbiamo segnalato che andavamo via prima a quello che credo essere il proprietario la sua reazione è stata "mmm. Sorry to hear that" e basta, come se fosse normale rovincarci la fine della nostra vacanza. Pensateci MOLTO bene prima di prenotare questo posto osceno.

Очень отзывчивый персонал. Ежедневная уборка, хорошее местоположение. Несмотря на близость рядом увеселительных заведений в номере было тихо. Номер полностью оборудован для комфортного проживания. Во время проживания одновременно сломались смесители в ванной и на кухне. Персонал оперативно поставил новые в течении одного часа. Респект.

Не было где сушить белье от слова совсем. Был квест как высушить плавательные шорты.

Отличные аппартаменты в тайском стиле, только карабкаться к ним приходится по очень крутым лестницам. Очень дружелюбные хозяева. Самый центр Патонга. Все рядом, до пляжа идти минут десять. Хост помог со встречей в аэропрорту.

Это Патонг, тут бывает шумнова-то, а на улицах грязнова-то. Еще рядом находится улочка с гей-барами, они бывают очень шумные, но зато дисциплинированные к часу ночи расходятся по кроваткам. В общем терпимо.

the Size of the room

Everything, the room smells from the moment you open the door, curtains, sofas, bed, and even the towels. there is over 20 figures of Buddha in the room, which makes it a bit creepy and not comfortable to sleep or even practice your own religion. The Area is surrounded by clubs, and yes it is relatively quiet, but after 12 AM things turns south and there are drunk people making noise all over the area. I had to leave after the first day immediately

Marcus en zijn personeel zijn heel gastvriendelijk. Als je iets wil weten qua uitstap of zo kun je altijd hulp vragen aan Marcus. Hij zal je met plezier uitleg geven. De kamers zijn mooi ruim en Alle dagen gepoetst, alle dagen verse handdoeken en ook strandhanddoeken indien gewenst. Wij hadden ook een keukentje waar alles in beschikbaar is om eens zelf iets te maken moest je dit willen doen. Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf hier!!!! Kon niet beter! Alvast een dikke bedankt aan marcus en zijn personeel!!!!
