Lovy apartment in a great area

Nice location in a very busy shopping district with lots of pedestrian-only streets. Easy access to several metro stations. Unit was very clean. Staff are very friendly.

Unit was a bit cramped for our family, but it worked fine enough.

Everything was great, location, modern interiors , clean bathrooms , big living room , easy access

Il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato . È tutto un pochino vecchiotto !

Muy céntrico. En una calle peatonal en pleno centro. El apartamento disponía de todo lo necesario, incluso café y bastantes cosas de cortesía.

Demasiado ruidoso al ser tan céntrico, esto no es culpa del alojamiento porque ya lo sabíamos que iba a suceder. Es el "precio" a pagar por estar en el km 0. Nos tocó gente en apartamentos alquilados en el mismo edifico que fueron poco respetuosos con el descanso. El apartamento estaba limpio pero quizás hacía un olor demasiado fuerte a lejía cuando accedimos y no llegó a irse ese olor durante toda la estancia. El personal de limpieza debería utilizar productos más suaves que puede hacer el mismo efecto de limpieza.

Apartment was very clean and well arranged with all needful household items. Me and my family really enjoyed.

After payment for my stay I was asked to pay 200 euros as security. All though it is going to refund back but I wish it was mentioned before I confirm booking and payment. 2ndly property dont have his parking.

L’appartement était très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour le séjour, et très propre. Nous avons apprécié de trouver de l’eau et même une bouteille de vin comme cadeau de bienvenue, ainsi que des produits très utiles comme sel, poivre, huile d’olive….L’arrivée est très simple grâce au code, et l’établissement a répondu très rapidement à nos questions. La localisation en plein centre est exceptionnelle pour visiter la ville à pied ou accéder à tous les transports.

The apartment is located at theft hot-spot. My family member's passport, credit card and money stolen when got off taxi near the apartment. This was a very bad experience!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, bien equipado (con lavadora y secadora), cerca de varios puntos de interés turísticos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena, inclusive días antes de ingresar al departamento. Supermercado a 200 metros aunque subiendo un escalera importante. Lo recomiendo.

We were a party of 7, and stayed in the penthouse. It was an excellent location and the apartment was fantastic. Lots of shops on the street, but it was not noisy (good sound insulation). The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics, so we were able to cook for 7 people with no problems. Enough crockery meant we didn’t have to keep washing everything, and could simply wait until the end of the day to put the dishwasher on. The a/c worked perfectly, which was a must during the summer. All in all a great stay.

I don’t remember if this was on the apartment description… It was not a problem for us, but might be important to some people. The apartment is on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk (a short distance, maybe about 75m) from the street to the apartment, with your bags. But if you arrive/leave when the shops are closed and there are no pedestrians, you can go to the apartment building by car.

The apartment was perfect, in probably the best location in the city. It was clean and had plenty of spice with everything you could need.

Nothing - perhaps just due a little modernisation in places.

I bagni entrambi non finestrati , essendo una casa con tanti posti letto, e quindi l'utilizzo del bagno da più persone, diventa un piccola problematica, ma nulla di rilevante

La ubicación es excelente, el departamento estaba muy limpio y muy completo, tenía todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron un regalo de bienvenida y además contaba con todo lo necesario para un desayuno (te, café, azúcar, sal, etc).

La situación y facilidad para dejar las maletas antes de la llegada y posterior a la salida. Oficina gestora en el mismo edificio.

The location is absolutely prime—it’s incredibly convenient for visiting all the attractions and very close to the subway station. It was so nice to be able to drop off our shopping bags, take a quick rest, and head right back out into the heart of the city.

The two single beds in the room were a bit small, and the light kept flickering. Luckily, after contacting the property, they quickly replaced them for us. The service was really good.

Tout était parfait. Appartement agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Il est proche du mètro, des transports, des rues commerçantes sans pour autant en avoir les inconvénients (aucun bruit). Nous avons également bien apprécié le petit mot d'accueil ainsi que la petite intention à notre égard. L'ascenseur est un vrai plus après nos petites escapades quotidiennes tout comme la consigne de nos bagages avant notre départ.

Je ne vois rien à ajouter.

Bathroom sick has a terrible smell

Nice and spacious apartment, definitely a convenient location, many shops and cafes in the area. All check-in instructions were provided in advance, so easy. However you do need to register and pay online in advance. The hosts also provided us with water, coffee and even a bottle of wine. We didn't use the wine as we didn't eat at the apartment besides breakfast but it was a nice gesture. Appreciated that the office held our luggage after check-out, as our flight was in the afternoon.

Note - that street is busy and could be quite loud late at night. Wish the apartment was better stocked with tea packets, sugar, etc.

O apartamento todo é excelente. Ótimo tamanho, confortável, bem equipado, anfitriões super acessíveis- mas o grande trunfo, dentre todos, é a localização. No coração onde tudo acontece!

De não ter ficado mais dias ali 🥰. Zero reclamações.

We used the cloths rack a lot because there is no dryer.

L'emplacement extra, juste derrière l'élévator Santa Justa. L'appartement était spacieux, trois chambres avec que des lits simples, pratique, et deux salles de bains.

The property was close to all the sights in central Lisbon, on a pedestrian only street. The kitchen was adequately provisioned. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived early. The living area was a nice size. The wifi was excellent.

Our apartment was very noisy at night because of the restaurant located just above and across the lane. And one night there was construction below us until 2:00 in the morning. The double bed was very uncomfortable although the twin beds in the other bedroom were comfortable.

Tout, la situation géographique, appartement super bien situé dans le centre de Lisbonne. l'appartement est situé au 6ème et dernier étage, il est grand, lumineux avec tout le confort. Les lits sont très confortables, très bien équipé.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. Location is literally in the center of the busiest part of Chiado!!! Considerate welcome bottle of wine, thank you very much, and a few basics in the kitchen, making the first morning stress-free (coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, oil, salt, pepper). We left our newly bought tea package as well, paying it forward works. Nice size apartment with kitchenette, even including washer & dryer!!!

Contrary to the advertisement pictures, the apartment furnishings are very used and below flea market standard- same goes for bedding (except linen) and mattresses. Considering that we stayed 5 nights, a cleaning would have been appropriate, at least once. Due to a board fixed below the bathroom mirror above the very small sink, it was impossible to wash one's face without creating puddles on the floor :(:(:(

Неймовірне розміщення, вікна виходять на пішохідну вулицю та на памʼятку Miradouro do Elevador de Santa Justa, 5 хвилин до Cais das Colunas. В квартирі зручні ліжка, нова постільна білизна, досить рушників на 6 персон, різноманіття кухонного приладдя для будь-якого готування їжі - все новеньке. Є сушка для одягу, що важливо у підвищеній вологості. Заселення безконтактне й дуже зручне. Після виселення можливо залишити валізи в офісі в тієї ж будівлі - з 9 ранку до 17:45. Депозит вернули строго в зазначений термін. Поруч багато ресторанів, є продуктовий магазин, купа брендових магазинів для цінувальників шопінгу.

Високий рівень вологи, одяг буде постійно трохи вогкий, рушники не висихають без сушки, але це проблема Лісабону загалом, просто треба бути готовим. В сезон може бути шумно, бо навіть в березні туристи тусили під вікнами до 3 ранку. У вітальні треба або закривати штори, або не звертати увагу на постійний потік туристів, що відвідують Miradouro do Elevador de Santa Justa. Нам не було проблемою. Дуже гучно працює холодильник.

La ubicación era buena.

Era demasiado pequeño y estrecho para 3 personas adultas. El sofá cama no era cómodo y limitaba la circulación. No había espacio para dejar las maletas ni closet. Optamos por no quedarnos, pero fue imposible cancelar la reserva.

The location. But during the day there was lots of noise.

Our experience at this hotel was honestly one of the worst we’ve ever had, and it wasn’t just one issue—it was a whole string of problems. When we arrived, the room smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff came in, smelled it themselves, and said they’d get back to us—they tried to clean it by opening the windows but the smell was always there..Then, the next day, there was no water because of some technical updates in the area—totally fine, but they didn’t even provide a single bottle of water. We couldn’t shower, wash up, or even use the toilet. But the most shocking for me is that we had two of us sick,the night before we leave one spent it at the hospital. Next day we kindly asked them if we could stay half day more to recover and we would pay of course, they wanted us to pay the whole day, refused to give us any flexibility—and only when we asked to talk to the manager, they told us to pay 80% of an extra night just for a half day. We ended up doing it, and then we ran 45 minutes late for checkout cause the girl was in critical situation. After that, they banged on our door five times, threatening to call the police. The whole thing was just out of line. And when we tried to explain this to the general manager over the phone, he just yelled at us before we even had a chance to speak— . And just one last thing— The location was nice but all day there was a guy with a flute playing music next to our ears and at night at the stairs next to the apartments people are gathered to drink and sing until very late at night..Overall, it was just a really disappointing stay, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.And on top of that they are charging us 100 euro extra from the deposit we left.... I mean.....what?

We were pleased with the cleanliness

Not any lighting above the counters in the kitchen. And the shelf above the sink in the bathroom is sloped the wrong way, so our toiletries slid off.

Having a keypad door entry made it easy for different people in our group to come and go at different times. It was also handy to be able to leave our luggage in the office (in the same building) on our day of departure.

Location was great. The rooms were spacious.

The location was awesome!!! The apartment was spacious.

The laundry did not work real well for us.

Location is central, has an elevator, clean, well equipped and even has kitchen essentials like oil salt pepper tea sugar dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. It was such a pleasant stay I was super impressed. Even though it was during Xmas with the excitement right outside the building, the windows were quite sound proof the loud music outside did not bother us at all.

During busy hours, the taxi could not enter the pedestrian street to drop us off and we had to transport all of our luggage up a hill to the apartment. But that didn’t bother us much. When we departed, before 10am, the taxi can drive on the street.

La ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro, muy limpio, las camas cómodas. La primera noche echamos en falta un poco más de abrigo en las camas y se lo pedimos al chico que está en la oficina y nos dejaron dos edredones más. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida.

Como han dicho en otros comentarios, el lavabo es pequeño e incómodo, pero para una estancia corta no es demasiado problema. El aire del salón no funcionaba bien.

Shower screens could not close properly and bathroom floor mats were constantly wet. Rooms were very small Dryer was located in the living room whilst the washing machine was in one of the bathrooms. Wet clothes had to be moved quite a distance for drying
