Valeria was super nice, she gave us good tips where to eat and what to visit. Breakfast was delicious!

Excellent location….close to ruins, Main Street for shopping and dining, and secure parking. Valeria was a charming host with many great suggestions which enhanced our stay. She made the B&B special. The room was comfortable and good for 2 people.

Perfectly located for exploring Ortigia; sparkling clean; tastefully decorated; charming super helpful staff, quiet. Our host carried our bags all the way to the car park! We appreciated breakfast on the pretty rooftop before day of exploring.

Not their fault - the stairs were a challenge for a person with knee issues.

Our host Valeria was attentive to our every need. She provided great recommendations for restaurants and historical attractions. She ensured we had an excellent experience throughout our entire stay.

Very good location in historic town. Modern room with small balcony, Comfortable bed and linens, good breakfast and excellent coffee. Valeria, our host, was outstanding! She provided lots of information that we used during our stay.

We liked everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. Valeria was such a delight and incredibly helpful prior to arriving - assisting with parking and had lots of recommendations. The accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. The downside is that we had a room with a balcony but didn't use it as it was so small it could barely fit the table there and it was directly across the narrow street from another house with a balcony and french doors. It did have a screen so we could open louvered glass paned doors for fresh air. Breakfast was very good, with lots of delicious baked goods, made even better by dining on the breakfast room terrace, where you could just see the roof tops of the adjoining buildings, not panoramic but very pleasant. Location was very convenient.

Le B&B est idéalement situé pour découvrir Ortigia, à proximité du parking Talete (15€ pour 24 heures ou 1,50€ de l'heure) et du centre de l'ile, sans avoir les inconvénients des nombreux piétons circulant dans les rues étroites de la ville. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Très bon accueil de Valeria qui nous donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour découvrir Syracuse. Très bon petit déjeuner pris en terrasse.

Notre chambre était située au rez de chaussée, donnant sur une ruelle calme mais sans possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre (clim obligatoire). Les bruits de la rue sont perceptibles. Lors de notre séjour, le SPA n'était pas opérationnel, c'est dommage.

Fabulous stay right in the heart of Ortigia. The location was perfect for exploring the island with everything in walking distance. Our room was comfortable with ample storage space and a cute little balcony. The bed was actually the most comfortable of our whole trip in Italy! Our hostess Valeria was an absolute ray of sunshine, incredibly helpful and welcoming and a great personality. We followed her dinner recommendation and were very happy with it. I was so glad we chose to stay here.

Bellissima struttura, accoglienza top,solitamente rispetto alle foto trovi sempre una situazione non esatta.In questo B&B è come da immagini e il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Plus assoluto è il servizio con la padrona di casa Valeria che ti coccola in tutti i modi, perfetto Concierge personale da hotel 5 stelle. Siamo stati ospiti 6 giorni e i suoi consigli erano perfetti. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità. Solitamente non scrivo mai recensioni ma qui non potevo fare a meno. Nota allegra per gli italiani. Barbieri ha fatto un altra vittima… c’è il topper 😄😄😄

La struttura è davvero bella, pulitissima, profumata, posizionata proprio in Ortigia. La camera era dotata di ogni comfort, la colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti, però chi ha reso davvero indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno al Vento di Sicilia è stata Valeria, la responsabile della struttura che ci ha fatto sentire più che a casa. Ci ha coccolato con amore per tutto il soggiorno ed è stata preziosissima con i suoi consigli. Ci torneremmo soprattutto per Valeria!!!

Sehr zentral in einer kleinen Gasse mitten in Ortigia gelegen; Valeria ist super nett und versorgt einen mit sämtlichen Informationen, die man benötigt; sehr gutes Frühstück auf einen kleinen Dachterrasse

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage muss man sich für den Mietwagen ein Parkhaus suchen; wir haben im öffentlichen Parkhaus 'Talete' (15€ für 24 Std, ca. 5 min entfernt) geparkt. Sieht nicht schön aus, war aber völlig ok; es gibt neue Parkautomaten, die einwandfrei funktioniert haben.

The manager, Valeria, goes above and beyond to see to the comfort of guests—a delightful person, helpful and personable. To claim the place is luxury accommodation is a significant overreach. Vento provides very clean, quiet modest accommodation.

Es liegt zentral in Ortigia und in einer ruhigen Gasse wo man alles sehr gut erreichen kann.Viele Museen, Kirchen und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind perfekt zentral und sind zu Fuß erreichbar!Auch Bootsfahrten sowie eine Rundfahrt mit den Tuck Tucks kann Frau Valeria Empfehlungen geben, was man unbedingt sehen sollte,bzw. Machen kann,aber auch super Empfehlungen von Restaurants und wo man leckeres Eis oder Granita genießen kann!

The rooms were spacious, bright, and clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The amenities in the room such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were good quality, the robe and slippers were comfortable, and the room had a nice coffee machine. A mini bar was available for convenience. The location was quite good as there were many options nearby. The breakfast in the morning was great - all the delicious Sicilian pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, nuts, etc. made for yummy breakfast. The coffee was really good, too. But the star of the show was Valeria who made us so comfortable and provided so many tips to make our vacation easy and memorable. She arranged rides, booked dinner reservations, got us an awesome boat tour, etc. We felt like we made a great friend on vacation. We will definitely want to return again and spend Mooe mem

Wonderful small B&B. Perfect location in Ortigia charming host who provided good local info and prepared an excellent breakfast.

Valeria was superb, friendly and efficient. The location was good.

The lack of windows in the bedroom made it a little claustrophobic and would prevent us from booking again. We would look for somewhere with views.

The absolute best here was Valeria. She was personable and always helpful. The location is super and very quiet. The breakfast room had a beautiful outdoor deck with snacks and cool drinks all day. Breakfast was among the best we had in our month long trip in Sicily. The pastries were incomparable. The room itself had everything and was actually better equipped than most rooms. Valeria connected with us before we arrived and organized our ZTL permit. We parked a block and a 1/2 away in a locked guarded lot that was super.

Our host Valeria was outstanding! The breakfast was tasty and she was able to answer all our questions including help with an auto rental for a day trip. Most importantly we encountered torrential rain and were correctly advised to cancel our trip .

Great location for exploring Ortigia by foot. The room was well decorated and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Valeria. Breakfast was great and served on the roof terrace each morning.

The only windows in the room were small skylights, so we took advantage of the roof terrace when we could. Mediocre pressure to the rain head shower. As expected and due to the location, parking is in a public car park a few minutes walk away at €15 for 24 hours.

I have no idea who Guiseppe is. The person that makes this place hum is Valeria. She is fabulous. I would hire her to work my hotel in a second. Ownership should treat as the prize she truly is. David and Sandra

Valeria the host was so accommodating. Breakfast each am was tasty amd satisfying. She helped us plan our da each day and we loved our cute little apartment.

One small item I would love is a place to put soap amd shampoo in shower. With my new hip my mobility was not great but I did advise that small little detail was the one & only thing I would change. The B & B was quiet and so quaint. Bed was very comfortable as well.

The G7 were in town so when we arrived the parking was all to hell. I ended up driving around Siracusa for an hour but Valeria came and rescued me!

The room is basically not insulated from the rest of the building. While we had no particular issue with street noise, we could hear everything going on above us (kitchen and breakfast room) and outside our door (other guests) so sleep was sadly more difficult than we’d hoped.

Neat, good taste decorations, clean, tasty breakfast, comfortable, excellent treatment by Valeria - she is kind and attentive, recommended great restaurants.

Maybe freshly poached/ fried eggs for a change instead if the boiled, but not an issue really.

It was spotless clean the best bed ever and location was great easy for all quiet the women who works there are incredible always sweet breakfast amazing

Beautiful room with little balcony overlooking a cute alley. Breakfast spread was really nice and the service from Valeria was warm and caring. She made my stay even more pleasant.

A little hard to find when we first arrived by car and had to park, then walk. A real map sent in advance might be helpful since we had trouble accessing maps on our phones unless we had WiFi.

Everything was exactly as described or better, breakfast had many options and was served promptly. Our hostess (Valeria) was very knowledgeable of the area and offered great suggestions. Very clean, comfortable and modern facilities, very competent and friendly staff. Perfect location, close enough to the city center and parking at the Talette, but tucked away from the city's noise. Best mattress ever!

What a find! This accommodation hit all the right notes. Its central location was perfect for exploring, while the modern amenities and cozy atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. But the real star was the unbelievably good breakfast, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. A huge shoutout to the friendly host who made our stay extra special. 5 out of 5 stars!

We loved the location in Ortgia. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The host/staff was extrememely helpful. We stayed in the room that had two levels. The space was small for 3 people but having the upstairs outdoor terrace was really nice for additional space for our group.

Our stay in this superb BnB was faultless from beginning to end. Professional staff, Laura, Concetta, and owner Guiseppe made us feel so welcome from day one. Because they lived locally they were able to provide information on events, timetables, opening times etc that guided our daily excursions. We were treated more like friends than guests with a warmth and sincerity you rarely find. This is a gem of a place located just off the main hub of Ortigia but within five minutes walk of warm seas, outstanding cuisine, and history in abundance. The staff here personify all that is wonderful about Sicily and in particular Syracuse. The BnB itself is a recent modern and smart renovation of an old building. It's extremely comfortable and a real cool oasis away from the heat of the fierce Ortigia sun. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very nice place in the center of Ortigia. You dont need a car here, everything is walking distance, however, if you are arriving in a car choose your parking spot carefully, to avoid getting fined/towed. There’s a big underground parking on the west side. The parking machine accepts only cash. The host here was awesome! Totally recommend all the places she suggested for food and drinks. The pistachio croissant at breakfast was great! In general breakfast in italy is kind of limited, and i wasnt sure what to expect, so this is probably the best that you can get. The location is perfectly situated near the center, everything is walking distance. In general we are kind of happy with our stay, except that it was too expensive for what it offers.

The shower is dripping, impossible to wash my hair. The pressure is extremely weak. The AC turns on but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t cool the place, it was too hot. We couldn’t sleep. The pillows are too soft. The bed is not very comfortable. Too expensive for the above reasons.

The location was good. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The street was quiet.

There wasn’t much soundproofing and we could hear what was going on outside of our room. You can’t sleep in because you can hear them getting breakfast ready and walking around above you. Otherwise it was comfortable and clean.
