Muy cómodo y súper bien ubicado a pie de todos lados. Luego de dejar las valijas, dejamos el auto en el parking Talete, en la entrada al centro histórico, a menos de 10 mins a pie al Dimore (pago y muy práctico).

Lo único para comentar es que no nos anduvo el wifi en la habitación. A mí no me causó problemas, pero solo tener en cuenta que es por escalera.

Había que subir escaleras para llegar a la habitación. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que como éramos cuatro personas había una cama grande y una litera y cuando hice la reserva no figuraba la litera

Subir 3 plantas sin ascensor varias veces al día y el primer y último día cargados con maletas. Que si llevas coche no hay donde aparcar, súmale 25 euros más al día de parking (tienen acuerdo con parking cercano) No tienen espacio para desayunar, te dan la opción de llevártelo a la habitación por 10 euros p.p o bien buscar algo fuera.

La atención del personal y la ayuda en todo momento para el check in y para sacarnos dudas que teníamos del lugar y el parking

No tiene parking abajo, es un poco lejos pero se puede ir bien caminando igual. No es tan grave

El acceso es a una calle donde no se puede aparcar pero el alojamiento cuenta con servicio de vallet parking que lleva y trae el auto al estacionamiento alejado.

La ubicación es muy buena. La recepcionista nos dió excelentes recomendaciones de restaurantes.

Ofrecen parking pago y leyendo los comentarios de otros huéspedes optamos por reservarlo. Avisamos el horario de nuestra llegada y también una hora antes, una vez en camino como indicado y cuando llegamos el valet parking no estaba en la puerta. La recepcionista nos dijo que ya venía la persona y que era un servicio afiliado por lo tanto no era su responsabilidad. No nos ayudó ni salió a la calle mientras nosotros sufríamos con los coches que querían pasar y no podían. Hay que aclarar que la callecita es preciosa pero no puedes quedarte esperando con el coche ( pensábamos que ya venía) porque bloqueas el paso de los demás coches. Fue una situación estresante innecesaria y más frustrante cuando habíamos intentado evitarla. Dicho esto, es difícil aparcar y hay muchos comentarios sobre robos en parkings así que finalmente creo es una buena opción. Hago el comentario para que no esperen un valet parking estándar esperando y estén listos a dar unas vueltas en caso de que sea necesario (ya viene puede significar 5, 10 o 15 min, llegan en scooter)

Keskeinen, mutta rauhallinen sijainti lähellä kaikkia nähtävyyksiä ja lähellä on todella paljon hyviä ravintoloita. Hotellilla on kätevä parkkipalvelu kumppanin kautta. Helppo myös tehdä retkiä barokkikaupunkeihin (mm. Notoon) ja upeille puhdasvetisille hiekkarannoille (mm. Fontane Bianche).

A wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, and the welcome was warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. The staff are always smiling, kind, and very helpful. A special thank you to Mariachiara and Virginia for their kindness and hospitality. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

This small hotel in Ortigia is beautifully located for exploring this fantastic island, with its different neighbourhoods and histories. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities excellent and well looked after.

Car parking is complicated, but the valet parking service worked well ( you need to allow up to an hour to get your car back when you're leaving).

lovely clean apartment great location in the old town. staff very helpful. parking is an issue in the old town - we paid for a valet parking which the hotel suggest. some noise in the mornings as the town awakens buts its not too disruptive. great for a night or two.

Staff and facilities were fantastic!

Beds were a little hard but after 2 weeks of traveling we realized it’s a European thing.

On our last night I was woken by water dripping from the ceiling. A hose on the water heater one floor up had burst and water was gushing out. I shut it off myself and called the owner; he came and spent hours overnight cleaning up and moving guests, and the next morning he thanked me for preventing far worse damage. Accidents happen — that's not my complaint. The problem is what followed. Since we hardly slept, I asked for a refund of the last night and the owner explicitly agreed. I left him my IBAN for the transfer. After that, he went completely silent: the refund never came, and not a single one of my reminders was ever answered.

La ubicación. Aunque es tan chico Ortigia que en cualquier sitio estás cerca a pie de todas las atracciones.

Que sea un tercer piso por una escalera muy estrecha. Que el personal solo está presente en horarios muy limitados. Aunque fueron muy serviciales. Tuvimos inconvenientes. No tiene buena agua caliente y luego se tapó la pileta. Lo solucionaron.

My partner and I had a really wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel in November. It’s situated right in the middle of Ortigia, but on a quiet enough street to avoid the hustle and bustle of the tourists and restaurants. The Good: The lady working at reception was incredibly friendly, professional and polite. She was super helpful in answering any questions we have. The hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate with guests and are very responsive on the messages; helping us find parking, getting our car permission to drive on the island. When checking in she recommended restaurants, took out a map and drew us the routes to the major sites and informed us of their opening hours. So thoughtful. As for the rooms… (we stayed in one with a terrace) for two nights and extended our stay for a third night on the ground floor (for handicapped guests)… beautifully white, clean and simple. We asked for hard or memory foam pillows, which were available. Excellent! Both rooms had great showers, an extensive range of tv channels, great coffee maker, fridges with complimentary water and lovely pepper scented shampoo. Access was easy, and check-in and check-out were super smooth. The Bad: Not a lot to complain about, other than the ground floor apartment having quite a strong damp smell; which may actually be a feature of Ortigia, being such an old stone city, so close to the sea.

The location was very practical but what stood out was the staff. they are absolutely amazing, caring, friendly and super helpful and accommodating.

The stairs were tricky but it's an old building anyway. The staff were so helpful carrying the luggage up and down though.

The room was efficient, clean and well situated for seeing Ortigia. The staff were very helpful making suggestions, arranging for our pickup at the airport in Catania and then again arranging taxis in and around Ortigia. Thank you for a most enjoyable experience.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Ortigia. Extremely friendly, helpful and informative staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Absolutely gorgeous room and bathroom. We loved the great value for money breakfast in bed option.

Probably the best option in Syracuse. Right in the heart of the city — all the restaurants are within a 5–10 minute walk. At the same time, it’s located on a quiet street, so you can sleep peacefully in the evenings and at night. And the staff here are absolutely wonderful and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

The only thing to note — the stairs are quite steep and relatively narrow (which is typical for historic buildings). My knees are fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. I didn’t use an elevator — it might not be there, or maybe it is, I’m not sure.

Great shopping, restaurants' and sightseeing right there out the front door. You won't be disappointed staying here. Definitely would stay there again!
