The style of the room was lovely and the bathroom was big with plenty of spaces

There was no welcome as we arrived at 5:30pm. We found ourself locked without any instructions left to enter the property. The staff even contacted me the day before to confirm my arrival time and they didn’t even let us know there would be no one. This left a very bad impression on us. Furthermore, we were here on our honeymoon and we had the first bedroom next to the front door, with direct view on the street which didn’t gave us any privacy.

Die Frühstücksbox ist eine Frechheit, dann lieber ohne Frühstück anbieten. Zimmer düster und Badezimmer feucht, beim Deuschen tritt viel Wasser aus. Zimmer kann auch nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden und die Umgebungsbeleuchtung brennt bis 4 Uhr morgens.

Beautiful classical building in a prime Athens location! We liked our stay in this gorgeous classical building. The location was absolutely amazing, situated right in the Kolonaki centre, just a short walk to Kolonaki Square. Our room was wonderfully spacious and offered easy access to the lovely garden, which was a peaceful escape. It felt like a really green garden right in the city centre, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling streets. For breakfast, they provide a superfood box—while it doesn't offer a lot of variety, it covers the basics perfectly to keep you fueled for a day of exploring. A unique and recommended stay!

There is genuinely nothing bad to say!

We found this a very comfortable and restful place, away from the hustle and bustle of central Athens. We loved the location, the comfortable decor, the spacious rooms, and the private balconies. We also had a great experience with all the staff, who we found friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Dejligt og meget smagfuldt hotel. Vi havde 2 overnatninger og blev taget godt i mod og personalet var søde til at komme med anbefalinger til seværdigheder, spisesteder mm.

Vi synes ikke at morgenmaden var god. Det passede slet ikke til dette skønne sted, at få den serveret i en boks og det samme med indholdet.

The room was a great size especially for European hotels.

There are stairs so be prepared to heave your luggage.

Une chambre pleine de charme et spacieuse. Un quartier calme.

Pas de mélangeur sur le robinet de la douche. Il faut donc opérer à chaque fois le réglage de la température ou laisser l'eau couler ce qui ne serait pas écologique et responsable.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She was always ready to assist us with anything we needed, and nothing seemed too much trouble for her. The lady who prepared the breakfast was also very kind and attentive. She even offered us additional breakfast options on her own initiative, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated.

The location was good for us, the room and bathroom was really spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Superbe chambre très bien décorée et spacieuse. A 15 minutes à pied de la place Syntagma d'Athènes qui mène ensuite vers les quartiers animés au pied de l'Acropole et de l'Agora . Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit en transit pour une 1/2 journée à Athènes. Le personnel nous a préparé une box breakfast pour notre départ très tôt le matin.

The room was very beautiful decorated, in this classic-chic style and the building itself, with a very beautiful garden. Staff very extremely kind, attentive and very responsive.

In my personal opinion, a bit to far walk to Plaka and Monastiraki districts ( when in Athens I'm used to be more in the center; this time I want to give a try in a different nrighbourghood) Don't misunderstand me: the sorroundings are good, with a lot of restaurants and cafés; it's just personal options and preferences. On the other hand, they include a breakfast box which didn't fullfill my expectations (again! personal opinion: you've got several cafés around the corner).

Service poor. Wrong coffee pods for machine provided. Boxed Breakfast that I paid for was full of sugary items with NO proteins. Nothing Greek about it. White bread, sugar filled granola, banana, and orange juice only. We’re the eggs, Greek yogurt, spanakopita, cheese, olives,etc…

De ruime kamer

ontbijt was een schamele kartonnen doos met een groenten-fruitsapje, een dubbele boterham een banaan en een beetje yoghurt. Drie dagen na elkaar identiek hetzelfde op het beleg van de boterham na. Koffiepads werden niet bijgevuld;. Kamer een dag niet schoongemaakt, dus ook geen propere handdoeken.

Es un hotel boutique precioso, un caserón de dos plantas convertido en hotel. Las habitaciones son enormes y el baño también. Dispone de un patio trasero donde descansar o desayunar, además de un baño para los huéspedes. La zona es maravillosa, súper tranquila y elegante y cerca de todo. El personal fue muy amable también.

El desayuno podría ser mejor. Viene en una cajita de cartón tipo lonchera. Esto, entiendo, es porque el hotel no dispone de cocina.

Me encantó lo amplia que era la habitación y el baño. La cama comodísima. La ubicación es una maravilla estamos a 20 minutos andando de la calle plaka y cerca de todo. Aunque estábamos en el subsuelo ,la habitación daba a una terraza del hotel por lo que no se oía nada ni a nadie de la calle y eso es una maravilla.

El desayuno algo básico venía en una caja y tenía zumo ,dos barritas de chocolate, un sándwich de mayonesa , jamón york y queso y un yogur griego con crispies. Estábamos en el subsuelo,es algo que nosotros no estamos acostumbrados y se nos hace raro.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w przyjemniej dzielnicy Kolonaki, bardzo blisko Akademii Ateńskiej. Bardzo miły personel. Pokój przytulny i ładny.

Great location in Kolonaki away from the crowds, close to good restaurants and some lovely sights. Room was a great size (loads of space for luggage etc) and very clean.

The property is looking a little tired, especially the outside space which was disappointing and not representative of the photos. The coffee machine was also problematic and only 2 pods per day. However, it was the breakfast that really surprised us, and not in a good way. It was simply a cardboard box of mass produced items delivered to our room. Standard tub yogurt, a sandwich with cheap fillings, bottled juice & a banana. Coffee or tea is not provided. This is a far cry from the ‘gourmet breakfast’ the hotel advised it was providing. The sandwich was so bad we bought croissants and freshly brewed coffee at a local nearby bakery each morning.

It was very quiet place middle of Athen city. 10 to 15 minutes to tourist happening places. Many bakery and restaurants near by. Nice area to experience - more like real Athen people living area than tourist take over. And this hotel room I had.( Garden access) fantastic. I really enjoyed the space. Big room with big airy bathroom. The Garden is for all the guests but close 9pm so night time is quiet.

No elevator so if you have lots of heavy luggage like us would be not so convenient but I don’t mind to go back. Because I really like the room. And I wish they have black out curtains in room. Garden lights quite bright all night and the curtains are vertical thin and white so would be very nice if they change the curtains to blackout.

The location and size of the rooms were wonderful. Also the bathrooms were very luxurious.

We had an early flight and breakfast was not available to us. There is a new trend in hotels where there are no off hour staff. I am not a fan of this as it takes away from the hotel experience and makes it into more of an AirBnb experience. I understand it is cost effective especially for small hotels.

Nur geringfügige Kleinigkeiten: ich hatte das Zimmer gegenüber der Rezeption, später an- oder abreisende Gäste kann man hören.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Gute, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, viel Platz im Zimmer und im Bad. Angenehm kühler Innenhof

I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was delivered to our room in a box and was very mediocre. We also only had 1 coffee pod each! A couple each would have been a nice touch.

hiw quiet it was

This is an elegant even opulent hotel with beautiful artwork that shows real design talent. The room itself was perfect, clean, comfortable and spacious with the added benefit of a large well equipped bathroom. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Athens - if you are planning to stay then just book it and relax.

The room was beautiful with a large comfortable bed with high quality sheets. Friendly welcome on checking in and out.

No additional pillows in room, just one quite thin one each. Didn’t realise until too late in evening when reception had left. No iron/ironing board. We chose the hotel based on the fact it included breakfast as we had a long day of travelling ahead of us. We were looking forward to your usual eggs, cheeses and meats you would get but we were instead presented with a lunch box to our room. They apparently no longer do breakfast as this was changed a few months ago but obviously their listing not updated. We therefore had a dry sandwich, cereal bar, yoghurt and banana - none of which we wanted. Very disappointed as we could have stayed elsewhere and had a proper breakfast as expected. Coffee in the room is not very good. We went elsewhere for that. Make sure you plug in the mosquito repellent and check for mosquitoes as we killed 4-5 of them before bed and there were remnants of a bloodied one on the wall from a previous occupant!

Lo spazio la pulizia la luce e la tranquillità

Le lenzuola del letto erano piccole e non andavano sotto il materasso mi sono avvolto nelle lenzuola e trovato sul materasso. Con quello che ho pagato un paio di lenzuola della taglia del materasso potevano comprarle. Bagno enorme ma fare la doccia nella vasca non è comodo. Colazione non eccezionale considerando il costo della suite

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hohen Räumen und geschmackvoller Einrichtung in zentraler Lage. Mit dem Innenhof eine Oase in der quirligen Stadt! Nebenan gibt’s ein gutes Lokal!

Stunning and such a spacious room for Athens. Reception was so warm and helpful. I’m just sad we had to leave so early to catch the boat. Will definitely be back!

The property is about 10 mins walk from Syntagma Square and 20 mins from Plaka. It’s a beautiful old Athens villa converted into rooms/suites which were really lovely. We were at garden level (which I was concerned about) and it was really quiet, and lovely to have breakfast in the garden. The suite was well appointed - nice walk in shower, fluffy towels and a comfy bed! There are great bars and restaurants nearby too at the bottom of the steps to Lycbettus mountain. Lovely girls on reception too - friendly and helpful

Es war ein Erlebnis in dieser grandiosen Unterkunft zu nächtigen! Design in seiner schönsten Form! Das Personal war super freundlich! Ein großes Danke an die Mitarbeiterin,welche uns ,,Ermo 18“ empfahl - Vis-a-vis mit der Akropolis ! Selbst die Taxifahrt zum Flughafen war besonders , da der Driver mit uns noch an einen Aussichtspunkt fuhr , von welchem man das riesige Athen überblicken konnte . Danke an alle , die uns einen unvergesslichen Tag beschert haben !

Die Frühstücksbox .

We had a great room (attic) and it was very spacious with separate walk in closet space. Very quiet and comfortable.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, mit einem kleinen Garten, wo wir frühstücken oder und vom Shoppen und Sightseeing erholen konnten. Grosszügige Zimmer und Badezimmer, hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Etwas enttäuschend war das Frühstück in der Box. Kaffeemaschine liess zu wünschen übrig.

Ubicación increíble, está en un barrio genial, cerca de todo pero sin ruido extremo del centro. Las trabajadoras son un encanto las dos chicas que nos atendieron, nos aconsejaron sobre que visitar y nos dejaron una sorpresa al llegar a la habitación porque mencionamos que era nuestra luna de miel. Volvería 100% y repetiría también 😊

Nada, estaba todo perfecto

Un havre de paix. Immeuble charmant avec cour intérieure avec plantes. Chambres claires et spacieuses décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Très bonne literie. Salle-de-bain très agréable, produits de soin de qualité. Excellent séjour.

Le quartier est bruyant et sale. Ma chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure, cela ne m'a pas gênée. Le petit-déjeuner est servie dans une boite en carton (J'ai trouvé ça bizarre) et contient un bol de fromage blanc avec topping, un délicieux sandwich poulet/fromage, une barre aux céréales, une boisson à la carotte et une banane. Et du miel. Pour le café une capsule jour/pers. est disponible dans la chambre.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss ohne Tageslicht. Es gab auch kein Frühstück und die Dusche war undicht, Außerdem erinnerte der Geruch an nasse Sportkleidung.

No AC despite advertising there was. No fan delivered until last day. So a very poor nights sleep as hot and noisy with winds open.

It was not clearly reflected of reality on the experience and there was cold response on consideration

Hvis man sætter pris på en varieret morgenmad hvor det hele er lavet fra bunden bliver man meget skuffet. De reklamerede med hjemmebagt surdejsbrød, som et eksempel, men brødet var billigt hvid toast brød fra et supermarked. Såvel juice som syltøj var helt almindelige billige produkter fra et normalt supermarked. Værelset var til to personer, og vi fik en halvanden mands seng til deling.
