The ease of check in, cleanliness and location were perfect.

This is not so relevant for our short stay of 3 nights. The refrigerator size was too small to keep any amount of produce for longer stays. Lights on roof top terrace would have been nice

Lovely room with added bonus of great breakfast thrown in too! Location great, a few minutes from shops, bars and restaurants and a good walk to Gaia across the river. Balhao food market is a must visit for wine, beers and all sorts of lovely food at great prices! Room size was just right for 2 people, clean and quiet. Roof terrace a great bonus for a chill out drink in the evenings. Totally recommend for a Porto visit and great value for money!

Bella zona con molti ristoranti dove si mangia bene e vicina al mercato. Struttura pulita e tranquilla. Colazione buona e abbastanza varia.

Convenient to the old city and the majority of tourist spots, but on a relatively quiet street. Just a block away is a major shopping district with stores and restaurants. My suite was at one end of the building, separated from the other rooms by the elevator and stairs so I never heard other guests. Just three units per floor, so it feels very private. My suite included a small kitchenette with a two-burner stove and microwave. It was equipped with dishes and silverware. The bathroom had been totally redone with a marble sink and large walk-in shower. The unit included two HVAC units, one for the living/kitchen/bath, and a separate one for the bedroom. Both worked well. The architecture of the building is interesting, it is wide but shallow. It was extensively remodeled less than a decade ago, and so is up-to-date in many important respects, but they preserved several unique features of the building. The unit I was in featured extensive wood paneling which is rare in the places I have stayed in Portugal. The unit was clean and neat. The building has a terrace on the roof with a large seating area and cupola that adds a touch of whimsy. There is a separate, locked closet on the ground floor which is available for luggage storage should you need to have a place to keep while you go out for the day before moving to your next accommodation.

The unit was a bit odd in layout. You enter a via a narrow living area, which had just enough space for a sofa and an end table. A built-in air conditioning unit takes up a lot of space. On one side is a tiny alcove (the size of a small closet) with a kitchenette, and a reasonable sized bathroom. You must transit through the closet to reach the bedroom, which is just big enough for a full bed. There is no desk or chair in the unit (nor any place to eat if you use the kitchenette). The bathroom had the shallowest sink I have ever seen—barely 1” (2.5cm) from the bottom of the basin to the rim. I had to be careful not to splash myself while washing and brushing my teeth. It has no overflow protection so it is easy if you turn on the faucet full volume to overflow it. Also, there are no electrical outlets near the bed—I use a CPAP machine which has to be located close to my head. Fortunately, I had brought an extension cord with me. My worry was tripping over the cord if I needed to get up to use the bathroom.

It was perfect! Great communication. There were three of us staying and the sofa bed was ready when we arrived, which was amazing after a long, hot day. Speaking of temperature, what a gift it was to have working AC! And an elevator. Smooth from booking to checkout. If ever again in Porto, I'll be checking availability at Casa Rosa first.

The apartment was extremely clean, very quiet, lovely shower and comfortable bed. The location was great for walking to the river and the many sights of Porto. Breakfast was simple but very tasty, lovely coffee. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Roof terrace a bonus!

Super god beliggenhed i byen. Dejligt med tagterrassen, som frit kunne benyttes. Vi ankom kl 11 og havde værelset fra kl 16, men vi kunne opbevare vores bagage i et aflåst bagagerum, så vi kunne bruge ventetiden i byen. Dejligt med koder til bygning og lejlighed. Dejligt med badeværelse til hvert værelse i lejligheden.

Hotel bardzo zadbany, w dobrym miejscu z tarasem na najwyższym piętrze. Blisko przystanek metra i kościół sw. Katarzyny:) Pokój kompaktowy, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy.

Estacia comoda, hotel impecable.

Apartament duży i czysty. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Dobre śniadania. Chętnie dowiedziałabym to miejsce ponownie. Na miejscu było dosłownie wszystko, garnki, patelnie, szklanki, ręczniki. Dodatkowo duży plus za taras na dachu budynku.

Immeuble bien rénové avec élégance, ascenseur et rooftop. Appartement luxueux et spacieux, très confortable, on aurait aimé y séjourner plus longtemps. Proche de rues commerçantes et animées. Il y a un parking sur plusieurs niveaux à quelques mètres. Il y a une salle pour le petit déjeuner mais nous ne l'avons pas testé. Accès par digicodes à l'immeuble et aux appartements.

Todo genial. Ubicación perfecta cerca de todo. Apartamento grande y cómodo para 5 personas y nuestro perro. Tiene una cocina pequeña pero más que adecuada para pasar unos días de visita en la ciudad y poder comer o cenar en el apartamento. Sin lugar a dudas, repetiríamos.

Location. Room size (we had double rooms + living room with kitchen). Roof top terrace. Breakfast. Overall the design (someone might find it a bit old style and cold). Materials used. Isolating windows.

Das auffällige 60er Jahre Design ist anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es alt erscheint. Aber es ist durchweg sauber und in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Die Dusche im Zimmer ist gelungen. Das Frühstück in Buffetform birgt keine übergroße Auswahl, aber ist doch ausreichend. Bei dem geringen Übernachtungspreis gibt es mehr als zu erwarten war. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig jeweils 10-15 Minuten zu einer der großen Brücken. Der Zugang über einen Zahlencode hat sehr gut funktioniert. Vor Ort gibt es wohl nur zu den Frühstückszeiten einen Kontakt. Die Dachterrasse ist recht groß und bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Wer mit dem Auto anreist hat die Möglichkeit in der Rue de Alegria 35 (100m weiter) für 12€ die Nacht sein Auto abzustellen.

Nur der fehlende Hinweis auf das Parkhaus.

It was close to the centre. The studio was almost perfect 👌 a small folding table would have been useful. We loved sitting up on the rooftop watching the world go bye The lift was great as we were on the 4th floor. Loved the stylish 1950’s design of the studio and throughout the restored building.

Mit den Zugangscodes hat der Check In gut funktioniert. Das Gebäude ist sowohl innen als auch außen sehr gepflegt. Frühstück gab es in einem separaten Raum im 1. Stock. Da wir die einzigen Gäste zum Frühstück waren, haben wir uns strickt an die vereinbarte Zeit gehalten, damit man nicht unnötig auf uns warten musste.

Das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man sich die Bilder in der Beschreibung genau ansieht, wird es deutlich. Echtes Manko: Uns wurde zum Parken ein Parkhaus genannt (irgendwas mit Elephant, 100 m vor (!) der Wohnung, schließt um 20:30) mit einem Tagespreis von 20 €!!! Wenn man an der Wohnung vorbei fährt, geradeaus über die Ampelkreuzung, kommt nach 50 m auf der rechten Seite ein Parkhaus mit Schranke. 24 Stunden geöffnet für 12 € am Tag. Insgesamt vielleicht 50 m mehr zu laufen, aber deutlich besser zum parken.

No cafetiere. No washing up liquid or tea towels for drying dishes. A couple of extra pillows would have been useful (only 1 per person i.e. not as shown in photos)

Keskeinen sijainti, siisti ja kauniisti remontoitu, tilava asunto. Kätevä koodilukkosysteemi, joka mahdollisti myös myöhään illalla saapumisen. Mukavat ja leveät sängyt. Alakerrassa matkalaukkuhuone, jota pystyimme hyödyntämään check-outin jälkeen.

A localização do apartamento é excecional, o acesso ao edifício e ao quarto foram super fáceis, o apartamento era fantástico, limpo, organizado. Achei extremamente útil o facto de também terem uma pequena área para deixar bagagem.

Hébergement bien placé pour visiter Porto, à 300 m de la station de métro Bolhao et dans une rue parallèle à la rue Santa Catarina. Appartement confortable comprenant micro-ondes, bouilloire électrique et frigo. Literie confortable. Super petit-déjeuner compris et pris au 1er étage, dans une salle commune. Facilité pour accéder à l'immeuble et à l'appartement. Merci pour tout.

The apartment is very spacious and quiet. It has a lovely terrace on the roof with comfy chairs that no one seems to use. Everything was very clean.

There is no coffee maker of any kind. You should not expect to cook in the kitchen, it is more appropriate for chilling your wine and reheating leftovers.

Check-in details are clear. They have a store room for your luggages before check in and after check out. Bed is ok.

-No toilet paper holder- the toilet paper roll is just placed somewhere in the bathroom. - Only one light in the living room and the pantry. Too dark and depressing. - no proper dining table, only a folding one attached to the AC vent and only one supporting post. -small living and dining area; very small pantry. - sofa needs better vacuuming - there are some dark sediments coming out of the kettle after boiling the water -fridge is only a mini fridge like those in hotels.

no está bien insonorizado fuera, se escuchan mucho los coches y motos que pasan. El apartamento es enorme pero falta menaje en la cocina (cafetera, tostador…) con lo amplio que es el resto, esto se queda un poco flojo

Ontbijtbuffet was een verrassing. Volgens de informatie zou het ontbijt namelijk in een tas worden afgeleverd. Netjes, schoon. Locatie is fantastisch. Mogelijkheid om zelf de bagage in een depot (met code) te plaatsen. Eerder arriveren of later vertrekken was dus geen probleem.

Sfeer in de woonkamer

L'appartement est dans un bel immeuble rénové des années 30, avec le confort d'un ascenseur et d'une bagagerie. Bonne communication avec la responsable, très disponible et efficace mais que l'on ne rencontre pas. Emplacement central près d'une place où il y a des restaurants et un supermarché. On peut aller a pied facilement au funiculaire de Gaia.

La chambre -dite studio- est petite pour 2 et la cuisinette assez minimaliste, peu de place pour manger à 2. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais quelle mauvaise idée d'avoir fait des cloisons transparentes !

Everything about Casa Rosa gives positive feeling. Location, comfort, very clean apartament, comfortable and big bad!, good with the host.

La ubicación y la comodidad de los colchones. Fuimos con una bebé de 1 año , pudimos ir prácticamente a todos sitios andando y tener ascensor está genial, pocos alojamientos ofertaban ascensor por el centro. Lo recomiendo!

Nos gustó todo, quizás por decir algo...que se olvidaron de poner la cuna para mi bebe que había solicitado y había sido aceptada pero al ser las camas grandes no hubo problema y pudo dormir con nosotros. A la mañana siguiente la pusieron.

Wat een aanrader! De locatie is perfect: heel centraal en dicht bij alles. Het gebouw is prachtig, modern en zeer verzorgd. Het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is ook een bagageruimte waar we gebruik van konden maken, wat erg handig was. Alles werkte heel gemakkelijk met codes en we mochten zelfs vroeger het appartement binnen. Ik was bovendien mijn zonnebril vergeten en ze hebben die netjes per post naar mij opgestuurd. Echt topservice!
