Totally didn’t expect it to be this nice! Beds and bathroom were super clean. It was quiet and comfy, no complaints at all.

lovely hotel, 2nd time staying and i will be back again in the near future. Rooms are a nice size and very clean. Bathroom was also spotless. Location is very good only 5 minute walk from main bus terminal.

Everything was great. The breakfast offered included in the price was next door - it was ok, cutlery and cups/mugs were dirty struggled finding a clean one, did let them know. It was only full English option available for our kids as well as us my husband and me enjoyed but the kids ate about 2 things off the plate. Just seemed a waste.

Lift broken when we are on the 5 th floor second lift broke while we were stuck in the lift for nearly 10 mins wouldn’t use the lift again tiring walking up the stairs but differnt mind going down the stairs also found eye lashes on our fresh towel

We had to get a lift to the first floor and then walk down two flights of stairs to our room, if you have mobility issues ask not to be put in M4-M9, no room service for 3 days u collect towels and toilet paper from reception

The location was brilliant. Really central. Close to Liverpool 1 shopping centre. Lots of nice bars and pubs close by. Also a short walk the M&S arena.

First room we had was very damp and stank of cannabis. The rooms are very basic but clean enough.

Le drap n’était pas correctement mis! Dès que je me suis assis sur le lit il s’est défait et l’évier de la douche qui retenait de l’eau 1/2 min avant de couler

Localização sensacional, da pra conhecer todo o centro a pé e se quiser o metro é ao lado. Muito confortável e o quarto bem espaçoso.

Tivemos que solicitar o gel de banho, shampoo etc porque nao tinha no quarto.

Ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad y no usar coche. Estación de metro pegada al hotel. Funcional sin lujos pero cubre lo necesario si solo vas a dormir.

Llegar del vuelo a la 01:30 y no haber nadie en recepción, puerta abierta hotel y hasta los quince minutos no aparece nadie. Estuvimos dos noches pero no hicieron limpieza de habitacion en ningún momento Éramos tres habitaciones y la planta 3, tenía un olor a orines brutal. El desayuno es en un bar a unos 40 metros, en el que no puedes elegir que tomar.

It's in a really good location next to the waterfront and Man Island and all the stuff there. It's about a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street down a fairly straight line of roads. The reception was friendly and quick and they explained how everything worked

One of the beds was a bit strange and it seemed to be a slightly bent mattress but I was in a superior family room so I was able to move over to the other one, which was in good condition. I was disappointed that there was no food on site. There was a machine to buy drinks, but for breakfast or dinner you had to go to the pub next door for breakfast and find somewhere else to go for dinner

I had to use the side door and none of the staff ever pressed the button to let me in I had to go in and press the button and ask my daughter to push my other child through the door

Had a lot of damage within the room I was staying in M10 and for a few nights sleep it’s fine, door lock didn’t work so I couldn’t double lock it once in but scary so had to put my luggage against the door, most of the lights didn’t work so really dull and dark inside the room, couldn’t open the curtain for natural light as the room opened out in to the street and people could see you, shower had a crack in it, skirting boards where duty and stained, shower had a razor and sponge left in from the last persons use and used mug, no lift to get to the M rooms as had to go down a flight of stairs with luggage as no other access

La ubicación. fantastica para la semana Beatle. Cerca de todo. Cuando protesté sobre la limpieza, limpiaron bien la habitación, señal de que si que sabian hacerlo, pero si hay que protestar, malo.

La limpieza, aunque la habitación estaba limpia cuando llegué, no limpian la habitación cada dia, algo que no explicitan en la pagina de booking, para limpiar yo, alquilo un airbnb. en la limpieza no limpiaron la zona de la cafetera, dejaron el azucar tirado, no repusieron la leche, no hicieron mas que la cama. No tienen toallas de manos, si te quieres secar el pelo tiene que ser con una manta de baño que es con la que tienes que funcionar. La cama tiene unos muelles que se clavan en la espalda. Excelente ubicación, a pie de todos los puntos de interés. La habitación muy cómoda y completa, un detalle que hace la diferencia es que cuentan con tomacorrientes USB, lo que facilita cargar varias cosas sin necesitar adaptadores. Llegue al hotel en la madrugada y pude hacer el check in al instante sin problemas.

The location of the hotel is good, and is at walking distance from both city center and to the dock. The room was fine, wifi works well. The cleaning staff can clean the room every day. The staff is present all the time.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was by far the worst I have had during my travels. You receive a breakfast coupon from the reception, which you then have to take to the pub next door. The staff there prepares a basic English breakfast platter consisting of one slice of white toast, a fried egg, beans, and a few deep-fried items. There are no healthier or lighter options such as yogurt or brown bread and no drinks such as juice are provided. Surprisingly, even drinking water is not available on the table—you have to approach the staff and specifically ask for a glass of water, which they fill for you at the counter. The only coffee option is instant coffee powder that you mix with hot water yourself. Overall, the breakfast was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth paying extra for. I would recommend skipping the breakfast option and instead going to a nearby café, where you can get a much better and more satisfying breakfast for your money.

La ubicación excelente y el hotel está muy bien. Lo peor fue el desayuno ya que no era en el hotel , sino en un bar de al lado del hotel. El tema es que no ofrecían mñas que café leche un plato de desayuno inglés y plátano o uvas. Es decir nada de yogur, otras frutos, tartas , zumos...nada de nada...Teniamos una niña pequeña y tuvvimos que comprar en el super y cada dia ir con la bolsa para que `pudiera desayunar en condiciones.

The room was good in regards to the bed lay out for a family. Breakfast was in the pub next door (The young lady did well in the pub) However there was a large tour group of 56 people in for breakfast and the set up couldn't cope and it looked like a load of kids had been through for breakfast (long wait)

The bathroom we had was shocking. We were put into an accessible room which meant no bath for the kids. The shower its self was not good. There was a bracket on the wall with sharp bolts (must have been for a seat or something but nothing there) There was a large drain grate on the floor under the shower for the water. We also had to ask for the shower gel etc to be filled as they were empty (poor service / eye for detail from house keeping)

Nothing about the hotel itself. The staff were pleasant to deal with.

This hotel is not clean. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that they only clean the room on day 3 and that the room would not be cleaned during our stay as we were only staying from friday to Monday.

The room had air conditioning but that is literally the only positive to this place.

The room had stains on the floor, carpet, lampshade, walls and lockers. The beds were extremely uncomfortable The room had dirty cups and stains on the sheets at the end of the bed. I asked for the room to be cleaned the next morning (stayed for two days) came back at 5pm in the day and it was still dirty. When I asked why the room wasn't cleaned, I was told they are only cleaned every 3 days. My room was dirty to begin with which I approached staff to discuss early that day. Staff are not helpful at all. I've stayed in Liverpool numerous times and have never had to endure such a hostile environment posing as a hotel.

Hotel is located a short (15 minutes) walk from Lime Street station, and is next door to James Street metro station if you were travelling from nearer by. Is round the corner from Mathew Street as well, to get your Beatles fix. Room was a good size, and everything was well stocked from toiletries to tea, and also had an iron and ironing board which came in handy. Very little noise coming from outside the hotel as well which was amazing given how central it is. Great value in the middle of Beatleweek and on a Liverpool match day as well.

Our particular room only had a bath (shower wasn't working) which could probably do with fixing but wasn't an issue!

Poor standard of rooms. Very dark room with only one spotlight on the ceiling. Bathroom fan doesn’t work so always moisture inside for hours. Only sockets on one side of 2 beds. Room location was up a lift, through an old restaurant and down a fire escape stairs to get to, did not feel like a hotel.

Hallway and room smelled stale. Aircon broken during the heatwave with no ability to open windows. Had to call and go to reception multiple times to explain and try to get a solution - seems like one room has this issue from the occasional other reviews quoting no aircon. Manager never available. Once we checked out there is zero ability to call as the number just rings out. We were in the "M" rooms (I.e. room M01, M02 etc etc) so had to walk through a disused restaurant to get to them which felt a bit eerie. We probably had an issue that only affects a minority of rooms so a shame as so many other reviewers had a good experience. Wouldn't choose to stay again

1- Un esmorzar desastrós. Tot i tenir-lo pagat, has d’anar fora de l’hotel i el què hi ofereixen és horrorós. Sols hi ha cafè soluble i llet freda. A més el personal és maleducat. 2- Falta de neteja. L’hotel no neteja les habitacions ni que els hi demanis.

It was clean. There was liquid soap and shampoo in bathroom and a hairdryer and iron . It had a kettle with tea n coffee. So close to the albert docks but also close to the cavern and Matthew street.

Siamo tornati per il secondo anno in questo albergo moderno che offre camere ampie e confortevoli e che si trova in una posizione davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla metro e comodamente raggiungibili a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse della città. A poche decine di metri ci sono diversi locali dove fare colazione.

Purtroppo la nostra camera (504) era separata da quella accanto solo da una porta non insonorizzata e ogni minimo rumore passava chiaramente da una stanza all’altra.

The breakfast was at the pub next door and the service was very poor with very little variety and options. Would not bother with the breakfast of staying there again. Bit of a letdown. Kids didn’t like it at all sadly.

Location - everything was within 15-20minutes walk; train station, museums and Magical Mystery Bus tour pick-up point. We were visiting with our niece who has recently discovered The Beatles so our trip revolved around this. We wanted a basic but clean enough place to stay over. Arrived early morning and staff held our backpacks while we hit two museums and they also held them after our checkout as train home was almost 6pm. Check in/out swift. We had no issue with noisy neighbours or doors slamming. Which was a bonus in such a large and busy hotel. Room was as expected. Basic but our room was clean, sheets clean and comfortable beds, shower good - it did the job. Basic kettle - also did the job and plenty of tea and clean cups. We’d stay again if we just needed somewhere to get our heads down.

The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting. There was thick dust and hairs all over the skirting boards. My son moved the bed an inch to the side and there was so much disgusting rubbish under the bed including what looked like underwear, wrappers and sunglasses. Clearly never cleaned underneath. There were bits all over the floor in the bathroom. Large crumbs all around the carpet. I went downstairs and asked for a new room, which was better but still not great. Wouldn’t stay here again purely for how dirty it was (photos make it look better than it was. ). I have sent these to management too.

I liked the price I paid for 2 adults and 2 children, an absolute bargain. Beds were comfortable and the location is in the city centre.

The parking in the Q-Park needs to be made clearer. The entrance is actually in the middle of the main road (Strand) but we were sent to another place nearby. Getting this wrong is dangerous as you have to reverse back into the busy main road.

Central Location. Many places to eat and drink around the hotel. 3 mins walk to Liverpool One shopping. Albert dork is just 2 mins away.

Fairly basic. Just ok in terms of cleaniness. Could do with some modernisation. The plugs are literally next to your pillow on the bed headboard. Plugs on the table is so low you cannot plug any thing too it.

We were sold this on the basis of getting a breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast was in a pub next door. The place was chaotic with limited staff, ie the guy behind the bar running through to kitchen to help the cook who was also serving the food. We waited 55 minutes and still not served. We had to leave with having received no breakfast as we had a ferry to catch. Very disappointing.

Just brilliant. Especially as we are a family of five (my husband didn't come with us) but this room would have catered for us when usually we are told we need two rooms. Quick check in and staff left you to it. Room was brilliant and location was brilliant too
