Praticamente tutto il resto. Lo staff era molto disinteressato alle nostre esigenze. Non cercava alcun tipo di soluzione, anzi non era proprio dispiaciuto dei disagi arrecati. Non era presente la finestra in camera, e nella descrizione dell annuncio non è citato. La camera era piccolissima ci si poteva muovere appena ed il condizionatore unico strumento per muovere l’aria era sporchissimo e pieno di polvere. Anche il bagno era molto piccolo, senza una doccia con un soffione attaccato al rubinetto. Spiacevole anche l’assenza di acqua calda, molte volte non arrivava proprio e siamo stati costretti diversi volte a farci la doccia fredda. La pulizia era pessima, anche gli asciugami che ci cambiavano ogni giorno erano comunque stra usati, diverse volte anche bucati. Servizio, camera e pulizia veramente pessimi. Sconsigliatissima come struttura

They don't allow eating in your own room and the hotel is on the third and fourth floors, requiring a lift to reach the lobby. The room was also quite small.

房間很小，房內不能飲食，外面有小廚房可以吃東西，但很熱沒空調，隔音效果不太好，容易吵到別人跟被吵；浴室水流非常小，乾濕沒有分離，洗澡非常不方便。

Ne vous fiez pas à la "réception 24h/24" pour laquelle j'avais réservé du à un vol de nuit : C'EST FAUX, porte close entre 3h et 15h. Aucun arrangement possible pour le check in. Personnel très très désagréable quand j'y suis allée le lendemain pour annuler le reste de ma réservation après avoir trouvé un logement d'urgence dans la nuit après 24h de voyage à cause de la situation géopolitique actuelle. Zéro empathie ou compréhension. Ils se défendent en disant que c'est "24/24 online" ce qui n'est pas du tout explicite ni vérifiable.

Le fait que les chambres soient sans fenêtre. Il faut l'indiquer dans le descriptif . Et pourtant j'avais réservé très en avance.

My room was on the side of the reception and it didn't feel so private, it felt like an "adaption". Besides that, what I didn't like the most: a strong smell of fat or something being fried. I believe the air tube of my room was connected to the same tube from a restaurant kitchen below the hotel. The only way to "mask" it was turning on the air conditioning with the fan on maximum, but it wasn't enough.

Было неожиданно, что номер без окна. В описании не сказано об этом очевидно. За более, чем неделю проживания ни разу не было влажной уборки, пыль вдоль стен пришлось неоднократно убирать самим.

Every thing is so small n narrow. Could hardly bathe in the toilet. Wrong location of the shower head. No space to manoeuvre at all when taking a bath. Nowhere to hang clothings. In the lobby there is a coffee machine which is just a showcase. Can't even have a decent cup of coffee. Adjacent rooms are not sound proof. Can hear hangings next door.
