Its location is wrongly pinned on booking app.. i needed a hotel directly opposite or walking distance from ekocheras mall. Thus i booked this hotel as in booking app, its directly opposite.... but it turned out to be an lrt ride away or grab ride... not able to walk as huge roundabout... the staff have informed booking.com but no ammends made yet..

1. Unhelpful staff & poor management handling: Staff member Dula failed to properly address my concerns, and when I requested to speak with his other colleague or superior/manager in order to solve the issue, my request was refused instead of having the matter properly escalated. 2. Deposit not refunded: I was informed that the RM100 cash deposit I paid prior to my stay would be refunded within 7–21 days. It has now been three weeks, yet I still have not received the refund. 3. Weak Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection in my room was extremely weak, and I had no choice but to use on my mobile data throughout my entire one-week stay there. Overall: A very disappointing experience. The lack of proper assistance, poor handling of guest concerns, and delayed deposit refund made my stay unsastifactory. Management please refund my RM100 deposit as promised as soon as possible and seriously improve its customer service. Thank you in advance

Room is very small, door to bathroom can only open halfway. The distance from Metro Taman Mutiara is very far, cannot be reach by foot, not as stated 150m (misleading information). I had to take Grab to arrive at the hotel.

room too small. the furnitures setting are too crampy. i booked a room with a private balcony, turned out to be just an small 6 x 2 feet space just for 2 persons to stand. my partners and i have to figure out how to move or open the toilet door/room door without bumping into one another. sot enough space to put our luggages even. the only space is in between the toilet door and room door. if i want to open the toilet/room door, i have to remove my suitcase.. such a nuisance. the foldable table attached to wall was wobly. cant even do my online meeting as there was no space at all. checked in at 3om, checked out the same night,10pm. cant sleep there felt suffocated.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Second time here. For a boutique hotel, it exceed my expectations - clean, comfortable and sufficient facilities/amenities. Kettle, toiletries, hairdryer, lift to name and few. Worth the money
Size wise, not recommended to Muslim as this room type is quite sempit and no space to pray. The main issue was parking. It's located alongside restaurants and it's very hard to get a parking if you arrive around their dinner time - spent 40 minutes drive around to find a parking then decided to park illegally.

The location - no convenience store nearby. Parking kalau datang awal agak sukar nak dapat dekat. Kena keluar dulu jalan2 malam sedikit baru datang. No hair dryer in room

The receptionist, DK, who was not as friendly as the other receptionist from the night shift, and also not as friendly as per what the reviews shared here. He listens to reply, not to understand. Of course, he will be as defensive as he can when you guys are checking this review. I like the hotel concept, and it’s a shame it was ruined just because of his attitude and services. I don’t need to hear his apologies, or any defensive notes. Just hoping that he’ll stop doing this to other guests as well.

Noisy aircond, really need to fix the squeaking and shaking of the aircond. Could use better soundproofing, the highways right in front of the hotel is very noisy.
