Actually the spa and jacuzzi needs pay feel like no good . Just open for all ppl is fair . And a lot of things needs to limit. Only provide for long stay ppl is not convinced also . If want to cook also not very convience. Can next time just open for all ? The swimming pool and the facility can open until 10 pm?

A Heartfelt Tribute to the Front Office and Support Staff at Komune Living & Wellness This morning (2 September 2026), as I was preparing to drive out of the hotel for work, my car engine abruptly stalled while navigating down the parking ramp and could not be restarted. To safely maneuver the vehicle out of the carpark, we had to navigate two separate downhill slopes. With the engine off and the braking assistance compromised, tension ran high as the team worked tirelessly to prevent the vehicle from losing control on the incline. Thanks to the staff's prompt, composed, and coordinated effort, we managed to bring the car down safely without further incident. Eventually, I was able to arrange a tow truck through my insurance provider to transport the vehicle from Kuala Lumpur back to Johor Bahru. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the dedicated hotel team on duty. Your immediate response, calm support, and hands-on assistance turned a distressing situation into a manageable one. It is often said, but bears repeating: the true measure of a great hotel lies not merely in the luxury of its facilities, but in the empathy, dedication, and genuine warmth of its people. Thank you once again for going above and beyond.

-Customer service might be slightly better. I asked for a king bed because only twin was available for booking. The request was not fulfilled. However what it costs to just put the twin beds together? I did it myself. The effort counts. -Breakfast was very mediocre. Not much choice especially for vegetarians, from fruits only cut oranges were served. Coffee was bad (most probably instant powder), no machine coffee.

The location is strategic and not too close to the busy and congested areas. There are petrol stations, restaurants, and food stalls nearby, which makes it very convenient. The room was very, very clean, with excellent hygiene standards. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable. Hot and cold drinking water are conveniently provided on every floor. There are also plenty of entertainment options within the building, so you don’t have to go far to find things to do. there was no iron provided in the room. However, overall, I was still very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Such a great place for a long term stay. The facilities were great and I love that I have a small kitchen and fridge. My room and seating area were separate and I liked that.

I would like a slightly bigger table, as I did some work in my room and the table was wobbly and not very spacious.

The breakfast menu. They should diversify the menu to include intercontinental breakfast dishes or choices such as cheese platter and cooked eggs not only boiled eggs. My had hard time to eat. Only boiled eggs and toast and jam was there.

地理位置不错，房间对我来说也很宽敞，楼下也有7-11很方便，柜台的态度也很友好。

不知道为什么窗口没办法打开，冷气要很久才能够冷，我来这里就是想体验特别的设施，结果竟然还需要额外付费和预定，这几点很不满意，希望下次能够计算在费用里面，至少不会让顾客觉得就是来体验公园的，结果还要额外付费。

雖然附近沒有甚麼店家，但樓下的雙喜餐廳很不錯（進門左前方最底），口味不錯種類選擇多，份量也不少，住客報房號還享有85折，CP值高。1樓有7-11星巴克。6樓免費泳池如果避開人潮時段還算乾淨寬廣。 3樓KTV設備不錯，歌曲選擇多，但需另外付費25馬幣/人。

3樓的設施需另外付費一天25馬幣/人，當天可自由進出（溫水泳池，12歲以下禁入/水療池/KTV房需預約，一個時段2小時）。 學齡前小小孩能玩的很少，但大小孩滿適合，有撞球，乒乓球，免費大型遊戲機。

Het park is zo rustgevend en fijn om er te wandelen. In de basis is het hotel voorzien van luxe, maar zijn niet alle gedeeltes voor iedereen begaanbaar. De Starbucks en schoonheidssalons waren erg fijn en voor snelle aankoop de 7/11. Aan de overkant kon je simpel eten en boodschappen doen bij de grote supermarkten. Leuke kleine foodmarket op loopafstand.

De hygiëne van de douche. Schimmel op de voegen door slechte ventilatie. De liften werkten alleen middels het pasje om op andere verdiepingen te komen. Een kind hebben we daarom overstuur in de lift aangetroffen. De security om verkeer te regelen was best vervelend en onvriendelijk. Voor alles werd er gefloten, misschien gebruikelijk in Kuala Lumpur, maar het werkte bij mij best stressend. We zijn aan het rondreizen en zullen we hoogstwaarschijnlijk nooit terugkeren in het hotel en diezelfde omgeving.

It’s a perfect spot for getting over the jet lag. It has all the facilities you could need & easily accessible by grab/bolt. It has a lovely modern feel to it.

The location is not ideal - you will need to get taxis to most locations for shopping and dining, although there is a nice Indian restaurant across the road.

Strategic location to hospital. Near a park and other malls.

1. I requested for quiet room in West wing. The counter staff place me instead in central wing. 2. Bathroom door faulty, cannot close completely, lack privacy. 3. Bathroom basin too low, cater for OKU or children, very inconvenient to bend down. 4. No toothpaste, no toothbrush, no shampoo, no slippers provided. 5. Limited facilities. Floor 3A already catered to long stay guests. (Why is there need to pay rm27 for short stay guests to use jacuzzi/warm pool?). There is lounge in 6th floor which is inaccessible to short stay guests 6. Gym too few benches (6x). Some guests hog usage of gym chairs quite long.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Wir haben für fünf Personen gebucht und hatten nur vier Betten! Es waren leider auch keine größeren Zimmer da.

شويا الغرف تعتبر مساحتها صغيره والاضاءه فالغرفه تعتبر ضعيفه ،و مافي مرآه فالخارج كوننا نهتم اننا نضبط نفسنا و لازم تحسبو حساب المسافات لاي فعاليه لانها اقل شي تاخذ ربع ساعه تعتبر بعديه عن مركز المدينه

There is a lot to like about this hotel. Location, convenience, staff, cleanliness, value for money, nearby shops and restaurants, food court, gym, pool, gaming room, comfortable beds, security, easy pick/drop area for ride-share, no hidden charges, DIY laundry, wifi, water dispenser on each floor, views from the room (see the attached photo of the view from my bed), park nearby for early morning walks etc.

I think the bathroom in the room could do better with a door latch.

Facilities shown like shares kitchen should be mentioned with availability for long stay only and atleast microwave should be there in the rooms. Rooms are very small and lighting in the rooms are very less need more better space and lighting. And mention all Facilities availability with details they are confusing

Чистые новые не прокуренные номера, парк с цапями , чисто аккуратно цена качества , единственное если куда-то выбираться только такси 🚕 до центра 20-25 ренгит , ну это пожалу единственное , опять же тихо спокойно тоже плюс) всем рекомендую.
