Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Saya tidak tahu untuk masuk ke hotel agak sukar dan mengelirukan..staf dikaunter tidak beritahu..semasa memasuki parking saya tidak jumpa tempat masuk ke hotel..saya call reception bertanya tetapi staf menjawap 'tidak tahu',selepas panggilan ke2 dibuat, saya tanya sendiri orang awam yang berada di tempat parking dan berjaya masuk namun salah lift.. kemudian sy call semula..baru staf tggu sy di tempat lift yg salah..setelah menaiki lift yang betul, pintu pula tidak boleh dibuka, call lagi dan selepas berapa minit baru berjaya masuk bilik..masuk bilik pula.. bilik tidak memuaskan, ada stain dibantal dan tilam, ada juga stain di carpet..dan bilik air juga(tidak ambil gambar)

Here are the key points regarding the amenities and room condition: Convenient yet Quiet Location: There is a shopping mall right beside the hotel, though currently, only the first floor appears to be occupied. BYO Amenities: Be sure to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as these are not provided in the room. Minor Room Maintenance: The bathroom door requires a bit of extra effort to close properly.

خرجت صباحاً و عندما عدته في الليل وجدت باب غرفتي مفتوحاً … و أثبت الحادثة مع الاستقبال و موظف الأمن بالفندق و كتبنا تقرير بذلك .. ولم تفعل لي ادارة الفندق اي شيئ مقابل هذا الخطل لفظيع رغم اعترافهم بعد مراجعة الكاميرات ان عامل النظافة هو من ترك الباب مفتوح لمدة 12 ساعة

My stay at SIlka CHeras was awful. Images given in their property profile are from many years ago. Building hasn't been maintained properly for a while. Room was very unclean, floor carpets were patched and unclean. Carpets have coffee and other stains all over (check attachments). Bathroom was very unclean due to built up mold in each and every corner, including sink, bathtub and surrounding tiles. Water takes a lot of time to drain from the sink. I cancelled my stay after staying there the first day since I did not have any other option at that time. Their photos on the website and on booking.com show very old photos and look nice, but actual property hasn't been maintained property. Room did not have wifi signals, so I had to go to the corridor to login to wifi.

We are staying in Room 714. The air-conditioning is not functioning properly. It has been turned on the whole day, but the room is still not cool, especially at night. We were sweating throughout the night and could not sleep well because of the heat. In addition, the pillows are too soft and flat, making them uncomfortable and providing insufficient support during sleep.
