ホステルなのにベッドがダブルサイズで扉を閉めると完全にプライベートな空間になってとても快適でした。フロントの方の説明も丁寧で気持ちよかったです。高価格帯の宿泊施設が多い箱根湯本において貴重な存在だと思います。

初めての利用でシェアハウス的な感じでした。部屋の鍵が南京錠で少しビックリしました。人見知りのない人には親子世代での会話も出来て楽しいと思います。

凄く安く泊まれてアットホームな所で良かったです また泊まりに行きます

3階の洗面台の排水口が詰まりです。

スタッフは対応丁寧で気さく。宿泊場所は意外と広く清潔で最近リニューアルした感じでした。近くのお風呂半額割引券あり。あと、長期滞在のアジア系の方々がいる感じです。

箱根にあって珍しく？他の地域と同様の簡易的なドミトリー。お風呂はありません。ただし、周辺の入浴施設の利用に至便で、割引券もあります。 バス停はいわゆる旧街道(県道732号線)の湯本中宿(“片側停留所”なので三枚橋・湯本駅に出る時はバス停の道路渡って反対側で待ちましょう)のほか、1号線沿いの温泉場入口バス停からも湯場滝通りを通って急坂を登ることでアクセスできます。 簡易宿所型の、旅慣れた人のための木賃宿の箱根バージョンと言えます。(県民のひいき目ですが)サービスは親切で、質問には全力で応えてもらえるはずです。

お客さまに愛が溢れ優しすぎた。また泊まらせてもらいたいです。

値段が安く清潔で良かった。また予約した部屋ではないところに変えてくれと言ったところ快く対応してくれて良かった。しかし一つ気になった点が、恐らく前に宿泊した客のゴミ（2リットルの水のペットボトル2本とポカリスエット)が置いたままだった。気付かないのか？と疑問でした。

部屋広め、共有スペースも賑わっていました。

Friendly and helpful hosts with a cozy bar and dining space!

Cozy little guesthouse. We stayed in a two bed room in the main building, room was super cute with traditional tatami beds. Location was great and staff helpful. We felt like home and would have stayed longer if we could!

受付に人がいる時間が限られる点が難点です。

ベットスペースがかなり乾燥するので何か対策があるとよいかも。 花粉の時期と重なっているので、どちらか分からないがハウスダウトが多かった可能性あり。 かなり鼻がムズムズした。

Staffes are very nice and good place !

My sister and me stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great to explore Hakone and the various hot springs. There is a bust stop just a few steps away from the hostel. We slept well in a cozy capsule (wooden box) which was bigger than expected. We never used the shower rooms as we visited a hot spring every evening. Before bed we enjoyed a drink or two at the lovely Azito bar. We recommend Umeshu Soda :)

Very convenient for the area, Breakfast and drinks were expensive.

사람들이 정말 친절하고 분위기도 정말 화목합니다 근처 온천 가격이 크게 할인된다는 점과 버스 정류장이 근처에 있자는 점도 좋았습니다

走路到旅館雖然十分鐘左右，但有一段上坡，適合行李不多的旅客，行李重的人非建議搭公車。單人房很狹小，床墊已經塌陷不好睡，床頭窗外就是空調機，再加上廁所在隔壁，有人使用會聽到沖水聲，睡覺一定要戴耳塞，不過櫃檯人員很親切說明介紹附近的景點，這價格很實惠！下次再來會選擇其他房型！

スタッフは親切、部屋は快適、シャワーやトイレは清潔、コスパ最高で言うことなしです。 サイトでの情報が少なく、軽食があること、アメニティの種類など書いてあれば良かった。

The apartment was nice and had a big deck. The only issue was carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Very spacious apartment area and a great value. Would definitely go back for longer next time!

I realy enjoyed my stay there. Staff was nice cabins were cool. Meet some nice people too.

空間很大，環境很乾淨，住起來很舒服。入住還送一瓶飲料，逛街回來喝剛好。小缺點就是位置離車站比較遠，公車班次不是很多，我們用走的遇到斜坡有點挑戰，不過這個價錢在箱根很便宜了。

Lovely location, helpful n friendly staff,interesting premises which is v clean and comfy. The highlight is the evening bar/welcome drink which is the great place to meet other travelers. Tq for the lovely stay.

とてもフレンドリーに接して頂きました。近くのオススメの温泉や居酒屋、朝食のお店も教えて頂き、とても快適な２日間が過ごせました。共有スペースには常に他のお客さんがいて賑わってるので、それが苦手でなければ快適だと思います。

Nice stay! It was really hot at that moment, but our little 'closet' ;-), it was nice and coll. Loved our stay, good for one night!

Azito(アジト:地下運動者の隠れ家)に、最もふさわしい1室(シングルルーム)を利用しました。 部屋には、1人が寝ることの出来るベッド、2面に窓、エアコン。バス・トイレは共用。共用のキッチンがあるのが便利。 日中は観光・夕食を終えて・宿に帰れば1階のバーでフォリナーたちと一緒にカウンターで一献傾け・部屋に戻って就寝。 ベッドひとつあれば十分。 暑い夏の夜も大丈夫。2面の窓を開放すれば風通し良好。朝は清涼な空気と鳥の鳴き声が堪能できる。 暮らしたくなってしまうような、まさにThe隠れ家。

It is a small hostel but the hosts are very welcoming and informative that show you where all the key places around the hostel are. On top of that, they gave us a ticket for a free drink when we arrived! I The one downside is that since the space itself is small, there not a lot of room to sit around the bar and so we were a bit isolated from the main action. There are a few restrictions for noise such as times to use the kitchen and times when you can use the table games.

As the only double bed "capsule" hostel I found when looking for accommodation in Japan, I was very pleased to find Azito. The capsule itself was roomy enough for two people to shuffle around without bumping into each other, the mattress was comfortable, there were two hangers and a mirror plus a charging spot inside. There was a woody kind of sauna room smell inside it (minus the heat or sweat smells of a sauna), that made it quite cosy and it was well ventilated so we had a good night's sleep. One feature of the hostel that I was very pleased with is the locker sizes. The locker we had could fit two full-sized hard case suitcases next to each other with a little room to spare at the top. Nowhere in my trip did I find that and I very much appreciated it. They also provide umbrellas to borrow if it rains (which it did in May). My only issue was that the towels that we were given to use were hand towel size, which was a little inconvenient if you want to shower and have big hair. It didn't spoil the overall experience though.

Cool capsule accommodation with clean facilities. Surprisingly well ventilated capsules, we stayed in June and did not feel stuffy at all. Other guests were respectful and did not make too much noise. But if you were to get an inconsiderate guest you probably wouldn't get much sleep....Not far from hakone yumoto station but the steep hill to get to hostel would make anyone with luggage abit unhapppy but apart from that it was a great stay.

Was a great little place to stay and very close to station and bus stops, get you're only apartment with all you could need. getting suitcases up the stairs can be difficult though but the staff did help me with that.

I stayed in a capsule with my girlfriend. We both had a great sleep, the capsule rooms are surprisingly comfortable. The shared bathrooms were very clean. The bar was fun, and the staff were so friendly. They helped us plan our trip around hakone and gave us excellent advice. This is great value for money, in a truly beautiful and unique setting. I recommend staying for a few nights if you can.

Very comfortable beds, though was quite warm in the rooms. Everyone respected the environment and whispered in the rooms, we were not disturbed at all by others - not common for a hostel in my experience. Only 2 toilets on our floor and 2 on next floor, and 3 showers for all guests - I didn't have to wait - but would be a different story during busy times. VERY clean facilities. Showers had good pressure and soap/shampoo provided. Towel hire was 100 yen. Quiet street, bus stop is 1min walk. The walk from the station is a steep hill but it is short lived and not very difficult for us with our 20kg luggage. May be difficult for some. Can catch the bus from the station for free with the Hakone Free Pass and the hostel sent information about how to do so if you want that option. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small communal area and kitchen with free tea and coffee, and a bar, quite small in general but really nice vibe. We recommend getting the Hakone Free Pass as we used it heaps and probably saw and did more because we had it and it was all very easy. It gives you free use of all modes of transport including the buses, trains, cable car, ropeway, cruise etc. We really enjoyed our 2 nights at this accommodation and would stay again. Note that heaps of restaurants were closed by 7pm so be mindful. There is family mart and 7/11 close by who also have great cheap meals. The ladies at reception gave us lots of information and advice about what to see and where to eat etc.

El hostel me encantó. Súper agradable todo el staff, sonrientes y amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. El lugar fenomenal, con un pequeño bar restaurante, ofrecen servicio de desayuno y comidas con cargo adicional. Aquí disfruté de una cata de sake, sublime. Habitaciones limpias y tranquilas, muy agradables. Servicios de baño muy buenos.

Très bien situé. On nous a donné de tres bon conseils lors de notre arrivée pour les activités, Onsen et resto. Personnel très gentil et s’exprime en anglais relativement bien.

Simple, minimalistic place. Super friendly staff. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.

部屋にはシングルベッド１台しかありませんでしたが、押し入れと棚が設置されており、荷物の収納には困りませんでした。 ベットのスプリングが効いていて快適に眠ることができました。 My reserved rooms has only the single bed but the closet and shelves are available for belongings storage. I could get a good sleep during staying at here, thank you.

Excellent location. Lovely people. Nice vibe. But (we hadn’t noticed when booking) it’s a capsule hotel - more of a hostel than a guesthouse. At first taken aback (almost all the guests were younger than our kids) we ended up finding it really comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Hakone is a great place to visit. Great views, great art, great trips on varied modes of transport. Don’t miss the ropeway over volcanic vents.

Buy some food before going back to hostel and mostly shops close by 5pm. Difficult to find food but the hostel had some simple menu (We did not try). Only 1 shower room on ground floor to share among 4 rooms (about 10+ people)

Simple guesthouse. Little too expensive for whats offered. Helpful owners.
