Good staff, quiet considering the area, but still some noise. Great value for price, any problems they take care of right away.

The hotel is centrally located near the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel; the first time, I had a room with a balcony and liked it, but this time I got a room without one and it was terrible. If you visit this hotel, book only rooms with balconies and steer clear of the windowless bunkers. Don't expect the rooms to be cleaned every day—you have to ask. Also, expect the housekeeper to ask for a tip; it happened to me twice, as if to imply, "If you tip me, I'll clean the room properly."

On the first night we arrived one of our rooms had severe bed bugs and the hotel manager refused to accept responsibility and then none of the electricity sockets worked so I couldn't charge my phone. And again the manager said it was my phone .and then he got really angry. I have booked a lot of hotels in the last year but this is clearly the worst one I have ever stayed in. I am still itching now.

Мой совет тем, кто собирается во Вьетнам впервые: будьте внимательны с жильём и ценами, особенно в туристических районах. Организация размещения может быть очень слабой. В моём случае персонал даже не знал о моём приезде, а затем мне дали номер, который не соответствовал бронированию. Если бы я не возразил, вероятно, так бы в нём и остался. Поэтому обязательно сохраняйте скриншоты бронирования, фотографии выбранного номера, список заявленных удобств и точную сумму оплаты. При заселении сразу проверяйте комнату до того, как окончательно соглашаться: чистоту постельного белья, запах в помещении, слив воды в раковине и душе, работу унитаза, кондиционера и горячей воды. Почему я это советую: в первый день после приезда я получил грязный номер с запахом сигарет и испачканным постельным бельём. Душевая кабина была в плохом состоянии и буквально держалась «на соплях». В одном из предложенных номеров не работал слив в раковине, в другом бачок унитаза набирался около 30 минут. При этом речь идёт не о дешёвом жилье где-то на окраине, а об одном из хорошо оцениваемых вариантов в центре туристического района. Поэтому высокая цена и хорошее расположение сами по себе не гарантируют качество. То же самое касается еды и повседневных расходов. Не ориентируйтесь только на туристические заведения и старые рассказы о том, что во Вьетнаме всё очень дёшево. В туристических районах обычный товар или продукт могут продавать с огромной наценкой, представляя его как что-то особенное. Сравнивайте цены в нескольких местах и смотрите, где покупают сами местные жители. Мой главный вывод после личного опыта: во Вьетнаме всё ещё можно жить комфортно и относительно недорого, но это уже не происходит автоматически. Если не проверять жильё, не сравнивать цены и постоянно пользоваться только туристической инфраструктурой, расходы могут оказаться значительно выше ожидаемых.

המלון נמצא באחד הרחובות היותר כפיים בדנאנג. מלא מסעדות, בתי קפה ופאבים. למרות שזה איזור מאוד שוקק, לא רועש. מרחק של 5 דקות הליכה מהים. החדר מרווח ומאובזר מאוד, מעלית טובה ודאן הכי מקסים בעולם. עוזר בכל דבר עם חיוך. המזגן ממשיך לקרר גם כשיוצאים מהחדר, זה ממש פלוס עצום. מזגן מצויין!

יש מדרגות לפני המעלית, אבל הצוות עוזר עם זה. קיבלתי חדר שהחלון דיי קטן ופונה לקיר, זה מבחינתי מינוס גדול. זרם המים לא משהו, אבל גיליתי שזה די נפוץ בדנאנג.

We were told we'd have access to a kitchen but what we arrived to was a kitchen full of linen, slabs of water bottles and various items. Seemed to be the hotel storage area and maybe staff items. Huge pile of dirty towels left on the stairs. The safe didnt work. Getting extra towels, as there were no hand towels or bath mat supplied, was difficult. Staff were friendly enough but made no effort to use translate app or try to converse other than the bare essentials. The bed was not comfortable, too hard for our liking. Great that shampoo & conditioner was supplied but would be good if they were topped up with the correct contents

Very conveniently located. In the centre of restaurants and pubs. 2 minutes walk from the beach. Check in was easy and the staff were nice.

Das Zimmer war relativ groß und hatte sogar einen Balkon. Es bot auch alles was man so brauchte. Man sollte jedoch keinen allzu großen Komfort erwarten.

Das Hotel könnte demnächst renoviert werden. Die Klimaanlage reagierte leider auch nicht auf die Fernbedienung.

The elevator does not get to the ground floor, it stops on floor one and you got to use the stairs to walk down. And you need extra card to activate the elevator. They said it is for security... I said it's a big BS.

Das Angebot, Zimmer mit Fenster zum Hof! Gibt es nicht zweitens das Personal, das mich täglich fragte, ob sie mein Zimmer sauber machen müssen. Ab dem zweiten Tag habe ich mein Bett selbst gemacht, mir die Hand selbst geholt und auch meine Toilettenartikel.

Great location especially for tourists as it's near all the touristy restaurants and western food places, but also Korean BBQ and very near the beach. Easy check in and check out. Apartment is cleaned every day.

Enough space for a short stay, but not enough for a longer stay. There were some ants and couple of cockroaches in the bathroom, which is expected there are restaurants and shops wverywhere around and even bellow.

Great location in Da Nang, easy to find and clean. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

The water pressure wasn’t the best and the staff could have been a bit more helpful. Also it can be quite loud when people are talking in the hallway.

Stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. Good location, close to the beach, from the airport you can cheap by taxi. Friendly staff, speak English. The settlement passed quickly. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Daily cleaning and replacement towels. But the bed for 10 days did not change. Near many cafes of traditional and European cuisine. The beach is about 10 minutes walk, there is a shower and a dressing room on the beach. Paid sun beds, 40 dong. But there is a place on the sand under the palm trees, for those who want to lie down in the shade. In general, I really liked everything, I recommend!)

Excellent location, comfortable beds, good aircons. Really happy with the rooms, we would stay there again.

Walking distance to restaurants and bars, beach, supermarkets. 15 or 20 minutes from airport by taxi. I left some medication in the fridge and they organised to get them to our next hotel which was great.

It would be a big improvement if there were a couple of glasses, plates and basic cutlery instead of just 2 coffee mugs.

Відмінний номер. Досить просторий як на одну людину. Велике ліжко, робочий стіл, холодильник. Велика ванна кімната, вода не ллється на підлогу, як у багатьох інших готелях, а є маленька ванна, що дуже зручно. Дівчинка приносила воду кожен день, міняла рушники кожен день. На перше моє прохання замінила постільну білизну. Розташування готелю дуже зручне, це друга лінія від моря, буквально 150 метрів.

One night we had a white old Caucasian msn knocking violently on our door at 2am, hopefully the guard acted after 30min but it really scared us 😅

the property is located in the center of the tourist area, the apartments are comfortable to live in, I have stayed in many hotels and apartments in da nang, however this is my favorite so far, the value for money is exceptional from my point of view

All was more than expected. Very friendly personnel. The hotel owner Mitch very friendly, understanding and helpfull person.

The hotel was in a great location with easy walking access to everything you need. There were lots of food and laudry shops nearby too. The beach is a 4 min walk which is also fantastic.

I thought the bathroom was not thought out very well. The shower was set up over a small corner bathtub, and the curtain was not able to wrap around the entire tub, so water goes all over the place.

Spacious and comfortable in the best location. Everything you could want on the same street. Close to the beach and everything Da Nang has to offer. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We have stayed in hotels at twice the price and still not as good as Ava.
