Great to only use a keypad to enter the property.
Entry to the actual building.
It was a good size and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions.
The apartment was in the same building and a Bar and across the road from two more Bars. At night it was excessively noisy with loud music from various venues until the early hours of the morning and there was no way to block it out. Impossible to get a good night’s sleep on weekends nights.
Location, facilities, comfort. The decor enhanced the view. The wine and chocolate on arrival was lovely and the apartment was nicely warm when we arrived.
There were no negative aspects, however the designated parking space was very narrow.
Super view overlooking town park and lake. Fully equipped kitchen. Lift from ground level. Grocery store just around the corner and Speight's pub downstairs
Instructions for recycle and rubbish bins not clear - bins not labeled with apt name, only the restaurants downstairs.
Door code sent to you prior to arrival, made quick and easy access and you didn't have to worry about losing the keys.
Chambers was in an amazing location in the centre of Queenstown. So close to the shops and restaurants. A comfortable apartment for 6 adults. A little outdated and could use some freshening up with modern TVs and new decor.
Beds were not comfortable, different options for pillows weren't available, Could not use the TV in the main bedroom.
So central and views were amazing! Carpark was tight but very handy to get up the mountain quickly.
Loud late into the the night (4am) with karaoke and drinkers but to be expected in inner city!
?
All ok
lack of help from managing agent with car parking and access to the car park. the simply didn't respond to my calls or emails
The location was outstanding.
This is a fabulous penthouse apartment, centrally located in Queenstown! The kitchen is fully outfitted and there is a fabulous sunset view out over the lake from the balcony, and the entire living area with fireplace. There is an entrance from the lobby of the building into the Speight's Alehouse located on the first floor!
It can be noisy at night as there are a number of pubs with live music evenings and weekends! Bring earplugs!
Great location to everything downtown but it comes at a cost. Noise from nearby nightclub with outdoor speakers until 4 am every nite .
Be better informed that you won’t get any sleep until 4 am.
The location was perfect, very central to everything. The view was spectacular. The room was very comfortable
The car park allocated was too small. However there was public parking across the road
Views and central location.
the off street parking was very tight couldnt open all doors on car
Brilliant location, luxurious apartment.
Noise from the neighbouring pubs but that makes sense given the location.
Location and the environment

We loved the apartment and its location! Also, the fireplace was really nice. Both bathrooms were very clean and large and heated floors were also really nice. We truly appreciated the private parking spot!! Invaluable. Great stay!
Let me preface these small critiques by saying we really did love this place. These are just a few things that could use improvement. It was difficult to find the building, as there were no numbers on any of the buildings outside, and all of the construction concealed the entrance even further. The apartment entrance is right next to the Green Toad Bike Rentals, down a few stairs. The private parking spot is just past that (under the big green Glenorchy sign) For such a stunning unit, the couch is pretty tired, and a lot of the kitchen utensils and pans could use some replacing. However, there were several nice, and useful appliances that we appreciated, like the Bullet Blender. It would also be helpful to have some USB ports ;) The smallest bedroom could use a second nightstand and some way to better block out the light from the elevator entrance at night. These are all just small things though, as we were very comfortable and perfectly located in town. We would absolutely stay here again, and tell our friends about it.
Location, privacy, view of lake, secure, ambiance
Some music from 10pm til 4am from pubs nearby but still able to sleep. Light from lounge into bedroom through large frosted glass door. Impossible to make bedroom dark during the day due to lack of curtains in lounge.
The size was fine for a family
Property difficult to find. When we arrived staff parked in the only car park. Very stressful. Disappointing appearance as building being renovated next door but also impacting on apartment entrance. Not attractive. Overpriced for conditions.
Great unit, central location- neat clean and well appointed.
nothing- would happily stay again
Location - was perfect The Property manager was excellent in sorting a problem we encountered on arrival and the Plumber was excellent in fixing the problem so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. I only mention it as things happen - but when you are on holiday you want them sorted right away.. And our problem was sorted promptly
The location and view where exceptional.
The beds were not very comfortable.
Excellent location - central to everything
Noisy at night which is to be expected in a central location. Tunes from nightclub until 4am
This property is like a home away from home.
