Great staff and location great clean and tidy room

We ran out of coffee very quickly.

Location was excellent, the apartment was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The view was stunning. We checked in after hours and it was very straight forward.

There were a couple of board games, but they were incomplete with not enough pieces to play the games. They should be checked regularly and updated or have a place at reception where you can borrow board games. We had a couple of rainy days so they would have been handy. Also, the parking was not the best. I suggest that smaller cars are asked to park in the front spots (which were shorter spaces) to allow the bigger cars like we had to park in the bigger car spaces.

Central apartments and easy walking distance into town. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great sized apartment for a family of 4 and we especially liked that the apartment had its own washing machine and dryer!

Location was perfect and the rooms were comfortable. The cleanliness were of good standard.

Sometimes the neighbours were loud but that can't be helped.

The location was perfect and we were able to walk easily into town and all the shops and restaurants. The apartment is bigger than expected, it was hard to tell from the photos but the living area was very spacious. We had plenty of room for everyone.

It seemed very hot inside but once we found the switch for the under floor heating and turned it off it was more comfortable.

Our second visit here so close to city centre. Reuben is so helpful bright and happy. Apartments are always spotless. A big plus is doing an online shop before we arrive and to have everything in the apartment. We will be back.

The location was close to downtown and bus stops. The accommodations were expansive and luxurious, with outstanding views. Kitchen was completely outfitted for cooking, dining table fit all 6 of us easily. Gas fireplace was a great touch to the space. Would definitely stay there again.

Because this is Queenstown, steep roads and sidewalks are a given. It was a bit of a challenge hiking up the short street to our unit, though admittedly the height is what gave us such gorgeous views.

Nice and close to everything, and the room was spacious and lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The noise. People walking past room, doors slamming at night. There was an apartment above us who had kids who ran across the floor, you could hear people going to the toilet. We heard the gate every night close and the waste bin was right outside our window and heard them empty the bins at 4am. The bed and pillows were terrible but most places you stay at, they are the same.

Location and views are fabulous. Apartment is roomy and comfortable and warm.

Check in was 3pm however were told it would not be ready until approx. 4.15pm. Otherwise everything was spot on

- it was at the top of the building and the lift did not service the top floor. - the view to the lake was impeded by large chimneys!! - the parking was very tight and not suitable for large vehicles.

It was so Central We got upgraded, which made our girls weekend that much more special with a fire and amazing view The young lad on the front desk on the Friday and Saturday was super friendly. We felt very welcome. He was even from our hometown of Palmerston North

Check your one bedroom is not located above the second sliding garage gate as it is noisy early morning and late evening. Our room had no internal covered access which would be an issue if it rained but we had great weather.

It was close to town.

Make sure you check if you’re on level 1 and be prepared for lots of traffic noise if you are. This level is essentially the basement so no view and it smelled off like cat litter. It was very dark and we had to relocate to the back bedroom so we could sleep. The bedroom facing the road is so noisy even with double glazing. The apartment itself is quite tired and smelled like food when we checked in.

Apartment was clean and tidy and looked exactly like pictured. The location was close to Queenstown centre and easy walk to restaurants and activities. The free parking was great onsite and easy to use. We will be back!

The apartment was very well equipped and the location was up a short hill close to the town and gardens. Comfortable bed and lounge.

The aweful noise from the garage door that was directly below our apartment. It is closed from 10pm to 6am with quests using an access code. Our room was 509. We were woken several times the first night at 1am and 2am. On Sunday morning at 4am it was the garbage truck and then the 6am wake up call. You do not get a good night sleep in this apartment. Also a previous reviewer has mentioned this issue.

The Glebe was spacious, comfortable & clean. It was a short 5 minute walk to eateries & shops, with the lake about a 10 min walk.

The view is what you pay for here and it’s pretty special. The apartment was large and comfortable, though the beds are pretty hard. Has everything you could need for your stay. Location is very close to town and a very short walk to everything you need so that was great, however there is a hill up to the property so if you have any mobility limitations this might be a little hard. Parking being provided was a plus.

Everything was good with the property but it didn’t feel particularly welcoming. There are a lot of signs around with rules and quiet hours and that you are being recorded. We didn’t want to do any of those things, but it did make me feel less welcome. I would look at other options the next time I come to queenstown.

Location was great, within walking distance of town centre.

We booked six mi this out for our family of four and we were given a two bedroom apartment with one of the rooms being internal. As in, the bedroom had no windows or a/c it had an exhaust fan only - I do not think an internal bedroom with zero natural air or light should count as a bedroom especially for guests that have booked for a weeks stay. That was disappointing.

The studio apartment was probably the smallest apartment in the complex but was large and comfortable and was very well equipped with everything we needed. There were a lot of power points which is always great. The bathroom was large and included a spa bath . The heated towel rail is great! The location is great - a 10 min walk to the waterfront. The accommodation included undercover secure car parking. Staff were helpful.

The location was excellent. The staff who received us and supported our stay over the Easter weekend of 2026 was also excellent and available when we required service. A shout out to Reuben - Thanks Reuben! The Apartment was spacious, well-equipped and well-appointed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Toiletries provided were more than complete and of excellent quality. While there wasn't any EV charging facility, access to a socket was provided for trickle charging, which is a compromise. One of the best accommodation we had throughout our road trip down the South Island.

The room tended to only have heating and no cooling so it was a bit toasty without much ability to cool down even when the Home Ventilation System was activated. An AC EV fast charger would have been great considering the typical maximum BEV overnight charging of 40-60kWh, EV charging at $0.80/kWh would be a small cost to stay for the convenience of having overnight charging without having to wait at a public EV charger. The shower stall did overflow out into the bathroom floor so it was wet everytime we showered.

Helpful and friendly staff Comfortable room Close to town centre

We have stayed at Glebe Apartments before and you cannot get a better location as you can park your car and then wander down to the main action of Queenstown. Having somewhere to park is great and the apartment provides you with everything you need (full kitchen) and is very comfortable. Highly recommend the apartment and the location if you are staying in Queenstown.

We were staying with our cousins out from the UK (another couple) so we slept in the smaller room (two bedroom apartment) and unfortunately the light from the corridor through the blind is not ideal and would be better with a proper blackout blind and it was also very warm in that room. Other than that it was comfortable. Also unfortunately my husband left a shirt hanging up in the cupboard and we were not able to get that back as they said that it was not found, so that was very disappointing too.

Spacious, with lovely views and opens onto a lovely courtyard. Terrific location. Loved the little touches like free non-alcohol drinks in the common area and free use of the herb garden. Service great.

The property was excellent, I struggle to think of any complaints. One note was that the suite was pretty warm on our arrival. The unit does have fans and old school air con units but you have to plug them in and fill them with water to operate, and even then they weren’t that effective. It wasn’t a major issue tho as that first day was unusually warm.

Bedrooms were very dark and stuffy. Windows were small and it was hard to get good ventilation. Bedrooms were noisy at night from other guests in the surrounding courtyard. Furniture was clean and comfortable but decor was quite dated.
