Bardzo wygodne łóżko, duży przestronny pokój

Przeciekający prysznic na podłogę, bardzo ubogie śniadanie, brak kosmetyków w łazience (tylko mydło), nieszczelne okna i bardzo słabo wydajna klimatyzacja.

Chambre assez bruyante à cause des bruits de la route. L’isolation phonique est insuffisante. Il manquait également des serviettes dans la chambre.

Ma femme et moi avons réservé pour 4 nuitées, et pendant tout ce temps notre chambre n’a été nettoyée qu’une seule fois et cela c’est quand nous sommes partis réclamer a la réception.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

When room cleaned, did not scrub toilet bowl and did not leave any towels. Bathroom door would not close. Room very old and dated.

This city center hotel was very modern and it seemed to cater to tours and the lobby was packed when we arrived. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had excellent choices. We were able to walk to restaurants nearby although the neighborhood was not well lit.

Nice little inexpensive hotel. My room was better than I expected and it was great to have the Restaurant/Bar downstairs so your disposal.

Probably not quite as central as l would’ve liked.

It was actually very good, it’s my first time knowing about this hotel and frankly it’s a very nice hotel a good deal.

It was all good, it seems busy at the reception but the rooms are good and the service is fast and people are professional and kind.

Merci à l'équipe du campanile je recommande fortement cet établissement, cela fait plus de 3 ans qu'à chaque voyage à Casablanca je séjourne dans cet hôtel, parce que c'est tout simplement parfait

La palestra in realtà è una piccola sala, con il parquet danneggiato purtroppo. L’aria condizionata non era troppo fresca.

La disponibilité des agents et l’emplacement par rapport à mes besoins de formation

La qualité du ménage. Le lit sentait toujours la poussière. Les toilettes étaient mal nettoyées et les taies et draps de lit n’étaient pas changées tout au long du séjour.

Porte qui s'ouvre et se ferme difficilement,TV et téléphone qui ne marchent pas,eau qui ne coule pas dans le lavabo.le pire c'est la non réactivité du personnel.j'ai dû me pointer à la reception pour que les personnes bougent un peu.

The location was ideal. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean

The breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs were soggy and cold, beans were cold. Croissants were nice. Didn’t expect to pay an additional 27 euros on city tax.

La moquette très sale, le sol de la salle de bain également, et les serviettes déchirées pour un hôtel de ce type. Le personnel est gentil mais il faut demander plusieurs fois pour avoir satisfaction exemple demande de changer les serviettes ou bien la télécommande. C'est dommage

Tout était parfait : la propreté, le confort, l’emplacement et la qualité du service. Le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse et a contribué à rendre mon séjour inoubliable. je le recommande sans hesitation

Le grand pb était le placo platre qui sépare les petites chambres l'intimité est absente trop de bruit En plus j'avais encore plus de chance puisque le bébé de mes voisins pleurait tout le temps

the receptionist who was with Ahmad the day we checked in was hostil for reasons i didnt understand. Its been a month and so and I still think that she needs to be fired for her attitude and judgement towards me and my mom. However, Taha was the sweetest and I really appriciated him :D

Reasonable location from main train station

No secure bag storage before check in, bags were simply left beside the reception with anyone able to access it without question, despite it being a massive building and lobby - one would assume there’s a room somewhere. Dirty and dated carpets, small bugs and spiders were found. Hardware and fixtures are of decent quality but it’s not well looked after nor maintained properly. Two of the two lamps in the room were broke and not usable. No ceiling light so room was very dim. Did not stock us with towels, and when we asked for it, we were sent towels that were meant to be white but aren’t white, the colour looks like it’s been used as a floor mop and fraying edges on all sides. The soap dispenser in the shower was completely missing its cartridge rendering it to be useless. Toilet seat was loose. The small bin in the toilet had a faulty step lever making it almost useless. The closed window was poorly sealed and not sound proof. You can hear things outside including constant tram noises as if the window is open. No amenities like no kettle or cups.

I liked the stuff, especially restaurant service and also cleaning service

La nourriture était mauvaise, peu variée et peu saine, et ne respectait pas les personnes diabétiques.

Les prestations sont en dessous de la moyenne, serviettes manquantes et très usées, pas d'eau et bouilloire comme d'habitude, décevant......

Lits confortables, bon petit déjeuner, très varié, même si un peu cher.

Хорошие номера, уютные, комфортные, удобные. Достаточно чтобы жить неделю или более.

Напор горячей воды слабый, тренажерный зал есть, но пользоваться им бессмысленно, там практически ничего нет. На завтраке не хватает фруктов, завтра оказался средний, ожидал большего.

I was put here because Royal Air Maroc delayed my flight into Casablanca and I missed my connection. I never would have spent my own money to stay here. Getting to the room finally at 01:00 AM, had to change rooms because the door wouldn't lock. Filthy carpeting. No in-room safe. Shower head wouldn't stay directed into the shower, so the bathroom and area outside flooded. Breakfast was disgusting. In addition, breakfast ended at 10:00 and they turned off the coffee machine at 10:02, despite the fact that guests are still there. Front desk customer service didn't even know when lunch would be served...which was not until 14:00. Don't spend your money here, and don't let Royal Air Maroc put you here when they make you miss your connection.

Old dirty rugs. A/C didn’t work and if you opened the window the street car would go by every 10 minutes ringing a bell. City workers working outside of window every night. Bathroom drain didn’t work.extremely noisy spot

Dans la chambre, pas de gobelets pour boire, malgré que j’ai demandé, on me l’a pas ramené ainsi que la douchette principale de la douche ne fonctionnait pas pratique pour prendre une douche. Le Service Technique est passé mais ils ne l’ont rien proposé d’autre.

The room was cramped, airless and hot. The shower floor was very slippery. The breakfast was not palatable. I would highly recommend not staying here if you have a suitcase larger than carry on or if you tend to be claustrophobic. All in all I was happy to get away.

المكان قريب من اماكن كثيره و وسط المدينه

1- بعد عمل حجز من علي booking مقابل 400 درهم في الليلة ذهبت الي الفندق ولم يعتمد الحجز و أجبرني غلي عمل حجز اخر من المكان مقابل 630 درهم لليله. 2- الغرف ضيقه للغايه لايوجد مساحه للتحرك سرير وحمام فقط لاغيرو مكتب لكن الغرفه صغيره جدا 3- كنت بالدور السابع و كانت المياه في الصباح ضعيفه جدا جدا ولا تصعد وكلما اشتكيت يقال في مشكله في المنطقه ولكن عند سؤال اصدقائي في الدور الأول كانو يقولو بأن المياه طبيعيه ولم يغير الغرفه لي . 4- الفطور ليس كما يرام ضعيف و قليل الأصناف قليله للغايه وكانت محل استغراب من النزلاء جميعا ولا تناسب جميع الثقافات . 6- لا توجد خدمات داخل الغرف مثل المياه و عند السؤال أفادني أن أشتري من الخارج لأنها غاليه داخل الفندق . 7-لا يوجد كاتل للشاي أو ماكينة قهوه او اي شي عليك الاعتماد علي نفسك في كل شئ 5- كانت لي تجربه في فندق Double tree رغم أنه غالي لكن الغرف كبيره هناك الغرف كبيره خدمات داخل الغرف مثل المياه المعدنيه و كاتل للشاي و ماكينه القهوه و يتم محاسبتك علي الخدمات لا يضر ولكن تكون هناك موجوده . تجربه غير جيده مقابل السعر

The hotel is located on a tram line and at an intersection of several bus lines that can take one anywhere. There are restaurants and fast food outlets nearby. The hotel is simple, and the beds comfortable. Rate was very reasonable.

La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre mais bon il y avait la fenêtre pour compenser. Et les oreillers trop bas à mon goût mais ça c’est propre à moi. Le reste était top

Das Frühstück an sich ist gut. Die Kaffeemaschinen haben leider nie alle funktioniert. Die Lage ist zentral und gut gelegen.

Ich hatte ein normales Zimmer, das ich als klein bezeichnen würde. Man kann gerade so um fas Bett herum gehen. Dafür muss am Eckschreibtisch der Stuhl beiseite geschoben werden. Sich wohlfühlen ist anders. Dafür stimmt der Preis.
