Bữa sáng không tốt lắm. Chỗ ăn sáng quá đông và chật, thời gian chờ check in chậm.

The receptionist are hard to communicate and understand. The guests should need to be patience in trying to communicate with the receptionist.

The language barrier with all the staff. Sometimes I find them rude, they will just waived you away if you want to discuss things.

The location is great; it is in front of the beach. All staff are friendly and kind.

Great beach front location, comfy beds and good breakfast variety although very busy and hot in the cramped breakfast room.

Really noisy, both inside and outside. They take tour groups who were yelling constantly in the corridors very late and very early. Nonstop traffic early and beach club noise late can be heard through the closed windows, making it difficult to sleep.

Only good thing worth mentioning is the location, which is really convenient. Also room size and view were ok.

The hotel looked like it needed some deep restoration. The pool looked nothing like the pictures. To be honest, nothing was as good as it looked in the pictures (Kudos to the photographer, who apparently did an amazing job). The breakfast was below disappointing, very few options and extremely crowded (it seems it's the go-to hotel for indian and chinese tours). Finally, our toilet didn't flush properly (we asked for it to be repaired, which of course didn't happen), so we had to live with a non functioning toilet for our whole stay.

The staff was just ok. Seems to be a place that is used for tours a lot. Many people are going in and out. Maybe just staying one night.

Staff was very rude, unwelcoming. They demanded us the tip, staff was very greedy. Keep asking for more money every where. We checked-in around 8pm, entrance itself was very uncleaned. Bed was very bad.

I didn't think staff was as friendly as other places I have stayed in Vietnam, but I can understand as they were just finishing up with Tet business. My only complaint is that my shower wasn't supplied with Vietnamese water. Vietnamese water is a magical type of water that knows not to leave the shower and flow onto the extremely slippery bathroom floor, even when there is no barrier to prevent it from doing so. This magical water can eliminate the need to install a low cost border around the shower area. If only I had been supplied with this...

The rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable bedding. Good location to local eats and especially the walk to the beach! The only con is the breakfast buffet- not much choice for vegan food.

Very good location, nice part of the beach just in front, lots of restos, spas, groceries and money changers nearby. Triple room is very big. Water heater snd aircon working well. Free breakfast is okay, too.

They could put a work table and chair plus some shelves in the closet. Bed is a bit hard but okay.

Assolutamente da evitare. Stanze non come da foto e non abbastanza pulite. Staff per niente accogliente. Acqua della piscina freddda, zona sporca e completamente abbandonata. Abbiamo chiesto in reception degli asciugamani in più volendo usufruire della piscina ma non ci sono stati dati. Colazione pessima. Unica nota positiva la posizione.

Phòng rất thoáng, lễ tân thân thiện và siêu gần biển. Mình chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 2 phút là tới.

Not much options for vegetarian/ vegans in the breakfast. Lift to 22nd floor was very inconvenient and we had to wait longer times and take another lift to reach .

The pool is indoors and probably never used. The free breakfast is better suited for an Indian dinner. No western style food to eat ie eggs, sausage, pancakes etc

The breakfast was poor, it could have done with some croissants or more fruits. The spa online said it was open during our stay and it in fact was not open at all the sauna steam and any treatments were not available throughout our stay and a key reason we chose to stay here was for the facilities. The room served us for our stay and isn't bad but it gives more a 3* hotel, it isn't a luxurious stay

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, lễ tân thân thiện luôn tươi cười, cảm ơn bạn Linh, Dương đã hỗ trợ trong quá trình lưu trú. Các bạn hỗ trợ mình tư vấn các dịch vụ và còn giúp mình đặt xe, gợi ý địa điểm ăn uống quanh khu vực. Cực kỳ chu đáo. Không chỉ dịch vụ lễ tân, mà phòng ốc và nhân viên dọn phòng rất nhiệt tình và sạch sẽ. Tổng thể là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời, và mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong những lần tới.

I would recommend Eden Ocean View. The only slight issue noted was the waste of water waiting for the hot water to reach the bathroom.

Mình đã ở một số khách sạn khác phía sau trước đó nhưng vẫn ưa thích khách sạn này cho kì nghỉ nhất vì đối diện là biển, nhân viên rất nice, bạn Bell Giàu đã hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều. Ngoài ra gần các quán ăn, đối diện chiều tối là các pub nhỏ nên tối không hề bị nhàm chán.

Gần biển chỉ vài phút đi bộ nên rất thích. Có hồ bơi trong nhà và view biển xinh xinh nên rất tiện cho các ngày mưa. Mình dự tính ở Hội An thêm nhưng thích ở đây nên quay lại lần nữa. Hẹn gặp lại lần tới.

Địa điểm: Gần biển, chợ đêm và khu phố tây rất nhộn nhịp. Phòng rộng và sạch sẽ. Ăn sáng phong phú và nhân viên thân thiện. Cám ơn các bạn lễ tân đã hỗ trợ mình tư vấn lịch trình đi chơi rất nhiệt tình.
