Staff.. Very responsive... Cleanliness... Still can improve... Suite provided was very old and not updated... Breakfast... Good... But taste should improve...

Clean property, clean linens, overall a good experience and comfortable beds! We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet at the on-site restaurant, and the breakfast buffet equally too! A short ride from the famous temple. This is the best place if you’re visiting the city.

Staff was very freindly. It was a short stay but we loved it

Everything was ok . But check out was a blast , Puja the girl that did the check out was very thorough. She even asked me whether I did take my cell phone charger! Way to go girl!!

I had a lovely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, what really stood out was the warm welcome from the front desk team. Alen, Pratik Shetty, Jinda, and Veer went out of their way to make me feel like a valued guest, from friendly greetings to helpful suggestions. The hotel itself is excellent, clean, well‑located, with a great breakfast spread, and round‑the‑clock service. Highly recommend this place,not just for the amenities, but for the genuine hospitality that the front desk team showed. PS: Not sure whether I got the reception people names right.

Excellent staff!! Very helpful front desk team. Sujaan, Alen and team went above and beyond to ensure our tournament needs are met. Chef guided us from allergy perspective, making us confident with food choice. The Sunday brunch was colorful!!

Excellent staff and efficient service.

A 3.75- 4 star property. Pros: food quality is good, and availability is there. Cons: rooms are dated, most staff only speak broken English, and service is hit or miss with communication and timeliness an issue. I’d encourage hotel to better train staff to make this a 4-star plus experience.

Location and infrastructure was good, service was excellent. However the restaurant Madurai Kitchen was disappointing. It was over crowded and garden chairs were used as dinner chairs.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff here is very friendly, warm and helpfull. Nothing was to much for them. Mr. Venky and gopal at the reception. Check in was very quick. And the restaurant was great. Everybody is friendly and do there work with love and a smile. Nothing is to much. We want to thank sajana, santosh, indumati, shivakumar and every restaurant staff for excellent service. Chef ramasadhivan, youre food was deliciuos. In this hotel you get the feeling of home far away from home. Rooms are good. Breakfast is good and has everything. And dessert are yummie. This was such a nice hotel where even the cleaning personnel rahim and vanita came to ask us if the rooms were cleaned to our satisfation. Well done marriott madurai!! Keep doing youre work with love and dedication! For sure we will be staying here again if were in madurai. Thank you very much for a wonderfull stay.

Very Good food prepared by Chef Selvam .we enjoyed our dinner for two nights.Chef Selvam was great in creating mouth watering dishes.We highly recommend this place for business and family travelers.

Staff from all departments were courteous and very helpful, food was delicious and service was excellent, Monalisa, Pandiyan, Raficul and other staff members (including manager & chef) went xtra mile to provide requested dishes promptly. We hired a suv from hotel for a long distance, v r happy with mr Balasubramani’s good driving skills.

Excellent clean and pleasing environment. Staff are extremely helpful and attentive, particularly Rafikul and Shreya in the dining room. Their constant attention made our dining experiences most enjoyable. Reception staff are also nice beyond expectations.

My room was neat, breakfast was good. Elegant place for Elite customers who seek a luxury staying experience. Staff was good, Chef Rama was interactive during my breakfast. Only downside is that I requested for a late check-out due to my itinerary timings but was denied giving the reason that the room is going to be occupied immediately after my departure which I'm not sure how true it is since they got plenty of rooms that they could've offered one of them to the next customer.

Clean environment and very helpful staff.

The staff was excellent and service was great. A bit disappointed by bathroom as water from shower was leaking into the toilet whenever we took shower. The food was excellent and people who served were awesome especially Shreya, Siddiq and Sachin. They took real good care of us. Front desk went out of the way to decorate the groom/bride room. Thank you.

Right from arrival & check in through to check out this hotel would be one of my favourites across the world. Super friendly, extremely efficient with "a nothing is too much trouble" attitude by each & every staff member. Excellent selection of dishes in the restaurant and very attentive wait staff.

Nice place to stay

All the hotel staff, including the front desk and managers, were amiable and offered excellent service. The buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was amazing.

Great options for food. It tasted delicious. Chef Selvan was very helpful. He ensured we tried the local cuisine. I will rate 5/5 for f&b. Ameer from front desk was also very helpful. He was polite and knowledgeable. Overall I felt the the hotel was clean,staff was courteous and food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Every aspect of the stay was amazing

Unparalleled service staff. I have been to several Courtyard properties in several countries but this one stands above the rest. Overall it was a great experience. Front desk staff Lavanya and Suresh were courteous and they were able to accommodate all my requests. Restaurant staff Moorthy, Praveen, Raja, Akash and rest of the staff were pleasant to interact and more than willing to help and get what you need. Everyone on this property knows how to treat a guest.

Lovely hotel. No frills. Nice rooms. Good breakfast spread. Helpful and young staff. Lot of parking space (except on the edge of the porch, where the pigeons can dirty your car). Safe. Good location as well.

Phenomenal location, amazing rooms, excellent service, courteous staff. Staying here was a pleasure. They worked with us to ensure that everything was smooth and remembered us over the stay, catering the service to our preference. Better service than Heritage madurai.

Stayed with my family.

The hotel overall was fine. Experienced some issues upon check in and was told that did not have a room for us so given the geriatric room. They did change us to a normal room the next day.

Excellent location, very helpful staff; good food

My stay was absolutely great. Hidden gem i the southern part of India. The rooms are modern, clean, and great condition. The staff was very attentive and customer service top notch. Good in restaurant was alway great.

The hotel is a bit out from town area, but the warmth n service of the hotel staff is highly commendable, n the upkeep of the property n the food is also great. I m frequent dweller at Marriots n sheraton..compared to other similar hotels..its ok..
