The cleanliness could be improved, and the staff seemed a little less active at times. There was also a slight delay in service from our side. However, overall everything was fine and we had a good experience.

La climatisation se règle bien Balcon vue mer Les propriétaires sont très gentils et aidants, ils répondent à vos demandes. Le monsieur a un tuktuk et peut vous emmener en ville Un arrêt de bus est à la sortie de l’hôtel

A 10 minutes en tuktuk du centre ville ou plage En face de l’hôtel on ne peut pas se baigner Breakfast pas « exceptionnels » et c’est dommage qu’ils soient servis par 2 gars mutiques et pas souriants

The room was very comfortable.

The actual reception area was a bit tired and this is where you ate breakfast. It was always hard to find someone to speak to so we resorted to texting. For example we had no WiFi code given, or breakfast times explained. The staff did respond but it felt very impersonal. Also, it was quite a walk, along the main road, to eat in the evening.

Being on the top floor with a balcony was amazing for the views(The view was worth the climb) The room was very spacious. The bed was really comfortable with lovely clean soft white bedding. The staff were very responsive if i needed anything. The breakfast in the lovely gardens was superb. The location was great for a short tuk tuk ride to Tango beach. Can highly recommend Sampa beach and surf bar. Great food right on the beach front. Many other bars to choose from. I was sad to leave this place and would definitely go back. Nice safe environment for solo travellers.

Fijne kamer met uitzicht, wel aan de drukke weg. Hotel is nog in ontwikkeling. Maar ze doen hun best, heerlijk ontbijt. Super aardige mensen. Prachtig strand.

De helft van de omschrijving klopt niet helemaal. Er is geen restaurant en dergelijke.

The owners were wonderful, kind and caring. They always made time for a chat. The staff were polite and always smiling. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Could do with more plugs but we managed.

Location is very good. Walking distance from beach (5 minutes) and from the city center where you can find supermarket etc (15 minutes). The room was nice. Breakfast very good.

Owner tries to charge us extra to upgrade us and when we said we were happy keeping the rooms on our booking the owner gave a room with broken air conditioning and made us feel guilty for not paying to upgrade. Odd interaction and a little uncomfortable

The room was exceptionally clean, with powerful air conditioning.we had a room on the top floor with seaview, definetely the best we had in sri lanka Owners are very nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious and they also arranged transport for us. Would defo stay here again.

Really nice place. Was great having breakfast outside in the garden and seeing some animals. Each room has a sea/garden view. Spacious space with a big bed. You can walk everywhere as the distances aren’t big but also it’s very easy to catch a tuk tuk from outside of the hotel. The owners helped us organise many great trips and also picked us up from the airport. Very nice owners.

Not every room has a fridge and the pillows are quite hard.

We had an amazing stay here! The owner is so nice, he is very helpful with everything! Breakfast is a 10 outta 10, very delicious. Its very clean, a/c works perfect. And cheap as well.

Very friendly and attentive staff - the best part od this hotel. Welcome coconut was a very nice touch after long flight. Beautiful view to the palms and the ocean from the balcony. No hot water was available during our stay. On one night we had no running water at all until morning - health hazard. Nobody cleaned our room. That wouldnt be a problem if we had more than 2 towels, 1 toilet paper roll and 2 pieces of soap for 3 nights stay. No beach towels provided. Lack of furniture - no closet/cabinet to put your clothes, no night tables. In the bathroom there is no place to put your items while taking a shower. No fridge, no dryer available. TV didnt work as remote had no batteries. No Wifi - couldnt even find the network. We paid €50/night which made it the most expensive stay in Sri Lanka. Beautiful, but not worth the money due to no hot water, lack of furniture and ammenities.

The location was good for us although a 15 walk to the main restaurant area. Excellent restaurants close by though and good beaches. Staff very attentive and helpful

Electrics could do with a little work. Plenty of lights out and the socket above the bath could do with fixing (or removing)

Location, room, breakfast - all perfect :) You can find amazing beach just across the street. 7 minutes walk from big supermarket. Room was big and cosy, with sideview over some palms = could be better but we can't complain. Crew was very helpful and did their best to satisfy us :)

Weird thing with the kettle - there was a new kettle on the desk but there was no power outlet. When I tried to use poweroutlet at other side of the room, we found out that the kettle has typical UK/Sri Lanka plug type, but power outlet was different and I couldn't plug it in. I had to use European type power adapter to keep this thing running...

The rooms was clean and confortable with a nice terrace and view. They can prepare also dinner. We suggest It! The hotel Is Just 10 minute walking from the city centre in a quiet area close to a well furnished supermarket

The hotel offered exceptional service, with staff going out of their way to ensure every need was met. They provided excellent tips for local attractions, and the price-performance ratio was absolutely perfect.

An expanding hotel, great sea views in a quiet location. All the staff are super friendly, the hotel is immaculately clean. They also serve a good breakfast.

Everyday you get the same breakfast. If you stay longer time it would be better to have it diversified. :)

This place is really worth the money you pay. It is very clean, great location, the host welcomed us with a cold coconut. He was at our disposal. The bathroom is spacious and the best we had on our trip to Sri Lanka. Breakfast was great and served in the garden. The room is fragrant, and the air conditioner did not emit moisture. Very good accommodation.

Room was very basic with quite a few ants in the bathroom. We were only told just before we were leaving that we had to pay in cash which meant I had to run to the ATM in the heat.

We had a beautiful stay with very nice people. If you have any question, they will help you. The room and the balcony were really big, clean and nice. Definitely would go to this hotel again.

We liked this place so much because of the staff they are so helpful, kind and all of them is gentlemen’s 😄 we got some cold welcoming drinks then we arrived, nice clean room! The location is a little bit of but we liked it. Good breakfast, and we felt safe ☺️ We do really recommend you this stay and then you are here go to silent beach! It was an amazing beach not that far away ☀️

The staff is amazing. They drove us to the ATM and the Bus stop for free! The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a room with a bathtub that was a bit small but awesome to have!

The location is not the greatest. A short distance to one beach but the city is rather far away.

The service was great. It was nice to be able to book Tuk Turks and taxi’s fr our day trips. Couple of suggestions: get some thicker towels, and the hot water was spotty. A blanket in the room would be great as well.

Hotel was overbooked and the Staff was unable to arrange a replacement. Not listening to any of our arguments and at the end refunding the payment short of what we actually paid. Worst customer service I could imagine. Can’t judge the rest hence answering neutral.
