Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Esta en un buen lugar. Tangalle beach y red beach muy muy cerca. Silent beach a menos de 6 minutos en tuk tuk, andando a 40 minutos. Muy limpio, las anfitrionas maravillosas. Nos recibieron con un zumo natural que estaba buenísimo, son muy atentas. Tiene un súper mercado a pocos metros, a parte de tener el súper mercado familiar abajo. Una cafetería en frente… lo tiene todo

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Si buscas uno de los mejores sitio dónde hospedarte en Mirissa, sin duda alguna es Lost Paradise. Habitaciones a 5 min andando de la playa y en el centro. Habitaciones impecables, colchón y almohadas comodisimas y limpieza de 100. Nos hemos alojado 2 días aquí y sin duda, tenemos claro que si volvemos a Mirissa, volveremos aquí sin dudarlo. Tienen servicio de bar con desayunos que están riquísimos también. Y como no podría ser de otra manera, el personal es increíblemente amable y cercano. Gracias por el trato recibido, ha sido un placer

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026La gentillesse des hôtes, le petit-déjeuner très copieux pris sur la terrasse, la salle de bain spacieuse, le confort du lit. Il y a même un petit frigo dans la chambre. Situé près de la route avec un accès facile au bus. L'hôte a même offert de nous conduire jusqu'au terminus. Merci pour tout!
Il y avait une petite odeur d'humidité dans la chambre quand la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

The bedsheets are very cheap fabric. I got multiple times electrical shocks as I moved on the sheets. The kittens woke me up all night as the were meowing the whole night. In the morning they started to renovate a room above me and woke me up as well. I came here for the silence and calmness. Not at all. The people that worked there acted very awkward as well. Very dissapointed. I am not coming back.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Sehr gute Unterkunft in tangalle. Wir hatten ein ganzes Apartment mit Küche, Kühlschrank, usw. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wurde einem in das Apartment gebracht. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Zum Strand ist es auch sehr nah und unter dem Hotel befindet sich ein Supermarkt.

Most comfortable bed and delicious breakfast for a good price! strong water pressure in the shower (very rare in sri lanka). Everything perfect, thank you :)
my only suggestion is to add small bedside tables (i dont know the right english word... is it nightstand?) beside the bed, to be able to store a water for the night and lay your phone down. and to have a small lamp on it, for more comfortable light.

El personal fue absolutamente encantador, increíblemente amable en todo momento, siempre con una sonrisa y muy atentos a que estuviéramos bien durante toda la estancia. Nada más llegar nos recibieron con un zumo natural de frutas, un detalle que nos pareció precioso. La atención que recibimos fue realmente excelente.
La única pequeña pega es que la habitación se anunciaba con vistas al mar, pero en realidad hay un edificio delante que impide verlo.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026The property was exceptionally clean - absolutely spotless. The bed was comfortable, with a good mosquito net, and it was helpful to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The breakfast was also good. The family running the property are very kind and welcoming, although communication can sometimes be a little challenging as they speak limited English.
There was only one wall socket near the fridge and kettle, and I had to request an adaptor. The socket was too far from the kettle for its short lead, which meant I had to place the kettle on the floor to use it. This did not feel safe and could pose a risk to guests. When I poured hot water into the cup provided, it cracked and spilled boiling water onto the floor. Fortunately I was not injured, but crockery should be checked regularly for cracks. I was also unable to get the hot water in the shower to work. The room is quite small, with limited surface space, which made it difficult to place items, particularly given the kettle on the floor situation. I had assumed the advertised balcony would be private, but it is shared with the neighbouring room. As that room accommodates more guests, they tended to dominate the space, so it did not feel like having a balcony in practice. The balcony also faces the road.

Wir habe ein leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück gekriegt. Ishanik führt das Hotel gemeinsam mit ihren Eltern. Sie haben uns Empfehlungen gegeben und uns zu verschiedenen Aktivitäten gefahren. Sie haben einen kleinen Laden vor dem Hotel, wo man alles mögliche kaufen kann. Lieben Dank Ishanik für deine Tipps, welches die besten Gewürze für die Currys sind. Vielen lieben Dank Ishanik und wir wünschen dir und deiner Familie alles alles Gute!

Les propriétaires sont adorables et nous ont préparé d excellents petit déjeuners. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

The place is brand new, beautiful, and very clean — the room has a fridge, a kettle, air conditioning, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. There is a nice terrace in front of the room. The owners welcomed us kindly with fresh papaya juice, and for a small extra charge they also offer breakfast.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025We had a truly wonderful stay in Tangalle, thanks to the warm and exceptional hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to make our trip special. The building is new, and our clean, modern double room was on the top floor. The room has a comfortable bed, fridge, basic cutlery, and excellent hot shower. The convenience of a washing machine and clothes dryer was also a huge plus. The host's shop on the ground floor was handy for water and snacks. Include their Sri Lankan breakfast in your package – it was delicious. The beach, banks and main restaurants are around a 15-minute walk. We highly recommend Summer Lodge, a delightful local restaurant just 5 minutes walk away. The rice and curry is very good. In summary we highly recommend Tango Sunrise Villas for your stay in Tangalle.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025Super friendly and kind hosts! We got juice after the check in and even curd with honey the next day. They are really helpful and nice! The room had a small fridge and a kettle, was spacious and there is a balkony.
It's located in the city center of tangalle, so to the beach it takes around 30 minutes walking (depending where exactly you want to go because the beach is quite long)

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025We had such a great stay at this place and would definitely recommend it! The rooms were clean and cozy which made us feel right at home from the start. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the owner. He made us feel so welcome, like part of the family. The New Year's Eve celebration was a highlight – it was so much more special than we expected. We had a fantastic time and left with some wonderful memories. Plus, getting a taste of the local culture was an awesome bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
