Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Byli jsme ubytováni v apartmánu se dvěma ložnicemi vybavené klimatizací, obývacím pokojem, kuchyní a sociálním zařízení. Ubytování je v klidné části města asi deset minut od oceánu. Snídaně byli chutné a dostatečné. Majitel byl ochotný a snídaně připravoval podle našich přání a času co jsme chtěli. V apartmánu se nachází pračka a sušák. Zůstali jsme na osm nocí, takže jsme využili. Kuchyně je také slušně vybavená. Sami si občas uvařili. Kdo hledá klidné, prostorné ubytování za rozumnou cenu. Mohu jen vřele doporučit.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Nos encantó todo. La familia muy amable y servicial. El apartamento muy nuevo y limpio con 3 habitaciones enormes y aire acondicionado en cada una de ellas. Tiene lavadora (hay que llevar detergente, pero sabiéndolo no hay problema). Tiene cocina, microondas, frigorífico y todo lo necesario. Entrada propia. El desayuno cada día es diferente y muy abundante. Fuimos en familia con 3 niños pequeños y repetiríamos sin duda.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Las camas comodísimas, la atención inmejorable (me gustaría saber hablar inglés de forma más fluída para hablar más la familia) y la ubicación muy buena con playas de cuento a un paseo y zona de chiringuitos en el puerto cerquita también.
En una de las habitaciones hay un falso techo por donde se cuelan ardillas o ratones o ratillas (sólo alcanzamos a ver algo con pelo moverse). Es verdad que está al lado de árboles pero si lo taparan un poco se soluciona fácilmente. En las habitaciones con mosquitera y aire acondicionado se está genial pero en el saloncito y cocina el ventilador se queda corto y a veces no funciona. Todo esto no es nada si se pone todo en perspectiva, el sitio está genial.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Дуже класне житло, є буквально все необхідне! Окремий плюс за пралку і розкладну сушилку, речі сохнуть швидко. Крім того є мікрохвильовка, чайник, рисоварка і необхідний посуд, все у доброму стані. Гарне розташування - тихо, 5 хв до супермаркету, 11 хв пішки до пляжу, який добре підходить для дітей. Одразу за парканом можна спостерігати різних тварин - ми бачили варана, черепаху, мавпу, корову, пташку і собаку з цуценятами. Дитина у захваті! Хост милий і привітний, сніданки смачні.
Один туалет на три кімнати, але жити можна :) Сходи дійсно трохи круті, але з нами були дитина і старші люди - на другий поверх піднімалися без проблем. Плитка одна, було б круто мати дві, якщо плануєте готувати в номері.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Perfetta per esplorare sia Tangalle centro che le spiagge di cittá ma anche Goyambokka e Silent Beach. A 3 minuti a piedi dal supermercato. La colazione era buonissima e ogni giorno ci facevano provare qualcosa di diverso.
Peccato che non ci fosse un terrazzo esterno - il balcone é molto stretto per potercisi sedere (eravamo nell'appartamento con due camere all'ultimo piano). Non consigliato per chi ha problemi a camminare perchè ci sono molti gradini per salire.

El baño...necesita mantenimiento...tienen todos los acesorios oxidados y tb.necesita limpieza...

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Nous avons apprécié avoir à disposition une machine à laver ainsi qu’une cuisine, c’est un vrai plus ! L’appartement était spacieux et climatisé. Les draps était très propre. L’emplacement est très calme, c’est agréable. Les hôtes sont souriants !
L’accès à l’appartement est compliqué avec des escaliers très raides, personnes à mobilité réduite vous abstenir. Il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine pour la rendre fonctionnelle, la présence d’huile et de sel serait appréciable pour éviter que tous en achète. La salle de bain est très humide.

Está en medio de la ciudad, en una zona un poco insulsa, pero calle principal arriba hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025Close to Parakaduwa and Goyambokka beaches which were amazing - tuk tuk 300 rps. Nice local shops close by. Quiet family live downstairs. Clean and functional. Good value for the 1 night we stayed.
Bring your own washing up liquid. The doors are a tad warped due to the humidity and some handles needed attention.

We stayed longer. Hired scooters and hosts even brought in at night. Felt well looked after. Thank you. lovely kind family.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025Quality exceeding the price! The villa is spacious and really clean compared to other places we visited in Sri Lanka. Bed linens were clean, mattresses very comfortable. We had a good sleep, there were no noises from outside. Villa is well equipped with kitchen, washing machine and even drying rack for clothes. Shower had good pressure and really hot water thanks to electric boiler. The shower floor even had a proper slope, so the water didn’t stay on the floor and was draining quickly! It was possible to choose from 3 breakfast options and it was tasty with some local dishes and fruits. Owner was very nice to us.
The only small annoyance was some smell in the shower, but that’s not a big deal overall.

Reviewed May 6, 2024The apparent was very modern and immaculately clean. It is a large apartment probably about 100m^2. It has lovely marble floors and benches. The curtains are also very nice. For 1700 LKR the family prepared a huge breakfast with traditional Sri Lankan food and a fruit platter. It was excellent. The views in all four directions are great. I saw a male peacock out my window nearly every morning.
There are a few things that are wrong with the listing on booking.com. It says it's 1000m^2. It's not. It says "no cash accepted", they mean ONLY cash is accepted. It says there is a safe box but there isn't. The WiFi is okay. But it's a mobile dongle so sometimes it's slow.
