La comida en el restaurantes es deliciosa y la atención en general muy buena.

Batallamos un poco para que saliera agua caliente pero al final se solucionó

EL cuidado del lugar, tiene muy buen mantenimiento, la jardinería es muy intencionada y bien cuidada, la ambientación en la noche con luces es muy invitante a disfrutar y el desayuno en la mañana está muy bien acomodado.

La comida es de mediana calidad, no es muy rica. Tienen animales de granja, el pony está muy expuesto al sol, sin sombra y no se ve muy bien atendido, se ve enfermo, tanto el pony como demás los animales no tienen mucho espacio para habitar, creo que no se tiene mucha conciencia del cuidado.

El hotel es muy bonito, la decoración, la alberca, camas cómodas etc. el desayuno estuvo muy rico. Hay caballos muy lindos y el jardín y sus plantas están impecables.

Probablemente estuvo lleno este fin de semana, y tenían mucho trabajo, por lo que algunas de las personas que atienden se les notaba estresadas por lo que la atención no fue excelente. Algunas cosas de la carta no nos encantaron.

Los masajes.... y que mis niños se divirtieron mucho en la alberca

El lugar es hermoso las fotos no le hacen justicia a la verdadera mirada que uno puede tener estando ahí. Es limpio huele bien buena atención amables todos el personal. El desayuno y comida en el restaurante son muy ricos.

La cama grande que me tocó el colchón estaba un poco duro y incómodo. A comparación de la cama chica el colchón estaba más cómodo.

Es un lugar muy bonito y pequeño lo que hace que no haya mucho ruido. El Personal es muy atento y está muy limpio.

El cuarto que nos tocó era pequeño y muy en la esquina, junto a equipos de calentadores. La cama está un poco incómoda.

El desayuno buffet del fin de semana en el jardín estuvo increíble.

Las calles para llegar son un poco complicadas

Las intalaciones estan muy bonitas, se siente mucha paz, los jardines muy cuidados, las habitaciones limpias muy bonitas, el cafe esta riquisimo, los fines de semana tienen desayuno buffet y el personal muy amable, la ubicacion centrica para moverse a varios lados.

Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, superó mis expectativas de las fotos que había visto. Es muy cómodo y cada una de sus áreas están impecables. Las habitaciones son divinas, la decoración y cada uno de los detalles maravillosos. El servicio es excelente, son súper amables y el mesero que nos atendió es realmente MUY amable y agradable. Tuvimos un Temazcal que fue divino y una sesión de masaje relajante que también fue maravillosa. Festejé unos días ahí por mi cumpleaños y todos fueron divinos, ¡una gran experiencia que volveré a repetir!

En general me encantó, podría solo anotar aquí que ojalá el agua de la alberca fuera calientita, la instalación es muy linda pero en época de frío con el agua fría no se antoja. Y sugeriría que siempre enciendan la iluminación, por ser época navideña estaba todo muy lindo pero la noche que llegamos estaba todo apagado, entiendo que eramos los únicos huéspedes pero al día siguiente que hubo fiesta si estaba todo iluminado y realmente se veía muy bonito.

Super ubicación, el lugar es hermoso, habitaciones muy confortables. El restaurante muy rico todo.

The grounds were very beautiful and at night the rooms were relaxing and quiet. The rooms and grounds were exactly as shown in the photos.

The buffet desayuno was just ok. The location is a little far from centro. The small pool could have used a little heat.

El Hotel en general, es muy bonito

La atención y privacidad del lugar. Los jardines hermosos. La comida es muy buena. La alberca. Los caballos para los niños.

Revisar la limpieza en las habitaciones. Las sabanas estaban con tierra por las termitas de la madera. Solo es cuedtion de verificar un buen control de plagas.. mejorar el confort de las camas.

Everything was excellent

La atención es excelente, el personal es maravilloso y muy amable. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y nos encantó la decoración de las habitación. La piscina es de buen tamaño. La comida, sobre todo el desayuno buffet fue espectacular.

Íbamos con una persona con escasa movilidad, tal vez estaría bien adecuar una ducha con regadera de teléfono y barra de seguridad. Así como una rampa de acceso.

El lugar es muy bonito, muy limpio, con buen gusto. La comida muy buena. Pero lo mejor de todo, es la atención del personal, es extraordinaria. Los masajes deliciosos. Uno llega y quiere no salir .

Not a thing!

We asked for an early check-in and the staff was very helpful with it, very friendly. The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

El lugar es muy agradable, muy bonito y bien cuidado, solo a veces se oye un poco de ruido en la habitacion, proveniente de la calle. Los costos ligeramente elevados.

There's a lack of furniture inside the room. Takes a lot of time for hot water in the Shower. The pool is small, no ladder so it's hard to get out if you are older and the water is cold.

My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Everyone is wonderful! Food is great and 5 min drive to Atlixco ZOCOLO.

Entry to pool should have a short handrail placed on brick wall for pool entry.

Calm and Relaxing! Clean. Wonderful calm music all day. Comfortable beds, shower and gorgeous flowers throughout! Exceptional staff- especially Elizabeth and RobieSpier. (And the maids) We will be back soon!

The pool isn’t set up for anyone with a disablility- it isn’t easy to get in or out. 😥. just wanted you to know. The restaurant food is great- but isn’t open in the evenings on SOME days-so if that is something you need- please check on.

I like the theme it was unique sort of the feeling you living in the early 1900’s.

It is far from the center. Hopefully the government implements lights on the streets.

The lobby, restaurant and outdoor spaces were delightfully decorated and the pool area was very pretty and relaxing. I loved that the room was rustic but super comfy. I wish we could have had a good sleep.

One minor complaint is that I was told we couldn't have a bar of soap for the basin as well as the shower so we had to keep moving the soap from one place to the other. Also, the batteries were out in the bedside candles. My MAJOR complaint is that the neighbours had a raging party that went on until 2:30am. The speakers were blaring banda, karaoke and all other kinds of music. As we only booked for one night and specifically thought being away from the centre would allow us to have a good night's sleep for our road trip, it ruined our stay completely. I could understand if it was NYE but this was the night BEFORE the big party. I spoke with the front desk staff and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do.

The breakfast was good and really big. Clean, beautiful, good ambience. You can spend time out of your room just admiring the hotel.

Would be nicer if ti was a little bit closer to the center, but if you have a car and where to park in the center you can use it and the distance wouldnt be a problem then.

They didn't have screen on the windows, the pool is small. They have horses but they need to insulate them, we didn't like the smell. I think the Hotel should be Adults only.
