La taille de la villa, le jardin bien entretenu et la piscine

Le ménage laisse à désirer, cela fait 2 années de suite que nous réservons et qu’il y avait des cheveux partout par terre. Le fait que la femme de ménage soit rentré dans la villa quand nous étions dans la piscine et je jardiner qui vient également quand nous sommes dans la piscine en plein milieu de l’après midi

L'accueil était parfait. Le logement est exceptionnel : spacieux, très bien aménagé et d'une propreté irréprochable. La grande terrasse et le petit jardin sont très agréables, et la piscine avec les remous est un véritable plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésitation

Tivemos uma excelente estadia no Vale de Milho. Gostámos muito de tudo, desde o conforto e limpeza da casa até à tranquilidade do local. A casa é muito agradável, bem equipada e ideal para descansar e aproveitar uns dias de férias. Apesar de a praia ficar a cerca de 5 minutos de carro, a localização revelou-se perfeita para nós, pois adorámos o ambiente calmo e sossegado da zona. Foi exatamente o que procurávamos para relaxar. Sem dúvida um alojamento que recomendamos e onde gostaríamos de voltar no futuro. Obrigada por uma estadia tão agradável!

Wow. What can we say. We recently returned from an amazing week at Vale de Milho. Family of 4 adults & 2 children in a 3 bedroom. The accommodation was perfect, spotless, smelt lovely and clean on arrival. Great location, really happy with the accommodation we were given (17) Very spacious, the rooms are huge, beds are comfy! And all 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. 2 have a shared balcony overlooking the pool. I saw reviews about gaps in the hedge but this really didn’t affect us at all, they were barely noticeable, and handy when my son kicked his ball into the next garden, he’s 4, bound to happen haha. Pool guys came around every day, kept themselves to themselves. Pool was great, so refreshing to jump in when you’re hot, it isn’t heated but in June it was lovely/you got used to it very quickly. Lovely grass area and sun loungers. Cleaners come every other day. If you need anything at all you can ask. Laundry up by reception has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, the accommodation has an airer to hang your clothes. The guys in reception, just wow. The level of care we received really made our holiday. They are super helpful, booked us taxis everyday (super easy and cheap, €6-7 into carveiro, and I would recommend a beach day at Ferragudo, Praia Grande, beautiful beach€20 taxi ride!) big shout out to Andre especially, he went above and beyond, it was our daughters 8th birthday whilst we were staying and he delivered an inflatable to the pool and brought flowers and a lovely hand written note for the birthday girl. After 1 day my dad had already decided we were returning next year and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much guys! You’re all amazing!

Lovely peaceful location, great size, clean & modern villa. Comfortable beds. Exceptionally maintained gardens. Reception staff very supportive & responsive.

Washing machine is shared at reception amongst entire resort - this wasn’t a deal breaker for us and we were able to use the machine which was clean and well maintained. The check in process was very difficult as it was a late flight, I was alone with children & handed keys without knowing where to go or any help with bags & it led to an understanding of the lack of general security out of hours, if I’m honest, the most prevalent being as we were not asked for passports or any ID before being handed keys and there is no night porter on site. With that being said, the reception staff tried their best to address any issues as swiftly as possible and were very responsive from that moment throughout the week. There is a strong staff presence during the day and the gate is locked which provided a level of reassurance.

Villa was spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable and cleaning service great. There is a washing machine/tumble dryer beside reception to use if rewuired. Taxi to Carvoeiro approx €6 return and sipermarket €8 returm. 3 large supermarkets close by.

Het is jammer dat niet alle zwembaden Up to date zijn. Bij ons waren er diverse tegeltjes verdwenen. Dit zorgt voor scherpe randen en kan snijwondjes tot gevolg hebben.

Die Villa Nr. 24 ist Top und sieht wunderbar aus. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge, jedoch ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Abgesperrter Komplex, sehr sicher, sauber. Waschmaschine und Trockner kostenlos an der Rezeption.

Leider keine Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Kein Spielzeug vorhanden.

Beautiful villa, very spacious, in lovely grounds. There are little ponds in the centre of the villas that you can walk round. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and our villa had sea views which was lovely. The kitchen is great, has everything you need and there is plenty or storage space.

There was nothing that we didn't like, it was lovely! It is a little drive away from the town centre, its only €6 in a taxi, but it is better if you have a car, as there is not any shops you could walk to.

It is quite far from the center with shops and coastline, but on, walking way . Good place for family stay. A bit tired and too grey design, but good anyway. We had very late checking -in and early check-out, but all was arranged by staff - great. Recommended to stay.

La résidence,le lieu central à Carvoeiro nous a permis de découvrir l Algarve et ses superbes paysages.l accueil et le bons conseils des agents de la réception ainsi que les femmes de ménage très souriantes .

La location est très mal insonorisée. Si l' on déplace de la vaisselle dans la cuisine cela s entend dans les chambres à l étage .

We had a fantastic stay at Vale de Milho Village! The accommodation was excellent – spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. From start to finish, the team ensured our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect – peaceful, beautiful, and ideally placed for exploring the area. It truly felt like we’d stumbled upon a hidden gem. We left feeling completely relaxed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

A casa é excelente. Casa nova, limpeza muito boa. Interior da casa, excelente, quartos grandes e três suítes muito boas. Localização excelente, fica no meio da região dos lagos e Albufeira. Os móveis todos novos, TV, forno, microondas, fogão, inclusive, utensílios, taças de cristal, enfim, recomendo e muito o Vale de Milho Village.

The Villa with the private swimming pool was great. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect to enjoy some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches and a variety of activities and restaurants. I fully recommend Vale do Milho and will be back for sure!

Moradia muito bem equipada e preservada, correspondendo às fotos do site. Jardim da casa e envolventes muito bem cuidados e com vantagem de piscina privada. Ótimo para quem pretende descansar sentido-se em casa. Staff de excelência, onde destacamos a simpatia e profissionalismo do Sr. Jorge e do Sr. André da receção.

Tout était super. Un vrai coup de cœur pour la maison (numéro 23) avec sa piscine privée. La maison de 3 chambres est très spacieuse et on s’y est senti bien de suite. La résidence de vacances est petite (30 maisons) et malgré qu’elle était pleine à priori, nous n’avons jamais été gênés par du bruit. L’équipe est aussi très gentille, professionnelle et toujours disponible. Par ailleurs le quartier est super calme et très sympa. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Erg mooi huis, goede locatie. Om de dag werd er schoongemaakt en werden er handdoeken gewisseld. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De klachten over geen wasmachine hebben snap ik niet, dit staat duidelijk beschreven. Ook dat er geen onderhoud zou zijn als er iets kapot is klopt niet. Wij hadden problemen met het zwembad, binnen een kwartier stonden er 4 mannen om er naar te kijken en werd het opgelost. En ja, er zitten veel muggen etc. Dat is er nou eenmaal in een warm land. Smeer je in met deet, en er is niets aan de hand. Wij hebben een top tijd gehad. Dankjewel George en team!!

The house was amazing. A lot of space, good areas, a big outdoor area to have our meals and still be near the kids playing by the pool.

Unfortunatly we had many issues with ants and mosquitos. Both children and adults were bitten several times specially through the night. Another issue was the lack of a washing machine. Travelling with kids for a week builds up to a lot of dirty clothes. Makes no sense for an apartment as big and as good as this one not having one.

The gardens and pool were not maintained properly. On our last 2 days the pool pumps were bot working and our pool was turning green. Throughout the whole week the pool attendant was nowhere to be seen

Urbanización privada q aporta tranquilidad y seguridad. Entorno muy silencioso. La casa práctica y luminosa. La piscina y la terraza perfectas.

Falta de productos básicos para comenzar la estancia como aceite, azúcar,…. Un día dejamos un par de toallas de la piscina para lavar y no las cambiaron, cuando sí lo hacen con las de baño. Echamos de menos una barbacoa.

The experience fell far short of expectations due to misleading advertising, poor maintenance. The listing for the three-bedroom villa included the following statements: "From the first-floor balcony you can enjoy a view of the lake." "Townhouses each with its own private garden and swimming pool, overlooking a natural lake with an ocean backdrop view." These descriptions are entirely inaccurate in relation to Villa No. 23. There was no view of the lake whatsoever from any part of the property. This is a clear case of false advertising. Additionally, the photos shown during booking are not representative of the actual garden and pool area at Villa No. 23. The images suggest a spacious, well-maintained garden with a rectangular pool. In contrast, what we arrived to was: A tiny, triangular garden barely large enough for a small family to use. A plunge pool, not the full-sized pool implied, with one corner cut off. A mud strip beside the pool, with dumped safety equipment at the bottom. Overgrown, poorly maintained hedges and a small triangle of patchy grass. The outdoor space was oppressive, unattractive, and not suitable for relaxing, which was one of our primary reasons for booking a villa of this size. When I raised this issue directly with your manager, Georges, I was simply told, "the plots differ" and thanked for my feedback. This response was entirely unsatisfactory, especially given that Villa No. 23 has a significantly smaller plot compared to other three-bedroom villas on the property. Additional Concerns Cleaning: We were told cleaning would occur on alternate days, but no cleaning was done during our stay. Noise: Ongoing building work nearby caused loud noise even inside the villa, further impacting our ability to relax. Overall, our family was extremely disappointed by the disparity between what was advertised and what was delivered. We chose this property with the expectation of enjoying time together in a private, serene outdoor setting — an experience we were categorically denied.

O espaço em si agradável, e privacidade no uso da piscina. A simpatia e diligência dos colaboradores, é inexcedível. A segurança do espaço.

A limpeza da piscina, com indices incorretos de cloro, sendo corrigidos com cloro granulado de dissolução lenta, que levava as pessoas a pisar o cloro quando dentro da piscina, com irritação cutânea. Depois de corte de arbustos, não houve o cuidado de limpar a piscina da sujidade. E nem a circulação da filtragem por espelho de água era possível, segundo percebi, permitindo assim melhor escoar a sujidade superficial. Cortina sujas e com rasgos. Dispensador de sabonete líquido, sem sabonete durante toda a estadia. Produtos de higiene que se resumem a um simples sabonete (não se percebe em algo que supostamente é *****) Algumas toalhas manifestamente escurecidas, que faziam duvidar da sua lavagem. Lençol de cama, com nódoa pegajosa, que não se aceita neste nível. Total falta de privacidade para quem circula no exterior, por ter uma janela a altura do alojamento, sem qualquer closeup, ficando as pessoas expostas, caso o quarto esteja de porta aberta, ou na circulação entre quartos.

Já é a segunda vez que ficamos nestas casa e apresentam um aspecto moderno e áreas generosas.

A limpeza foi um pouco decepcionante. É feita dia sim dia não mas como houve um feriado apenas tivemos limpeza no 3o dia. Não faz muito sentido, deveria feita no dia anterior para o valor da diária. Informei a recepção de uma das casas de banho estava suja e no dia da limpeza nada foi feito e continuou igual ou seja as informações passadas não chegam às equipas. Tivemos de informar a recepção da falta de água na piscina mais do que uma vez para tomarem medidas. Sinto que o serviço já foi melhor.

Second stay at this accommodation, can't fault it. Private pool and garden, reception staff friendly and helpful. Could easily have stayed another week.

Necesario el coche para ir a la playa, pero merece la pena por lo espectaculares que son. Recomiendo Praia do Carvalho, con un parking para acceder a ella.

On arrival we were advised that the router had been stolen so internet access was limited and that the people before us had made a real mess so the staff had been cleaning all morning. We were also advised that they tried not to use this particular townhouse as it was the worst they had. They were right - it was tired, smelt funny /unpleasant and the pool/garden was like a postage stamp, There were x 5 adults staying and it would only have been possible to fit x 2 of us around the pool. The hedges were so high it felt like a prison cell- not inviting in the slightest. The pool did not appear to have been cleaned either. The entire resort was shabby with signs of disrepair- like plaster coming off externals walls. The location was not great - down a street with a shack like house right at the entrance - not 5 star at all. At best I would give it a 3 star other than for the amazing Andre who works there. Without him our holiday would have been doomed. We moved to Carveiro Gardens on day two and then had the holiday we had hoped for. Thankyou Andre.
