Lovely apartment, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was great as adjacent to Tindade Metro station. Breakfast (continental) delived everyday that was lovely with a good selection. 'Welcome' bottle of wine was very appreciated. Didn't meet any 'staff' but always available to help and answer queries quickly via 'chat'.

Only gripe, and it is a very small one, is that there was no bin in the kitchen that we could use.

Super beliggenhed lige ved Metroen. En meget sød vært, der havde lagt et oplysende kort over Porto og stillet en flaske vin til os. Han skrev også for at spørge om vi var vel ankommet, da han ikke havde truffet os hjemme. Kan virkelig anbefale stedet.

Lo que más nos sorprendió fue el recibimiento de Antonio, el anfitrión, muy atento y dando la información justa. Y del alojamiento decir que es acogedor , la limpieza sobresaliente y la zona tranquila

Por poner algo ,el ruido de la calle ,muchas escaleras y el sofá muy incómodo

Nos encantó el alojamiento, la ubicación (metro al lado) y andado 20 minutos o poco más la Ribeira. Tenía de todo, productos de limpieza, lavadora, cafetera, tostadora, … Pedimos desayuno incluido y fue estupendo. Ademas el detalle del vino nos encantó. Seguro que si volvemos nos volveremos a alojar allí.

Contratamos parking y al irnos habían aparcado mal otro coche y nos costó mucho salir.

Nachts hört man, dass andere Gäste im benachbarten Hotel Spaß beim Feiern haben, war aber zeitlich überschaubar

La ubicación perfecta, fuimos andando a todo. El apartamento era muy bonito y funcional. La atención del personal muy buena, al llegar nos recibió muy amablemente dándonos muchas recomendaciones, y los días siguientes todas las comunicaciones las respondían al momento.

El sofá cama era bastante incómodo, y con cada vuelta hacía mucho ruido.

La ubicación es perfecta para no tener que tomar transporte aunque si se quisiera, está la parada de Metro justo a la entrada. Bien decorado y limpio, todo muy nuevo.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado., a menos de 5 min de la avenida de los aliados. No es muy grande pero es muy acojedor y tiene de todo incluso una terraza pequeña. El personal muy amable y atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Tiene opcion a parking. Volveríamos otra vez a cogerlo!

Så mysigt, fint inrett och bekvämt. Gott om utrymme att fälla upp resväskorna. Suverän personal!

Funcionamiento de la ducha y el inodoro no todo funcionaba bien.

La situación del hotel y la atención del personal . Las instalaciones están muy bien, tienen todos los electrodomésticos funcionando y se nota que tienen mucho cuidado en mantenerlos.

Que hacía mucho calor y al dejar abiertas las ventanas se oía mucho todo lo que pasaba fuera.

El etilo de apartamento moderno y muy agradable no le falta detalle

The location is great, very central, and not too touristy. Hot tub is nice after a day of exploring the city (although at additional cost of 20 euro per stay). The staff was very welcoming, provided us with all the relevant information, as well as a welcome drink. The washing machine was a bonus, but drying racks were too small and too rusty. We had no problems with the codes when entering the building and apartment. There is a grocery store just a few mins away. The delivered breakfast was very rich and varied.

The place could be cleaner. Also, it is not a two bathroom apartment, but one bathroom and one toilet, which can be inconvinient for a group of 5. In addition, the main bathroom is too tiny and has no storage place for anything. The master bedroom is near the street, so you get woken up early in the morning by the noise. It is not best value for money. The apartment is ok, but don't expect any luxury. A dishwasher would come in handy. And keep in mind that there is no elevator.

La localisation est vraiment située en plein centre à 2 pas de la station de metro et arrêt de bus. Super petit déjeuner livré tous les jours au bas de la porte. Loft très bien équipé et literie confortable

la proximité avec le centre historique, les petits déjeuner déposer chaque matin à 8h au pied de la porte

le wifi quasi inexistant et la 4G introuvable. Seulement 2 places dans le parking de l'établissement qu'il faudra réserver en amont.

Location, spaciousness and the staff was very attentive.

The bedroom was in the loft area but the ac was on the bottom floor so it was stuffy and warm at night. We had to open the window to cool down the room.

Lokacija, prijazen sprejem z darilom, česar na drugih lokacijah na Portugalskem nismo bili deležni.

Lokacija je bila odlična, hkrati pa ima lokacija ob metroju tudi nekaj minusov, precej brezdomcev in vonja po urinu v bližini.

Limpieza y comodidad de las camas y tamaño

Nuestro apartamento estaba a ras de calle en una zona de tránsito y se oye mucho la gente que pasa , camión de la basura, etc . Una de las noches era Sao Joao y teníamos una verbena y in escenario a 50 metros de la habitación y había muchísimo ruido de gente de fiesta y música hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Entendemos que es un dia muy festivo en Oporto , pero hubiera estado bien que el responsable o dueño avisara de que esa noche hay mucha fiesta para poder valorarlo. Mucha gente extranjera desconoce la festividad y si además vas con niños pequeños o personas que necesitan descanso creo conveniente que se sepa ya que esa noche no van a dormir nada.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It truly contributed to our experience of discovering Porto. The location was excellent, just next to the metro station with a convenient connection to the airport, which made arrival and departure very easy. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to the market hall and within easy reach of many attractions. It also offers a lovely view, which made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well maintained. We were warmly welcomed by the host, who provided a bottle of wine and gave us helpful local tips, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wir waren von Portosoul Trinidade absolut geflasht, super Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fusslaeufig erreichbar, bequemes Bett, zauberhaftes leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück, das morgens an der Tür hängt, sehr sauberes Apartement. Ausgesprochen gut hat mir die nette Kommunikation über what’s App gefallen, herzlich und informativ. Ich würde sofort wieder diese Unterkunft buchen, Sterne >10!!

Que nos dejaron sin desayuno el último día y no nos devolvieron todo lo que nos cobraron por él

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in einer rezeptionslosen Unterkunft in einer kleinen Seitenstraße unmittelbar oberhalb der Metrostation Trindade (die man aber nicht hört). Die gesamte Altstadt von Porto ist von hier fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir unseren Mietwagen in der kleinen Garage unmittelbar am Haus (gebührenpflichtig) einstellen durften. Die betreuenden Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit telefonisch bzw. über WhatsApp erreichbar, bei Bedarf sehr schnell vor Ort und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen an die Apartmenttür geliefert. Im Kühlschrank befand sich eine Flasche guten Weißweins und Wasser bei unserer Ankunft. Unbedingt hervorzuheben ist die ausliegende Liste mit empfohlenen Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Wir waren in zwei der angegeben Restaurants gleich um die Ecke und waren super zufrieden!

Great location for walking to old city and River area. If walking not your thing train station on your door step. Very comfortable apartment for a two night stay. The handsome young man who greeted us ( had to call at door bell and waited a few moments for him to arrive to assist with entry ) was extremely helpful, gave us a complete run down and provided us with some very useful tips and sightseeing locations. A bottle of complementary wine was waiting for us. We had a hire car and paid for the parking option. Learning quickly that if accommodation places offer the parking option take it. What a nightmare to park in any locations throughout Europe ( space not an issue in Australia but certainly a challenge when in Europe ) Once car parked we did not touch it for the remainder of stay. Porto is a magnificent city. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Modern, well equiped and was great to have a washing machine after days of travel and dirty clothes. No dryer but 2 days our clothes dried hanging.

Access to car park. Information we did not know in advance. Space was extremely tight getting in and out. Took us 1 full hour to navigate the situation. Only resolve was to drive all the way back up to Main Street, turn and reverse all way back down street and access park space by reversing in. That was a big disappointment initially but once parked and we started exploring it was probably worth the effort. We were compensated by host for difficult process. Thankyou.

Nice size of suite and very comfortable bed; the pillows were perfect. The staff was quick to reply to any message. Very convenient location for public transit.

- Great location. Close to transport links plus walking distance to most attractions/ places of interest. - The apartment was a great size for 4 people. - The hot tub was a great addition. - The apartment was clean and comfortable.

As the hot tub was cleaned and filled for our arrival, it was unfortunately not warm on the first night, but was getting warmer by the second night. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Spacious, Neat & Clean, everything necessary provided in the kitchen, fantastic location in the City Centre with a Metro station & Bus stops close by. On top of this we had a fantastic Apartment representative in Tarcisio - ever smiling - ever helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with him.

The equal half open & half glass partition of the bathroom which allowed the water spilling outside the bath area during a shower making the floor towel & the other areas of the bathroom wet. A broader glass partition May prevent the water spilling outside the bath area. Otherwise everything was fine in the Apartment.

it did not feel like a normal apartment and more like a besement . there was only one way of air coming in thru a patio which was sorouneded by concrete walls and its not a garden. however i must say the atmosphere inside was good and felt good fresh air

Établissement très bien placé, à deux pas d'une station de métro. Pour les marcheurs, possibilité de tout faire à pied. La chambre est un petit appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Accueil à l'arrivée bien organisé.

Appartement très mal insonorisé. Par ailleurs les avis parlaient d'un petit déjeuner fabuleux, mais qui en réalité consiste en un petit sac de victuailles déposé le matin devant la porte de l'appartement. Un peu décevant !

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Appartamento luminoso, ampio, arredato con gusto, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Situato in posizione strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo a piedi il centro storico di Porto. Buona e fresca colazione consegnata al mattino presto.

Abbiano avuto qualche difficoltà a raggiungere la casa perché posizionata su strada con accesso limitato. Comunque con l'aiuto del proprietario abbiamo capito che si poteva comunque accedere e lasciare l'auto nel garage adeguato per auto non troppo grandi. La casa è priva di ascensore per cui sconsigliata a chi ha problemi a salire le scale..

Muy buena ubicación

Nos dieron un apartamento con terraza, pero la terraza no es privada, es de comunidad, donde todos los demás inquilinos te ven y escuchan tus conversaciones. Nos dieron, además, el apartamento que da a la calle principal, con lo cual el ruido es muy molesto, tanto de la gente que pasa por la calle, que es mucha porque hay un metro cerca, como el ruido de los coches, e incluso el ruido del metro. Las fotos de la web con jacuzzi, SOLO es de un apartamento, Tienen servicio de consigna, pero se lo preguntamos al anfitrión por la mañana, y no nos contestó, con lo cual lo tuvimos que dejar las maletas en la consigna del metro, con el consiguiente coste, No recomiendo este apartamento, por lo menos, el entresuelo que da a la calle.

At first, the location seems a bit odd like it is at the end of an alley, but once you figure it out, you realize you are just a few steps from the metro station and close to so many cool restaurants and activities. You can walk everywhere from here.

Que nos tuvimos que hacer la cama del sofá cama cuando llegamos. Hubiéramos preferido encontrarla hecha.

El trato del personal excelente,de 10. Apartamento acogedor con cama comoda y muy completa en servicios y utensilios de cocina baño etc. Los ventanales amplios para entrada luz muy agradable.Garaje muy bien. El emplazamiento del apartamento muy bien. Repetiremos.
