Resorts are not my thing, and the constant daily music blasting from next door until 1 a.m. was annoying. I would also add that the extras and meals are outrageously expensive. The room was quite bland, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Ons verblijf in Biblos hebben we als heen fijn ervaren, het verwarmde zwembad was super fijn met een baby. Speciaal bedankt aan Nisa die ons elke dag daar ontving. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met heel veel keuze, chef Ali Yilmaz heeft ons elke dag begeleid door het buffet! Hygiene, faciliteiten, kids club, comfort, personeel alles was echt top!

De prijzen voor eten en drinken buiten het buffet om waren echt belachelijk duur. Vonden wij heel jammer

Exceptionally well maintained property with the best landscaping and gardening I have seen just about anywhere. Immaculately clean with very helpful staff and personalized service. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The property has a very small beach. The resort is a compound that is very far from the downtown area of Alacati - great if you want to stay in a quiet isolated spot but requires a long wait and somewhat pricey taxi service to get to where the restaurants and shops are in town. Very limited dining on premises or within walking distance. In general you will find the food options in Alacati are limited, if you come form a large international metropolitan area, but for a week's stay enjoying the local cuisine should be enough to keep you entertained - but do not expect a great variety in the menus from restaurant to restaurant - although the menus are largish they are 90% the same regional cuisine. It is a typical seasonal tourist destination. Comparatively very few foreign tourists, the majority of whom were Russian speaking. No entertainment, night life and little live music - and almost all of it strictly local national tradition inspired. Good for families with kids.

At nearly €800 per night for Bed & Breakfast, Biblos Resort Alaçatı is easily one of the most expensive hotels I’ve stayed at. It aggressively positions itself as a peak luxury resort, and on paper, it delivers on the hardware. The architecture is modern, pristine, and undeniably exclusive. The rooms are slightly compact, but every detail is thoughtfully designed. The spa area is exceptional—easily one of the high points of the resort—and the private beach is gorgeous, though sunbed availability was surprisingly tight even when the hotel was 70% empty. Where it shines: The breakfast buffet is massive, using high-quality ingredients, and their pastry chef deserves a medal—the freshly baked bread and sweets were hands-down incredible. Where the experience falls short: Despite the luxury tag, the service and execution had major flaws: The Egg & Toast Mystery: They offer à la carte eggs and toast, but don't provide a physical menu. It almost felt as though they were trying to discourage guests from ordering omelets or avocado toast. Worse, when ordered, the egg dishes and toasts were slow to arrive, poorly prepared, lacking in flavor, or completely forgotten. Stressed Service: The overall breakfast service felt chaotic. Staff members were visibly stressed and struggled to deliver a smooth experience. Getting a simple tea or coffee refill required constant effort. Early Spa Hours: The spa closes at 8:30 PM—far too early if you want to enjoy a long summer day on the beach and unwind in the spa afterwards. The Bigger Issue: Unreasonable Pricing & Zero Atmosphere The internal pricing at Biblos is simply astronomical. Cocktails range from €26 to €30, beers are €16, and average main dishes run €45–€50. A modest dinner for two easily costs €250–€300 without heavy drinking. Because of this, the resort's bars and restaurants were completely empty at night. The whole property feels like a luxury ghost town—no laughter, no energy, just an eerie, somber silence. The clientele mostly consisted of wealthy local elite who felt very artificial, making the atmosphere even less authentic or welcoming. Final Thoughts & Context: This lack of value extends to Alaçatı as a whole—extreme prices, mediocre quality, and a feeling of being overpriced at every turn. In fact, we ended up canceling the Bodrum portion of our trip entirely and heading over to the Greek islands instead. Biblos has world-class facilities and top-tier baking, but severe service gaps and exorbitant prices leave you feeling more taken advantage of than pampered.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the facilities were beautiful and well maintained, and the Kids Club was outstanding. Our children loved spending time there, and the staff were warm, caring and professional. The overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing, and we really enjoyed our holiday.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a very serious incident. Cash was stolen from the handbag, which had been left inside our hotel room. We are absolutely certain that the money was taken while the bag was in the room. We reported the incident to the hotel immediately after check-out, and Melissa kindly contacted us afterwards and assured us that the matter would be investigated. We appreciate her professionalism and support. However, it is extremely disappointing that such a theft could happen in a luxury resort. Guests should be able to feel completely safe leaving their personal belongings in their room.

Our stay at Biblos Alaçatı was truly exceptional and one of the most enjoyable family holidays we have had. The first thing that stands out is the beautiful botanical design throughout the property. The gardens are meticulously maintained and create a peaceful atmosphere where children can move around freely while parents feel completely at ease. It is rare to find a luxury resort that feels both elegant and genuinely comfortable for families. What we appreciated most was how well the hotel caters to children without compromising the experience for adults. There are plenty of activities and dedicated spaces for kids, keeping them entertained throughout the day while allowing parents to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Another aspect that made a significant difference was that the hotel never felt crowded. Even during busy periods, there was a sense of space and tranquility. This also had a positive impact on the service. Because the staff were not overwhelmed, they were able to build genuine connections with guests. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and sincere rather than routine or transactional. The team quickly recognized our family, remembered our preferences, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, and the overall quality of service reflected a level of care that is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Biblos offers a rare combination of luxury, comfort, and authenticity. It feels less like staying in a hotel and more like spending time in a beautifully designed home where every detail has been thoughtfully considered. For families looking for a peaceful, high-end getaway with excellent facilities for children and truly attentive service, Biblos Alaçatı is a place we would happily return to.

Guests are treated to a full five star experience - the bathrooms are supplied with all the amenities one could wish for- including bottles of shampoo and conditioner that are replaced every day. The breakfast buffet is amazing and rivals every other five star hotel I have ever been to. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were out sightseeing during the day so we did not get to experience all the facilities but we were very happy to have chosen to stay here.

The beach can be a bit windy though that will not disturb your beach experience or swimming activity. The property doesn’t offer free shuttle to alacati center neither to major wineries or art galleries or does not offer free windsurf class which could be offered for guests staying longer than 3 days

We stayed in one of the beachfront adult-only Beach Houses, and it was the highlight of the stay. The location is private, peaceful, and just steps from the water, with beautiful uninterrupted views. The resort itself is immaculately maintained, and the evening lighting creates a stunning atmosphere throughout the property. The spa is exceptional - quite possibly one of the best resort spas we’ve experienced anywhere. The beach is also excellent. It does get windy in the afternoon, but that’s part of this coastline and brings its own benefits:)) The only real downside was breakfast starting at 8:30 am. For a luxury resort, that’s surprisingly late, and there was already a queue of guests waiting for it to open each morning. An earlier opening time would make a noticeable difference to the overall experience.

Совет - нет смысла в номерах сивью, там моря только на горизонте, нет смысла платить больше. Если не жаль денег, нужно брать номера с террасой в приват бассейны. Своя ПОДЗЕМНАЯ парковка, бесплатно (не ведись на валет услуги за 1000 лир!) Вообщем отель реально топ.

Очень кривой хаускипинг - воду постоянно забывали приносить. При наличии чудесного завтрака, очень плохо с ресторанами за деньги. Первое - неверояно дорого (ролл калифорния около 40 евро и все такое). Втрое - еда откровенно слабая, если не сказать грубее. Я могу понять когда просят много денег, но за это ты должен получить ВАУ, и желание никуда не ходить более и просто платить и наслаждаться. Тут такого нет от слова совсем. Без машины отдыхающим сочувствую. Слабо работает персонал на приезде. Каменные лица, когда люди платят по 1000 долларов в день (за условно стандартный номер) немного напрягают.

Biblos’taki konaklamamız maalesef beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Daha yüksek ücret ödeyerek tercih ettiğimiz odaya rağmen gece saat 01.00’e kadar çok yüksek müzik sesi nedeniyle dinlenemedik. Ayrıca bir gece saat 03.00 civarında yan odadan gelen gürültü yüzünden uykumuz bölündü. Restoran ve servis konusunda da ciddi sorunlar yaşadık. Garsonlar yeterince ilgili değildi; verdiğimiz siparişleri çoğu zaman 2-3 kez tekrar etmek zorunda kaldık ve buna rağmen siparişlerimiz oldukça geç geldi. Bizi en çok hayal kırıklığına uğratan konulardan biri ise plajdaki dondurma noktasında çalışan görevlinin tavrı oldu. Kendisinin misafirlere karşı yaklaşımını kaba ve profesyonellikten uzak bulduk. Bu seviyede bir otelden, ödediğimiz ücret karşılığında çok daha kaliteli hizmet, daha iyi organizasyon ve misafir memnuniyetine önem veren bir yaklaşım beklerdik. Umarız bu geri bildirimler dikkate alınır ve gerekli iyileştirmeler yapılır.

Orkhan war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die meisten Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren freundlich. Der Kids Club ist außergewöhnlich schön. Pool und Gartenanlagen sind sehr schön.

In einem 5 Sterne Hotel spricht das Personal kein Englisch. Schlimmer noch, meiner Frau hatte versucht einer Dame die Eis verkauft etwas auf türkisch zu erklären, da diese kein Englisch konnte und wurde ausgelacht weil ihr türkisch nicht perfekt ist. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt und hat unseren Urlaub nachhaltig geprägt. Die Preise sind unangemessen hoch. Normales Eis am Stil 10 Euro. Portion Pommes 18 Euro. Valet parking kostet 1000 Lira. Wir geben eh Tip aber im Vorhinein knapp 20€ zu verlangen ist unangemessen für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse. Unser checkout war um 12. Als wir um 11 vom Frühstück kamen wurde das Zimmer bereits für den nächsten Gast vorbereitet und wir konnten nur noch unser Gepäck rausholen. Ingesamt zu viele Dinge die nicht gepasst haben sodass wir das Hotel nicht empfehlen können und selber nicht nochmal auswählen werden.

Plaj menüsünde sadece Kumru , mısır , midye gibi aperatifler vardı sağlıklı hiçbir şey yoktu . Yemek yemek için restorana gitmemiz gerektiğini söylediler dünyanın hiçbir yerinde böyle bir saçmalık görmedim. Housekeeping’ten hiç memnun kalmadım otele gittiğimiz ilk gün odaya girdiğimiz zaman diş macunu, diş fırçası ,kulak pamuğu, lif hiçbir şekilde odada yoktu. Her şeyi arayarak istemek zorunda kaldım. Odayı temizlediklerinde içme suyu yenilenmemişti, kahve kapsülü yenilenmemişti . Fiyat performans olarak uygun bir otel olduğunu düşünmüyorum

Our family stayed at Biblos Alaçatı from June 29 to July 2, 2026. Over the years we have stayed at many excellent five-star hotels, so we have plenty to compare it with. Biblos has become one of the very best hotels we have ever experienced. The first thing that impressed us was the feeling of space and tranquility. Although the resort itself is not particularly large, the lush landscaping and exceptionally thoughtful layout make it feel much more spacious. Whether we were by the pool, on the beach, in the restaurants or simply walking around the grounds, it never felt crowded. Instead, there was a wonderful sense of privacy and comfort that many much larger resorts fail to achieve. Our room exceeded our expectations. It didn't feel like a typical hotel room at all. The bright colors, brass details, beautiful mosaic artwork, stylish furniture and extremely comfortable bed made it feel elegant, modern and very cozy. We also loved the small touches. Our children were welcomed with a handmade chocolate car, while we found a delicious homemade cake waiting for us. Every day the refrigerator was stocked with a fresh selection of fruit. The room also featured a proper coffee machine and a beautifully designed kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, making it feel much more like a luxury residence than a hotel room. The large wraparound terrace quickly became one of our favorite places to relax with a coffee in the morning or in the evening. Another thoughtful detail was the double windows with mosquito screens, allowing us to sleep with the windows open without worrying about insects. We also appreciated that both the room and the beach showers were stocked with L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. It's a small detail, but it reflects the level of care and quality that Biblos consistently delivers. The staff deserve special recognition. They are attentive, warm and genuinely caring without ever being intrusive. It feels like authentic hospitality rather than simply well-trained service. Shortly after check-in, the hotel created a dedicated WhatsApp chat for our family. It became an incredibly convenient way to ask questions or request assistance, and every request was handled quickly. This level of personalized service is something we have experienced only a handful of times and is one of Biblos' biggest strengths. Breakfast was another highlight. Without exaggeration, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. The selection of hot dishes, appetizers, pastries, cheeses, desserts and fresh fruit was outstanding, and almost everything we tried was delicious. We especially appreciated that part of the buffet changed every day, keeping each breakfast interesting. The hotel has several restaurants. While the menus are not enormous, the food is very good. We usually had lunch at the resort and enjoyed exploring Alaçatı's old town for dinner. Practical details also deserve mention, including the underground parking garage and the elevator that takes you almost directly to your room. The resort grounds are truly exceptional. They feel more like a botanical garden than a hotel, with palm trees, olive trees, giant cacti, flowers and countless other plants. The landscaping is outstanding, and the entire property is decorated with sculptures, mirrors, amphorae, contemporary art pieces and even a vintage car at the entrance. We found ourselves constantly stopping to take photos because every corner looked beautiful. If we had two suggestions, they would be very simple. A detailed resort map would make it easier for first-time guests to navigate the property, and Wi-Fi coverage could be improved in a few areas. As a lovely farewell gesture, we received a bottle of Biblos' signature olive oil, produced especially for the hotel's guests. It was a small but memorable touch that perfectly reflected the hotel's attention to detail. Thank you to the entire Biblos team for such a memorable stay. We left already hoping to come back. For our family, Biblos is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we will gladly recommend it to our friends and family.

This hotel is high end luxury. The rooms are a very high standard. I would recommend to book a balcony because the windows do not open on non balcony rooms although the aircon is first rate. The hotel had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had, an amazing spa with great therapists, a great hairdressers (I had a great blow dry), a fully equipped gym with a fully equipped pilates studio! The lunch menu at the beach was a bit limited but still delicious and dinner was also delicious although we loved the atmosphere in the evening in Alacati town. If you windsurf and want a bit of comfort this hotel is excellent. It’s difficult to find a hotel this good with such proximate windsurfing facilities. You can also kite surf! Amazing. And the staff were wonderful. You even get your own concierge who are excellent sorting all our needs like restaurants etc. my husband left his wetsuit and harness and Orkhan from the concierge Dhl’d it back to us. In fact Orkhan and Eylul from the concierge were always going above and beyond to help our stay to be perfect. We will definitely return to this amazing hotel. Thank you

My girlfriend and I traveled from the United States to Türkiye to attend a wedding in Izmir for my Turkish colleague, who was born and raised there. For our stay in mid-June, we chose Biblos Beach Resort Alaçatı, about an hour from ADB Airport. We had never been to Türkiye and discovered this resort online, so we had no idea what to expect. Safe to say, the hotel blew our expectations out of the water. You cannot say enough about the impeccable service. The staff treated us like royalty for our entire stay. If your water glass sat empty for even a second, someone appeared to refill it. If your room needed attention, housekeeping had it beautifully made within less than an hour it seemed. The waiting staff and the beachside and poolside bar staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The guest relations team bent over backwards to arrange our transportation to the wedding on extremely short notice, and they did so with remarkable flexibility. Eylül and Orkhan, our guest relations coordinators, did everything they could to accommodate our requests, all with tremendous kindness, compassion, and efficiency. They were amazing. We stayed in a Sea View Room, which was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The food was just as impressive. The resort has two restaurants, and both were excellent—Miso was our favorite of the two. Everything was delicious, and the waiting staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Room service was excellent, and the poolside and beachside offerings were fresh and consistently delicious. Breakfast struck a perfect balance between traditional Turkish dishes and continental options. The VIP round-trip airport transfer makes you feel like a celebrity—they escort you in a Mercedes Sprinter van, and the transportation company the hotel works with was patient and friendly even when we hit delays at passport control and baggage claim on arrival. When it comes to amenities, the hotel offers so much to make your stay relaxing and fulfilling. The beach is beautiful, the atmosphere around the many pools is splendid, and the overall feel of the place is pure paradise. We were only there for four nights, so we didn’t get the chance to experience the spa and some of the other offerings, but they looked incredible—and they’re something we would absolutely have made time for on a longer stay. One thing worth highlighting is how well the resort works for everyone. It’s extremely family-friendly—we saw kids playing and having a wonderful time throughout—but it’s equally suited to couples and adults. The place is so spacious, and the staff count so high, that everything feels personal to you. It never once felt overcrowded or overwhelming. Cleanliness was another standout. If so much as a single leaf fell onto an outdoor pathway, someone was there to sweep it away. The rooms were kept as immaculate as your own home, the restaurants had the atmosphere of a Michelin-starred establishment, and I never once saw clutter or mess at the beach or poolside. It was truly delightful. As for price, the hotel is expensive by the standards of any country. But this place is so magnificent that it’s a genuine case of “you get what you pay for”—the price is fully justified. You know you’re paying for a complete five-star experience in every respect, and I would happily pay it again knowing the standards here are this breathtaking. If I’m ever back in Çeşme or Alaçatı, I will be staying here. I’ve been fortunate to travel to many countries in Europe—Italy, France, Spain, Germany—as well as many of the classic American vacation destinations like Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and Mexico, plus plenty of hotels here in the United States. Of every place I’ve stayed, this hotel is the best by far, and my girlfriend would say the same. Finally, the Turkish people and the warmth they showed us—both at the hotel and in every interaction beyond it—were truly heartwarming. Everyone treated us like family, and I’m deeply grateful. Not many people in the US think to visit Türkiye, especially outside of Istanbul, but it is a beautiful country with so much to offer and some of the kindest people toward visitors I’ve encountered anywhere. If anyone in the US ever asks me for a recommendation for a hotel in the Çeşme/Izmir/Alacati region, this is the one I’ll give without hesitation.

We got married at the Kempinski Istanbul, which was a wonderful experience. My wife booked us at Biblos to relax, before we returned home to Latvia. We were a bit hesitant and didn't think it would up to the standards of the Kempinski. We were happily wrong. Biblos is heaven on earth. It's so amazing. There isn't enough words, space or time to describe the beauty of this property. I could give an entire 8-hour conference on the fine nuances of this resort. I'm a businessman myself. so I could easily recognize the immense efforts and costs put into this stunning property. The gym is beyond. the spa is beyond; the breakfast is literally a food heaven.....and did I mention that the breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever experienced during my world travels. If the breakfast isn't heaven enough, where you sit to eat it pushes the breakfast experience into a level all om its own. The beach, the gardens, the entrance, the service, the pools and the spa services.......I don't even want to write how good it is, just in case it's too full when I want to return. I was smiling every second I was there and I almost cried when I had to check out.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained resort, the relaxing atmosphere, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, and the excellent food. Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. Even though the hotel was only about 10% occupied during our stay, we experienced one of the weakest levels of service we have ever encountered in a hotel. The staff often seemed inattentive, and it frequently took a long time for orders to be taken or requests to be handled – whether in the restaurant, by the pool, at the beach, or at Cocos. We would especially like to recognize Fatih Bey for his dedication and professionalism. Halil Bey and Eren also left a very positive impression with their friendliness and helpfulness. Because the hotel excels in so many other areas, we find it unfortunate that the service does not match the standard one would expect from a resort such as Biblos.

es gibt nichts auszusetzen. auch wenn die Preise für Getränke & Speisen teilweise hoch sind und sich einige darüber beschweren, das Hotel ist eben exklusiv und daher muss man mit so etwas rechnen

The site is very well located in Çeşme, with a marina nearby. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. In particular, the customer relations representative, Orkhan, made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

I've stayed at a good few luxury hotels over the years where the service has always been excellent, but the hospitality at Biblos is genuinely on another level. Every single member of staff is so warm, friendly, and always quick to help - it really sets the place apart. And the service starts even before you arrive! Their PA service via whatsapp is so helpful & super responsive - nothing is ever too much trouble. It really sets the tone for the whole experience. The food is outstanding. We were on half board which included dinner, and while the menu is more curated, every dish was cooked to perfection. We absolutely loved Miso but the food & vibes in both restaurants are great! And the breakfast buffet? Honestly one of the highlights of the trip. Such an impressive variety, and they switch it up every single day so it never gets repetitive. For families, this place is a dream. The kids club kept our little one busy while the spa gave us that much needed time. What I also loved is that despite everything on offer, it never feels like a huge sprawling resort. It stays intimate, which makes the whole experience feel so much more special. I also have to give a special mention to Murat Deler in the salon - possibly the best haircut I've ever had! The only thing I would say is that our bedroom had a tree partially blocking the view, which did limit the natural light in the room. A small thing, but worth knowing when booking. We will absolutely be planning to return next year. Biblos, you've set the bar incredibly high.

Aussergewöhnlich schöne Anlage. Wir verbringen bereits zum vierten Mal unsere Ferien im Biblos, allerdings hat der Service extrem abgenommen. Wir mussten fast immer alles nochmals reminden teils 5 mal das gleiche bestellen und einige mal 1 bis 2.5 Stunden auf eine Bestellung warten. Das hat uns ehrlich gesagt vielfach irritiert. Zur Sauberkeit Auswahl des Frühstücks kann ich nichts mitteilen, Alles perfekt.

Incredible breakfast spread and by far the best kids club I’ve ever experienced. The location is a little outside the center with only a few water sports nearby, but for our family getaway, it was exactly what we needed. Room service was outstanding, a special thanks to Dilnaz, who was an absolute superstar, always keeping our room spotless and taking care of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. A huge thank you as well to all the wonderful ladies at the kids' club. I honestly cannot fault a single member of staff at this hotel; everyone went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.

Perhaps the only area that could be improved is the attentiveness of staff in the restaurants. Also, the all-inclusive option doesn’t make much sense for families with young children. With two little ones, the daily cost works out far higher than simply paying as you go. It would be great if the hotel could consider a reduced all-inclusive rate for children most days all they wanted was an ice cream and perhaps a soup or pizza in the evening, which hardly justifies £400 per day for two kids.

The resort was wonderful, well located and unique in design and style and to top it all, the staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, polite eager to go the extra mile to help a guest. Mr Baris Biblos and Simin were excellent hosts and their customers service skill were off the charts. They attended to our every need and immediate resolve any issues or queries to our satisfaction, and they’d always check back to see if everything was ok. I strongly recommended this resort and will definitely return next season.

И отдельное спасибо за поздний чекаут и предоставление номера до нашего трансфера🙏 Мы увозили с собой не только загар, но и ощущение настоящей роскоши, заботы и безупречного вкуса. Is our first time visiting this resort and I can't a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Citrus. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.

We had a lovely stay at Biblos. However there is not enough « activities » for adults. For example, a lounge with a pianist or with some soft jazzy music where we can have a coffee or a drink. This would have been really appreciated .

Die beiden haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht als er schon war. Sie waren rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen und wir werden wieder kommen !!!

Beautiful resort with several stunning pools and a great selection of restaurants inside the hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean.

Breakfast was extraordinary good. The whole hotelcrew was extremly friendly and always willing to fullfill any wish we had. Beach and pool Were nicely made to relax. Spa area is something else, never seen this standard before ( spa, gym, sauna, indoor pool etc). We are blown away by this hotel‘s standard Also big thanks to Elonora & Melis for their permanent care of how to make our stay even more perfect.

Price at the poolbar and restaurant could definetely be cheaper but of course noone is forcing you to use such service.

Het was een onvergetelijke vakantie. Alles was van high quality. Hier komen we zeker terug. Ali Yilmaz en Mustafa Avci extra dank om bij het ontbijt persoonlijk te bedienen natuurlijk ook de andere personeelsleden super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We recently stayed at Biblos Alaçatı. We came primarily to kite surf, and I would like to begin by complimenting the Sun & Surf School adjacent to the hotel. Their team was outstanding — from arranging transportation to the kite point to providing wing foiling gear, they could not have been better. Unfortunately, while the property itself is beautiful and well located, our overall experience fell far short of a true 5-star standard, and I feel compelled to share the issues we faced: Room Functionality: On our first night, we were unable to turn off the lights in our room. We resorted to draping towels over them just to get some rest. The following morning, despite the “Do Not Disturb” light being on, housekeeping repeatedly buzzed our door, waking us abruptly. Sewage Odor: That same morning we discovered a strong sewage odor coming from the shower. While maintenance was sent to address it temporarily, the problem returned later that night. We returned at 11:30 pm to the same stench and had to deal with maintenance workers in our room well into the early hours. Noise & Privacy: While trying to relax on our beach terrace, we endured over an hour of hammering. Later, at 10 pm, we were again disturbed despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, this time for a laundry delivery. This repeated disregard for guests’ privacy is unacceptable. Misleading “Adult Only” Claims: We booked the Beach House under the impression it was an “Adult Only” experience, yet there were children and babies on the private beach less than three meters away. There was no designated adult-only area. Every pool we visited, including those attached to suites advertised as adult-only, also had children in them. Safety Concerns: At breakfast, a child was riding an electric scooter through the buffet area. This continued for the duration of our meal, with staff taking no action. This posed an obvious safety hazard and highlighted a concerning lack of management oversight. Dining & Pricing: After our first meal at the hotel, we chose to dine off property. Prices are excessively marked up — a local beer was $20 USD. While we expect a premium at a luxury property, the cost of drinks and cocktails felt astronomical, even by international luxury standards. Despite raising these concerns, management did not offer anything other than apologies. Given the nightly rate of $1,000 USD and the hotel’s positioning as a luxury property, these repeated service failures and operational issues — are simply unacceptable. There are many beautiful options in Alaçatı, and based on this experience, I would not choose to return.

Personeel was super vriendelijk, het hotel was ook echt hygiënisch. Eten was uitstekend. Het was niet te druk, wij hebben een perfecte verblijf gehad. De kids club was echt fantastisch voor onze dochter! Top hotel, volgend jaar zijn wij er zeker weer!

Zwembaden zijn niet verwarmd, dit misten wij wel heel erg. Het water was best koud. (Begin augustus)

Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt, ruhig und einladend – wir konnten wunderbar abschalten. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut und hat uns gefallen. Der Strandabschnitt ist zwar klein, aber fein und durch den Wind manchmal etwas frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Excellent petit déjeuner, qui est en réalité un brunch. Le spa est juste magnifique. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et très propre. Le staff est super serviable.

La nourriture dans les restaurants est ridiculeusement cher et bat les tarifs des palaces du monde entier. 2 sandwiches doner avec 1 portion de frites 110 euros , 1 hot dog 30 euros , une corona 20 euros … c’est un élément à vraiment prendre en compte dans votre budget. Les transats sont bas de gamme et pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing

A peaceful little paradise with exceptional service !!! Biblos Hotel Alaçatı is a truly wonderful place. The architecture is stunning, the gardens are beautifully landscaped, and the pools and private beach are just perfect for relaxation. It’s a peaceful little paradise, ideal for recharging in a luxurious and serene setting. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, always going out of their way to make sure guests are happy. Nothing is ever too much to ask, and every interaction with the team was warm and pleasant. Their hospitality really makes you feel at home. The service is absolutely outstanding. We had warm and enjoyable conversations in both French and English. A very special thank you to Rayan and Neslihan at Meftun, and to Tay Tay at the beach bar. Your kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. But really, the whole team is amazing. Bravo and congratulations to everyone The restaurants are also outstanding. Le Nori offers a refined Asian lounge experience, Miso serves fresh and flavorful seafood, and Meftun celebrates delicious traditional Turkish cuisine.
