Una piccola OASI di pace a Luxor. Ottimo staff - davvero gentili e disponibili. Ottima cucina. Abbiamo chiesto un early check in alle 07.00 del mattino e ci hanno concesso l'utilizzo della camera tutta la giornata. ottimo servizio transfer per aeroporto e stazione. adatto a chi viaggia con bimbi. consiglio servizio mezza pensione. non è in centro, ma il giardino/piscina sono fantastici e anche il servizio transfer. semplice e pulito. ottimo e raccomandabile.

Staff gentile, accogliente, disponibile, sempre pronti e attenti al benessere dell'ospite. Struttura confortevole, provvista di tutti i confort, stanza grande e pulita. Super consigliato.

The staff were lovely and very helpful - I arrived with a bag full of washing and I had clean clothes the next morning. The breakfast was huge and very tasty! The pool was a welcome plus.

The quilt was very heavy - definitely not necessary in the summer; a top sheet would have been better.

I’ll start with the staff— wonderfully kind the entire time I was there! They were joyful and caring to make sure at all times that I was satisfied with my stay. The facilities were very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious! They helped arrange transportation for me numerous times. It’s located on the West Bank and if you want to get to the east it’s a short and cheap Tuk Tuk ride to the ferry port (also cheap). The water was hot and the room service daily was nice. It’s located right by the Nike and in a very peaceful neighborhood! If I’m able to return I will certainly stay again— thank you, Saeed and your staff!!

The Jewel Howard Carter Hotel was the perfect choice for our last 3 days in Egypt. It is comfortable, clean, and had great facilities, including a restaurant that features organic, freshly picked vegetables from their garden. But the staff are the heart of the place. Always willing to help, answer questions, share a smile, a laugh, and a story. Truly a jewel on the west bank of the Nile. West is best!

Nous avons pu également faire le check-in tôt Le restaurant de l'hôtel, bien que cher, est très bon et le personnel très serviable.

Le lieu est un peu excentré et il faudra forcément un taxi pour rejoindre le ferry ou le centre ville. Cependant si vous avez prévu des excursions, c'est à proximité (en voiture) de la vallée des rois etc... Même après signalement, nous avons eu quelques problèmes d'eau chaude

Impressive on first sight. Good location with ready means of transport. Pleasant outdoor area and swimming pool, looking down to the Nile. Most staff attentive, warm and efficient. Breakfast offered lots of small plates with a mixture of Egyptian foods, pastries, and fresh fruit juices. Very good housekeeping each day.

The superior suite I booked was a disappointment. Located in a non-descript building away from the main hotel. The picture on Booking.com gives an inaccurate view of the room's size and shape. In fact, there is only a narrow space between the end of the bed and the furniture on the opposite wall. The make-shift four posts and bed canopy only add to the constricted feeling. Poor value. You'd be better opting for an alternative. Much of the cooked food at breakfast appeared to have been prepared earlier. Tiny croissants were tasteless. The dinner was OK but nothing remarkable. It turned out to overpriced compared with better alternative restaurants in the area.

Gemütliches Hotel in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage mit gutem Restaurant und sehr freundlichem Personal. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Fahrradverleih, so kommt man entspannt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Great location and very peaceful. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. There are also good restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant is a convenient option if you prefer not to go out. I booked tours through the hotel and had a very good experience. Ahmed was very knowledgeable, and I ended up booking three tours with him. Nehal and Khalid were also very helpful and friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available to address any request promptly. The location is excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of central Luxor. Additionally, the excursion to the Valley of the Kings, organized by the hotel with a private vehicle and guide, was a highlight of the trip. The tour was perfectly planned, and the guide was highly knowledgeable, providing clear and insightful information. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxor.

Fabulous stay with wonderful people My stay at JHC was 10 out of 10 and beyond. Wonderful people from the staff surround you and are always available to increase your comfort during the stay and help with anything. Any issue is promptly resolved immediately, with utmost care and regular follow-ups to make sure everything meets one’s expectations. Customer satisfaction is taken very seriously. Great restaurant with vegetables grown in own garden right next to the hotel. The vibe of the place is very relaxed, and it almost feels like being host of a family than being in a hotel. Lovely swimming pool to chill at. Thank you for everything!

Its such a lovely peaceful hotel on the west of Luxor amongst farm lands. The service and food is exceptional. Its close to all temples on the west Bank. Id highly recommend.

Amazing place with a very kind staff, a beautiful garden and pool. They helped us with private cars for enjoyung the best of Luxor without stress. Most of the food served comes from the garden, making a even more wonderful experience.

Clean, comfortable, incredibly friendly staff. Room was lovely with good shower/en suite. Enjoyed a dip in the pool after a long hot day of walking around temples. Fresh fruit/vegetables from their own garden.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le cadre est romantique le soir. La literie est confortable! La piscine est agréable, pouvoir se détendre après nos visites est un réel atout. Le personnel quand à lui est ce qui ajoutes énormément de valeur a cet hôtel. Ils sont gentil, attentionné, aux petits soins. Je n'avais pas envie de partir, je m'y sentais tellement bien, comme a la maison.Bravo a toute l'équipe du Jewel qui nous a fait passer 4 magnifiques journées.

ここのホテルは本当におすすめです。三つ星ホテルだと思って、正直あまり期待せずに行ったのですが、良い意味で完全に裏切られました。部屋はとても清潔で、スタッフの皆さんも親切でフレンドリー。とても三つ星ホテルとは思えないクオリティです。 到着した瞬間にオーナーの方が自ら挨拶をして出迎えてくれ、ホテル前にある畑まで案内してくれました。すべてオーガニックで、朝食に使われている野菜やフルーツも、ここで採れた新鮮なものだそうです。 朝食付きでホテルを予約しましたが、どれもとても美味しく、特に新鮮なマンゴージュースとファラフェルがお気に入りでした。 ホテルの下の階には Ahllan Restaurant があり、ランチとディナーをそこでいただきましたが、どちらもとても美味しかったです。レストランの食材もホテルの畑で育てたものを使っていて、普段あまり野菜を食べない私でも本当に美味しく感じ、二日連続で利用しました。 プールとジャグジーもあり、とても綺麗で、ナイル川を眺めながらリラックスできます。ホテルマネージャーのサヒートさんはとても面倒見がよく、ジャグジーの準備をしてくれたり、会うたびに声をかけてくれました。タクシーが不安だと話したところ、手頃な価格でプライベートドライバーまで手配してくれて、感謝しかありません。 ルクソール市内中心ではありませんが、とても静かで、観光地にも近く、タクシーも呼びやすい立地です。清掃員のお兄さんから小さなお花をくれたりそういった些細なこともとても嬉しかったです。どのスタッフも優しく、アットホームな雰囲気が最高でした。友達や家族にもぜひおすすめしたいですし、また必ず戻ってきたいホテルです。

ご飯も美味しく、スタッフの皆さんもとても優しく、欠点を探そうと思っても見つからないほど素敵な場所でした。

Vue latérale que le Nil seulement Petit déjeuner copieux. Le restaurant est un peu cher, il y a mieux aux alentours ( queen house...). Fuyez les transports proposés par l'hôtel, ils sont hors de prix

Bedroom needed better lighting and side table lamp did not consistently come on.

Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Nice pool area. Felt peaceful.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and dinner was a bit disappointing, considering all the positive reviews but maybe we just got unlucky. Not the hotels fault at all, but be aware of location...we got the ferry across to the east bank and on returning at 7pm struggled to get a tuk tuk/taxi back to the hotel so best to plan ahead.

We had pleasant stay in this nice and well maintained hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and clean, and it was cleaned on daily basis. Food was amazing both in flavour and presentation. This is a hotel with peaceful atmosphere far enough from the hassle and traffic noise of Luxor centrum. Location is great for sightseeing, especially on the west bank. Helpful staff arranged our transport for archaelogical sites with transparent pricing and flexibility. Our driver was kind, reliable and flexible as well. Based on our experience we can warmly recommend this hotel.

1. The Staff was very helpful and super kind. 2. The food was good and the Hotel building is nice. 3. We had free Parking space for our Car. 4. Good view of the Nile from our Rooms.

1. The Hotel was very hard to reach with our own car, the hotel is not located on a main street so as we were arriving at night, we missed the only directional board out there that shows which street to go through. Specially with these side streets having no street lights, it was a bit Scary at our 1st arrival. 2. Everytime going back to the Hotel after midnight we are surprised that we have no water in the Bathroom. Even after telling the Staff to fix the Water Motor pumping system, 5 mins later, no Water. Specially that my Suit was on the 3rd Floor, so apparently when the water motor pump is not running then no water reaches the the Bathroom. It was bad trying to quickly take a shower and the water cuts again with Soap on the face.

The hotel staff, especially the manager Saeed, were all spectacular. Efficient and friendly. The breakfast is tasty and always served with a smile. The Chef also greets his patrons.

Very poor lighting in my room and bathroom. Even with a few new bulbs, it's very deficient. Can't read at night. Difficult to put in or take off contact lenses in bathroom because of poor lighting.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

L'hôtel est un havre de paix, très beau, fleuri, attenant à leur petit jardin bio, avec vue sur le Nil. C'est beaucoup plus beau que sur les photos. La chambre était charmante, propre, décorée avec goût et la salle de bain était grande et propre. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant, arrangeant, détendu et serviable. Possible de réserver des visites et des taxis à la réception. La nourriture au restaurant est très bonne et variée. Notre séjour était parfait

Hotel molto molto carino, colazione buona e anche la cena. Stanze piuttosto spaziose ma poco illuminate.

La posizione. Non è lontanissima dalle attrazioni da visitare (in macchina) ma la zona sembra un po' malfamata.

Food was delicious and always came in big portions. Friendly staff, always eager to help and kept the room clean.

The surroundings of the hotel are very noisy. Different animals (donkeys, cows etc.) and vehicles in the neighborhood are constantly making noise, making resting impossible. It is not the hotel's fault but if someone is trying to find a peaceful place to stay, this might not be the ideal choice.

Les hôtes sont très gentils et attentionnés. Le petit déjeuner est le même tous les matins mais il est varié. Chambre propre, hôtel beau et propre. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le matéla dans notre chambre n'était pas confortable. La literie est vieille. L hôtel n'est pas bien situé, très isolé, il faut toujours se déplacer avec un taxi. Hors de l hôtel dépaysement totale assuré. Dur de communiquer avec les réceptionnistes car elles ne savaient pas bien parler anglais.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De meeste spreken redelijk tot goed Engels. Het biologische eten is gevarieerd en heerlijk. Het zwembad en de ruimte er omheen is fris en ruim. Volop zon tot 16.30 in winter. We huurden via hun een chauffeur in (Baba) die reed ons naar alle highlights in Luxor en ver er buiten, goed Engels en vriendelijk. Het is er heerlijk stil, al heb je wel de oproepen tot gebed van de moskee en de dieren zoals ezel. Kamer is mooi en hete douche. Aanrader

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Nil und den grossen Nutzgarten ist ganz wunderbar. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft vieles kommt aus dem eigenen Garten.

Das ich nach 2 Nächten schon abreisen musste. Wäre gerne noch geblieben

Chambre un peu petite Jacuzzi soit disant disponible mais eau froide et personnel incapable de corriger le tir malgré leur demande d’attendre 1 puis 2h. Très décevant.

Al llegar ya me sorprendió lo bonito y hermosamente decorado e iluminado que está este hotel. El personal de recepción (Amira), el chofer (Mohamed), empleados del restaurante (donde comimos maravillosamente rico y en un entorno de paz y alegría) TODOS nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y en casa. Las habitaciones son amplias, con detalles de buen gusto, bien equipadas y con camas cómodas. El sector de la pileta y jacuzzi invitan a quedarse y de noche la iluminación es sencillamente perfecta!.definitivamente este es mi lugar en Luxor!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The level of service is exemplary. We had a wonderful holiday there and nothing was too much trouble for us. The food is absolutely wonderful and the place is immaculate.

The coffee is dreadful so we went to a local cafe for a decent one. Given the fact there is a lot of attention to detail at the hotel this has been overlooked. Also a poor brand of coffee in the room too.

A lovely boutique property with quaint architecture and a lovely quiet setting with a view of the Nile situated on the West Bank. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the main city it is a great place to wind down after a long hot day of seeing sights. The onsite restaurant serves a number of delicious meals local and international far that are delicious as well as a generous breakfast with breads cheezes an omelet and some traditional Egyptian dishes. Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The only downside is that it is further away from the sites and not walkable to anything around but it’s a trade off you make for the serene peace and quiet.

très bel hotel à taille humaine situé au calme proche du Nil. Tout est vraiment très propre et bien aménagé. Belle petite piscine avec transats. Belle chambre au calme avec balcon et vue sur le Nil. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Très bon restaurant avec des plats préparés entre autres avec les légumes et les fruits du jardin appartenant à l'hotel. Je recommande !

La gentillesse du personnel, l hotel est très charmant, avec de jolis décors dans un cadre paisible et magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est tres copieux et tres bon.

Jewel Howard Carter surprises you. For a 3 star hotel they provide exceptional service, are very accommodating, has a great breakfast and bar and has a very quiet and quaint ambiance.

The location on the west bank makes it slightly far away from the city buzz on the east. The restaurant, has amazing food but could be a bit more affordable.

Au calme sur la rive ouest. Un personnel très attentionné et très gentil, toujours avec le sourire. Le dîner est très bon dans le restaurant de l’hôtel.

Salle de bain un peu vétuste et appartement sombre (rez-de-chaussée et faible éclairage)

Mooie ruime kamer, mooie locatie aan achterzijde uitzicht op moestuin en de Nijl. Een paar gebreken hebben we gemeld en worden aangepast.

Geen minpunt te noemen of het moet de omgeving zijn met ongeplaveide straten waardoor taxi's de locatie lijken te mijden. Door eigen slechte keuze hadden we geen uitzicht op zwembad/tuin/Nijl. Omdat we er maar één nacht verbleven hebben geen upgrade gevraagd.

Breakfast was good. The pool and outside/restaurant area was very nice and well kept. You could see the Nile, albeit from far away. Staff was nice but it felt like they wanted to offer more services in order to charge more. Even though this is a recurring issue for tourists in Egypt, I was a bit disapointed that the hotel had this vibe as well.

Hotel is in a sort of rural area so it's not comfortable to walk to places. The hotel taxi was not cheap at all and there weren't that much many other options since Uber drivers did not accept the ride to the hotel. Room was outdated and a bit musty.
