Tomen en cuenta que las habitaciones son compartidas y algunos "rommies" son un poco desconsiderados, pero eso no es culpa del Hostel.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Super sauber Zimmer sowie Duschen und sonstige Gemeinschaftsbereiche. Auch wirklich gute Lage. Personal nett und auch alles auf Englisch erklärt. Das Gepäck konnte man auch noch nach den Check-out dort lassen und später abholen. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich sind vielen Infos zu Kyoto und zur Gegend allgemein was sehr hilfreich war.
Ich war mit allem zufrieden.

チェックイン時間を過ぎ、23時までに到着したのだが、インターホンを鳴らしても反応がなく結局泊まれずにネットカフェに行かざるを得なくなった。スタッフが仕事して無さすぎる。サービス業としておかしすぎる。今後、宿泊される方は考えた方がいい。もう二度と利用することはないだろう。

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Le Ryokan Hostel Gion est parfaitement situé et propose des chambres pour les familles, équipées d'une salle de bain.
La chambre est petite pour une famille de 4 personnes avec très peu d'espace pour ranger ses affaires. Le bruit des discussions dans la salle commune est assez dérangeant. Peut-être qu'une règle indiquant de limiter le bruit à partir d'une certaine heure serait appréciable.

衛浴間的清潔可以再加強,洗手枱的抹布吸水性不佳,很難把水漬擦乾.入住期間剛好有一問浴室壞了,好幾天沒修好.就遇到一次排隊等洗澡的狀況

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Love the location - beautifully settled in the enchanted old town. We walked around for hours, soaking in the sights and surroundings. Even in the rain it looks amazing. Our family room with private bathroom was simple but adequate for family of four. The common area was quiet and respectful. Enjoyed the macha drinks machine. Its well worth the stay if you are looking for something functional in the old part of Gion - the location does serve it well.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026ローソンストアやコインランドリーも近く非常に便利な場所。 何度も滞在しているけど観光地や電車の駅に近く移動しやすいです。 以前から何度かお会いしている受付の方の対応が（長年働いている方だと思います）丁寧でしっかり説明してくれてありがたいです。最近は日本人客が大幅に減っていますが日本人としての自分へ対応をしてもらえて当然嬉しいです。
滞在日に少し時間が変更する可能性があったり等の受付に尋ねたい事があるのですが、（以前からのを含め何度かあったのですが）電話対応をしてくれない時がほとんどだったので非常時に関して対応願いたいです。 様々な国から来る客人への対応もあって大変なのではと思いますが、せめて留守番電話対応と折り返し（日本国内での電話対応など）してもらえると助かると思います。携帯からのメールであってもメールでは即座に対応しきれないことも多いので何とか変更してもらいたいです。 観光客の使用するハンガーなどについて、観光地での使用に少し理想的だなと思う事がありました。そうした事への質問などもできないかなと思います。

Reviewed May 29, 2026I’ve stayed at Ryokan Hostel Gion several times and it’s a great place! Kind and friendly staff, great cleaning, comfortable and large beds, great location
I stayed for several weeks this time and the tiny kitchen corner is just not enough for that. The one pan an pot they have doesn’t work well to make meals. The pot is scraped at the bottom and it’s a health risk to end up eating particles of teflon. The pan is too large and doesn’t warm up well and there is no storage aside from the fridge.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Unbeatable location, on a street just outside of Gion. Cut through a small alleyway and you are right at the main Gion bridge. The bunks were solid walls which is good for additional privacy and quiet. The staff were super helpful, and helped me with my luggage transfer form which was greatly appreciated. 7 Eleven is a block or so away. It's very clean and tidy. Slippers and shoe cubby's are provided.
The bathroom is outside the dorm (for women) so don't forget your swipe card!

Spacious, beautiful, with great amenities and at an amazing location. Staff onsite. Very clean. They change towels everyday. I dont have enough compliments! Ps. I did everything on foot. It’s very central and close to a lot the main things to do.

10時頃になるとお部屋の電気が完全に消灯され、自分のスペースのベットにある照明で過ごすのですが、少し薄暗く、調節できるといいなと思いました。またコンセントが一つしかないので注意です。

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Amazing location and very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Laundry is located across the street and there is one machine on the top floor. Very clean and quiet. Private and clean showers and nice common area on main level.
Sometimes only 2-3 showers were open for use and there was a bit of a queue but only really impacted me on one night - otherwise completely loved the stay and would stay again!
