Viajamos con niños y realmente nos gustó mucho, las instalaciones están animadas con muchas actividades acuáticas y demás, actuaciones etc... que amenizó nuestra estancia. El personal es muy amable y agradable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Por contar una anecdota, destaco que mi hija comentó que le gustó un peluche del supermercado del alojamiento, pero no se lo compramos. El director, que vió que la niña quería el peluche, se lo regaló por sorpresa, dejandolo con la cajera reservado. Al día siguiente volvimos al super, y la cajera le dió a la niña el peluche con una nota del director personalizada!! nos pareció un detalle estupendo!! estamos muy agradecidas, y volveremos sin dudarlo!!!

Le prix est abordable et l’emplacement plutôt pratique. Malheureusement, ce sont les seuls points positifs que je retiens de ce séjour.

Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. Nous avons constaté la présence de cafards dans les chambres ainsi que dans les toilettes, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. L’accueil laisse également à désirer. Antonio, à la réception, s’est montré très désagréable. Même pour une simple demande de taxi, on avait clairement l’impression de le déranger. Concernant les serviettes, impossible d’en obtenir de nouvelles sans rendre les anciennes au préalable. La nourriture est également un gros point négatif. Beaucoup de produits ne semblaient pas frais. Je déconseille particulièrement les sushis et le poisson lors des soirées à thème asiatique si vous ne voulez pas risquer d’être malade pendant votre séjour. À noter également que la demi-pension ne comprend pas les boissons, même les sodas. La cantine est extrêmement bruyante, ce qui rend les repas peu agréables. Dans la chambre, la douche fonctionnait très mal : pommeau cassé et rempli de calcaire. Malgré plusieurs demandes à la réception et la promesse de venir le remplacer, 3 à 4 jours plus tard, rien n’avait été fait. Certes, le prix est bas, mais cela ne justifie absolument pas le manque d’hygiène, l’état des équipements, la qualité de la nourriture et le mauvais accueil. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

Horario de cena, cerraba a las 21:00...una vez mas el español es maltratado con horarios adaptados al de fuera y tuvimos la mala suerte de tener que matar 6 cucaracha la misma noche rulando por cortinas del apartamento....no sé de donde.saldrian.

Madre mía! LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA. De ahí de la cama había latas vacías, la comida mieditoooooo, la piscina la cerraron por una bacteria en pleno agosto. Horror limpieza, comida, instalaciones….! Todo lo que diga es poco. NO SE ALOJEN

La peor experiencia de mi vida, me han fastidiado las vacaciones. Latas debajo de la cama sin limpiar, aire acondicionado inexistente, parece q estas en un camping, la ducha no funciona, la comida es para perros y para finalizar en la piscina asquerosa una batería que se ponen a limpiar con ácido a las 17 de la tarde. Ese hotel debería estar cerrado por sanidad háganme caso, puse queja oficial.

We stayed here for a week on the 31st of July, we had a late flight so we got to reception at around 10:30pm, receptionist was very friendly and as we were all inclusive and missed dinner we were given a little bag with a sandwich, apple, biscuits and a drink. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which has a pull out bed downstairs in the living area and a double bed upstairs. The apartment has a fridge, air-con (in the upstairs bedroom only) which was needed as we were there during a heatwave, we needed the air-con running all the time to keep cool. Overall the apartment was great. The all inclusive food was a good standard but the restaurant got busy at popular times which meant people were queuing for fresh meat/fish etc. we also had a couple of things what were clot cold in the middle which I reported. It didn’t put me off the food as overall it was nice. The pool was always really busy and it was always difficult to get loungers, there were notes in the rooms saying you cannot save loungers but no one seemed to care, after the weekend it got a little easier to get loungers. The pool is beautiful and just the right depth for everyone with a life guard on duty all day. Entertainment was ok but nothing special, there were singers on 2 night and the other nights were quiz or karaoke. The entertainment team were busy with the kids (and adults) throughout the day/night with aqua gym and water polo etc. Overall I recommend this place and we really enjoyed our stay, the only issue I had was that our flight home was at 21:40 in the evening and we had to be out of the room for 10am, I requested a late checkout 2 times and I never got anywhere (kept saying it was unlikely as they were busy) we got a place to get cleaned up for 30 mins before our flight but, being in a heatwave from 10am till our coach at 18:35 was hard going considering we had no band from 12pm, had to buy drinks and snacks from the shop onsite, I think this could be dealt with better considering we arrived late on the Friday, we only got 6 days of all inclusive (although probably paid for7). Other than the late checkout issue the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly, we have no complaints about the welcome.However, the food options for going out to eat were always repetitive; we didn't really enjoy them.Too much noise from the chairs, it's impossible to stay and eat. Please try to do something to make the chairs quieter because it's not possible.Try to make an effort for the French, because there are no French-language activities, and I find that a real shame.Otherwise, the bungalows are really nice, the concept is very good, we have no complaints on that front.We are sorry, but we will not be returning to your hotel.

La zona de la piscina tiene poco césped, poca sombra y pocas sombrillas. Las tumbonas a pesar de estar prohibido reservarlas, estaban todas con las toallas puestas a las 10 de mañana sin haber nadie en ellas No pudimos disfrutar de tumbonas a la sombra ningún día, habiendo pagado lo mismo.

We have just had the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful resort and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. A special thank you to Satti on reception, who was absolutely amazing. She was always so accommodating, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had the best stay possible. She is a real credit to the resort. The resort itself was spotless, and the bungalows were so pretty, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everywhere was kept exceptionally clean, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice at every meal, and there was always something for everyone. The entertainment around the pool was brilliant and kept everyone entertained throughout the day. One thing that made us laugh was that everyone seemed to know us as “the Welsh family,” which made our holiday feel even more personal and memorable! Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and enjoyable holiday.

Family trip at Vistaflor Bungalows in San Fernando ! We knew from the moment we reached check in that we would be treated with respect and kindness. We are a mixed family. I’m African American from New Jersey and my Partner is German. Our little boss Diva 3 year daughter is mixed with an unlimited amount of energy . I can’t emphasize enough how helpful the staff was and how warm the atmosphere here is. From the room cleanliness to the food Services and everything in between Game activities,pool activities,children’s activities and the amazing weather everyday, it was an experience that will last a lifetime in our hearts. Thank you to all the staff I’ve grown to know personally. The food and beverage staff the front desk staff,the Vistaflor supermarket staff,the housekeeping staff,the bar staff,the pool cleaning staff, the front door security,the lifeguard staff and the staff working the children’s activities over the past two weeks and to those who helped and shared warm Smiles in passing. I would recommend Vista Flor and its prime location To anyone and everyone. Thank you all until we meet again.

Cheap and cheerful week away at Easter, check in very painless, staff great and help in any way they can, close to shops and Yumbos centre. Food average and rooms dated though, but for the price we paid it was well worth it

Just come back from a week at Vistaflor. Short trip from the airport, quite a long wait for our room (but this is expected with an early morning flight). We stayed in room 550, which overlooked the pool, it looked to have been recently renovated, was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was great, and there were always loungers available. Food, there was less choice than I’m used to, but was always of a good quality, including a choice of meats, potatoes and salad. I read a lot of the reviews before we went, but nowhere did any of them comment that this hotels clientele is mainly Spanish. This is not a major issue, but was louder than I am used to, with a lot of the activities and music also in Spanish. Location - it hasn’t got much around, so it’s a bit of a trek if wanting to browse shops, bars and restaurants. Staff - these were amazing, especially the lady on reception and all the bar staff, all friendly and approachable. For what we paid for the holiday, it was worth the money and overall we had a lovely time.

Fantastic hotel with the most amazing staff!! I felt safe and welcomed, the two guys at the bar couldn't do enough for me and my son always checking in on us and keeping the drinks topped up. Satti was lovely, and went out her way to make sure me and my son was ok, booked all our trips hassle free and helped with transport, Satti even text to make sure we got home safe after seeing me panic before leaving the hotel. I will be returning. Thank you for taken care of us on our first holiday. ❤️

El día que nos fuimos porque no aguantábamos más

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel, por desgracia, ha sido muy decepcionante. El primer día nos robaron una bolsa que habíamos dejado junto a la piscina. Además, el apartamento estaba lleno de hormigas desde nuestra llegada. Para empeorar aún más la situación, las sábanas de las camas estaban manchadas de maquillaje y pintura, dando una sensación de falta de limpieza e higiene desde el primer momento. Para rematar la estancia, el sábado por la tarde fuimos a bañarnos a la piscina y dejamos nuestras toallas en la hamaca. Al regresar, nos encontramos una fila de vasos sucios con restos de limón encima de una de las toallas. Fui a recepción para pedir una toalla limpia y la respuesta del empleado fue: “¿Y qué quiere que haga yo?”. Le contesté que, como mínimo, esperaba que me dieran una toalla nueva. Lejos de ofrecer una solución o disculparse, el trabajador se molestó por mi reclamación. A todo esto se suma el absoluto descontrol con las hamacas y sombrillas. Mucha gente las reserva durante horas e incluso se las lleva a los apartamentos para guardárselas, mientras el hotel no hace absolutamente nada para evitarlo. En general, da la sensación de que al personal no le preocupan los problemas de los clientes ni el buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones. Ha sido una estancia con cero tranquilidad y muy lejos de lo que esperábamos para unas vacaciones. No recomendaría este hotel en absoluto.

Repito por 2da vez y me da tranquilidad por que siento que mi hijo puede disfrutar de todo.

El ruido de los niños de otros bungalows hasta altas horas de la noche. Las cucarachas de mi bungalow 671 que cada dia me despertaba con 2 o 3 cucarachas nuevas.

The hotel is very outdated, both the furniture and bathroom are worn, interiors seems to be from 90s. Shower in a bathroom was literally fixed with a tape. We had half-board, and the worst part of our experience was food - slimy, lacking of flavor, often overcooked. We ended up eating outside. Staff at the reception can be rude sometimes, apart from one dark-haired super friendly lady. Perhaps, the hotel is more oriented for older group of people, that is the main population there, so for us it wasn’t a nice experience.

El trato de un socorrista fue al día siguiente de llegar que no era el mismo que el viernes,las Hamacas estaban colocadas tal y como las habíamos encontrado el mismo día que llegamos y el socorrista pasa con el carro se me queda un buen rato mirándome sin decir ni una palabra y soy yo la que le comento si hay algún problema y me dice no ve estoy esperando que se aparte de unas malas formas que se me quedó una mala sensación todo el finde no hacía otra cosa que ponerse cerca de uno ,vamos quería incomodar y lo conseguío . Habiamos código la estancia para desconectar y estar tranquila y sinceramente no fue grato .

3rd visit to Vistaflor. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. What makes this a great holiday is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. We are booking for next year already.

"We arrived during Easter week (Wednesday of Holy Week). There was a long queue for check-in, but that was expected as it was very busy. Accommodation: Our bungalow was adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable, including the double sofa bed for the kids. However, there is no air conditioning in the downstairs room, so it might get very warm in the height of summer. I struggled a bit with sleep due to the noise; the walls are paper-thin, so I wouldn’t recommend this for light sleepers! Also, the floors weren’t as clean as I’d like, so I’d suggest bringing house slippers. Dining: we were on a half-board basis. The kitchenette is equipped with essentials, and there are small supermarkets (Spar and Hyperdino) close by where we got lunch supplies. We thought the breakfast buffet was good—better than other reviews suggested. The dinner buffet was great from Wednesday to Sunday but went slightly downhill after the Easter weekend. There aren't many options for fussy kids, though pasta and chips are always available (and they loved the chicken nuggets one night!). The restaurant staff are all kind, courteous, and helpful. Pool & Beach: The 'sunbed wars' are real here! During Easter weekend, we went out at 7:30 am and not a single bed was free—we were shocked. The pool itself is huge and warm enough for the kids. Pool towels require a €10 deposit and a €4 charge to change them. We took a taxi to Playa del Inglés (€6 each way) and the free bus to the Maspalomas Dunes. Sun loungers at both beaches were €15 for four beds and one umbrella. Staff: A big shout-out to Satti for her insights—go to her if you need anything. A truly lovely lady! Overall, we had a pleasant holiday and would definitely go back!"

4th time of staying at Bungalows Vista Flor so that says it all. We paid extra for a poolside bungalow....worth every penny and would recommend to do so. Basic accommodation but everything you need. The location and facilities are excellent. Staff are lovely and friendly from maids to bar and restaurant staff. A special mention for Satti the receptionist who went above and beyond to answer all our questions and assist in all our requirements. Thank you.

Établissement vraiment sympa, avec un personnel agréable. Les petits déjeuners sont bons avec un buffet avec du salé et du sucré. Les bungalows sont bien équipés

Close to amenities, had a great quiet week until our last night where groups of adults arrived and were next door to our bungalow as well as opposite us , the noise that came from them was extremely annoying to the point we had to go to reception to make a complaint. I get other people are on vacation but they should also respect other residents as this went on till after 12 midnight where they were sat opposite us etc if this disturbed us then how many more were disturbed. The complex need to look into this as we all pay for our comfort and to have this taken away by a group of inconsiderate people.

What I liked: The location is nice. Short walk to Playa del Ingles and nice to make walks to the neighbourhood. In the kitchen was everything I needed. What I didnt like: The noice from the neighbours. If you are a light sleeper this is not the best place for you. You can here the sounds from outside and through the walls very easily. The bed was really old and ugly looking although comfortable to sleep. Overall the apartment was a bit old and shabby. Sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space nearby. The breakfast room is super noicy but the food quality was good. But having a breakfast there is not a moment that you enjoy because of the noice. The problem with this hotel for me is too many people in quite small pool area and in the breakfast room. I like more calm and peaceful places.

Disappointing and tatty. Food is very, very poor. No vegetarian main meal options so ended up eating out. Shame as we had paid all inclusive. Bar poorly manned and staff miserable. Rooms are tired. Best part was pool area

We stayed at Vistaflor for a full week during Zumba Camp 2026, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and safe. The entire environment is beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the pool area, and everything felt comfortable and well organized throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. A big thank you to Nourdin, Fran, Alberto, and Antonio, and also to the wonderful ladies at the hotel whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Awesome location. Great value for tge money. The service was top-level the whole week. The food and drinks were great, the entertainment was fun and lively, and the pool area created the perfect place to relax after long days of dancing. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean, and the staff were always accommodating whenever we needed anything. Hosting a large group like our Zumba Camp for an entire week is not easy, but the Vistaflor team handled it wonderfully. Their hospitality, positive energy, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a great week — we would happily come back again!

Not worth of the money. At night there is very rude male reception. But at day there is good customer service. Room and food is not worth of this money plus the pool😕

Very comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. The price is reasonable, the buffet is taste good, and the pool is nice.

The only downside is that the room we were assigned faces the back, where construction is going on.

A typical hotel/resort/bungalow in Canary Island, with normal rooms, not in the best conservation state, but they are ok. Is not new and the rooms needs a little bit maintenance but everything is clean and working. The sleep quality depends on your neighbor, because the wall allow the sounds from the other apartments and from in front also you can listen the persons talking. If your sleep quality depends of the noise, this is not a good place for you. The staff was always friendly and happy face, and ready to help you. The breakfast was good, but in a very noisy place because there is a lot of people talking.

Lovely small complex of two storey Bungalows, which although dated furniture, have all you need. Staff are very friendly and English speaking. Satti (not sure of spelling) the lady on reception was extremely lovely and helpful. She is an expat so she was fantastic to chat with. The only thing l would have liked in the bungalow was a privacy net behind the blackout curtains as most bungalows are closely overlooked. The pool area is good with plenty of sunbeds. Food was of a good buffet standard. Would visit this resort again if l was on the island.

We had a lovely stay. The bungalow park is a little outdated, but the great staff make up for it. Everyone was friendly and the animation team did a great job entertaining people. Maspalomas is a nice place, no pushy salesmen so far, only met with kindness. Around the corner is a botanical garden you can visit for free.

The place looks lovely but could really do with an upgrade of the facilities. Room was only cleaned superficially and could do with more care. There is a large restaurant near the pool but breakfast is in a very noisy breakfast room.

Der Pool darf nur zwischen 10h und 19h benutzt werden, ich hatte mich eigentlich auf morgendliches Bahnen ziehen vor dem Frühstück und ohne spielende Kinder gefreut. Das Essen war zwar gut und reichlich, aber ungeeignet für Vegetarier, da man oft nicht erkennen konnte, ob eine Beilage vegetarisch war oder nicht. Es gab sehr viele Fleischgerichte.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and good humoured. The grounds are very well maintained and around the pool is beautifully presented. Everything you need is right there including a restaurant and a mini supermarket.

The bathrooms could do with some upgrading.
