كل شيء كان رائع،،، الإقامة مريحة جداً وتعامل موظف الإستعلامات والحجوزات كان في قمة الأحترام والمهنية بالرُغم من حدوث مشكلة في إتمام عملية الدفع.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est vraiment gentil et accueillant, ce sont clairement les points positifs.

gros problème de propreté. La chambre était très poussiéreuse et l’hôtel en général ne donnait pas une impression de propreté, surtout au niveau de l’espace cuisine / petit-déjeuner. Nous avions payé en plus pour le petit-déjeuner, donc forcément on s’attendait à quelque chose d’un minimum complet. Au final : des tomates, un œuf, une sorte de pain et du thé. Franchement, pour le prix payé, c’était très décevant. En plus, l’endroit où le petit-déjeuner était préparé et servi n’était pas propre, donc ça ne donnait même pas envie de manger.

Не что а кто😊 Там работает одна милое создание Тамара. Если честно тот номер который меня предоставляли не понравился мне. И она предложила более комфортную большой номер без предварительный оплаты. Яна очень грамотна и правильно решила этот вопрос. Я её очень благодарна и очень ценю этот поступок её. Если честно если не она я бы не остался в этой отеле. Respect Tamara🙏🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location was convenient and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, those are the only positives I can think of.

We stayed for 4 nights and the experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra for a family room with kitchenette and kettle facilities, but were given a basic standard room instead. When I raised this with reception, the manager initially denied there was any problem. She then checked the booking system herself and could clearly see that we had booked a family room. Despite this, there was no apology. She actually seemed annoyed that I had complained and spoke to me as though I was asking for a free upgrade rather than the room I had already paid for. She initially told us to wait until the next day, and only after I insisted did she agree to move us later that evening. Very poor and unprofessional management. Communication was also difficult as most staff spoke very little English. Only one receptionist spoke decent English and was able to communicate properly with us. Breakfast was honestly a joke: a cold boiled egg, a small pastry, a tiny piece of cheese and packets of butter and honey. No coffee. Only Turkish tea.I’ve had better Tesco meal deals. Housekeeping was just as bad. On our third morning I specifically asked reception for our room to be cleaned. We were told it would be done around 3–4 pm. We returned at 4 pm and the room had not been touched. When I went back to reception, I was simply told the cleaning staff had already gone home.

Mycket trevligt personal. Hjälpsamma på alla sätt. Tummen upp för dom. Det gjorde hela upplevelsen kanon.

De kamers schoon en ruim- twee aaneengesloten familliekamer waren prima. Twee badkamers en goedwerkende airco. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontbijt was niet naar verwachting . Elke dag hetzelfde ontbijtbord met twee stukje tomaat, een ei, een stukje kaas en pakje honing. Niet voldoende voor een volwassene. Ook is er een cafertaria waar niets te verkrijgen is en niet echt functioneel is.

I like in the hotel everything! And Tamara the assistant woman was so helpful and kind! 😊 Thank you so much! From Europe, Hungary....

Personnel was friendly, location was good

Very noisy to the point that we were not able to sleep. Hotel was shiny but made cheap. Looks like it was going through some renovations.

The location, polite and friendly staff, comfortable room with everything you need, good breakfast. A great option for its cost. Lovely place! Especially for a 1-2 night stay. The location is good, close to the center, there are necessary shops and metro stations nearby. It is convenient to walk to the main destinations. Wonderful staff, Tamara at the reception is a very nice woman who will help with any question.

Room repairs should be refreshed, broken furniture replaced, and a little more attention should be paid to room cleanliness and bed linen.

Я второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, цена и качество отличное. Локация отеля - центральная улица, до станций метро Османбей и Шишли 5-7 минут пешком. Рядом торговый центр Джавахир, Нишанташи с множестом магазинов. Сам отель после ремонта, новая мебель, постель, кабельное телевидение. Сотрудники отеля очень очень дружелюбные и отзывчивае. Чай и кофе всегда есть в буфете. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам отеля Тамаре ханум, Бурак бею и Надир бею, которые проявляли отдельное внимание. Обязательно еще раз остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Lage zentral, Betten bequem, sauber, Personal sehr nett, gerne weiterzuempfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

hotel is in desperate need of renovation, everything is falling apart, but the biggest problem that they allow people smoke in the rooms so everything stinks, I had to wash all my clothes when i got back

Apartament foarte mare,exagerat de multe paturi dar doar 2 dormitoare, 2 living uri si 2 bai.Pret convenabil, locație liniștită.

Nu este in hotel, este la 3 străzi distanta intr un bloc, nu au parcare dar exista in apropiere cu plata si te ajuta sa ajungi la ea, nu au lift, am fost cazați la ultimul etaj din 3, curățenia lasa de dorit, nu se schimba nimic pe parcursul a celor 4 nopti, oferă o singura cheie pentru întrarea in bloc si apartament, prosoape insuficiente pentru 10 persoane,4 nopti, 2 perechi de papuci pentru 10 persoane...mai bine nu puneau, săpun in bai insuficient adică 2 degete in fiecare baie...detalii ce pot fi îmbunătățite. Au produse de curățenie...iti faci singur de când ajungi pana pleci. Este un apartament ce ar putea fi imbunatatit cu un minim efort si atenție sporita la curatenie, nu s detalii peste care nu poți trece iar prețul a fost unul atractiv.

The location is the only good thing

The room offered to me was an upgrade and was a suite which apparently was not cleaned There was no locker in the room. There were hair strands all over the bed. The bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty. The lamp had 3 bulbs but only 1 was working. There was no water bottle provided in the room. I had to explicitly go to the reception to ask for it. Only after that they sent someone with the small 2 bottle of 300ml. The lady that bought the bottles, opened the door directly without knocking. There was AC and TV in the room. But no remote. The same lady provided 2 remotes for the AC. One didn't work at all and the other one just turned on the AC with beep sound and the display of that remote was not working. The AC didn't cool at all even though the temperature on the display of the AC showed 18° C. Finally after all this when I decided to sleep around 11 pm, my body started itching. When I removed the blanket from the bed. The bedsheet had a lot of dirt and hair on it. So eventually I had to go to the receptionist and show him the rashes on my back. He then apologised and gave me a key for another room and asked me to shift my stuff to that room at midnight. In the new room also there was no remote for the AC. So I called the reception and asked to send the remote and the one they bought didnt work for the AC in the new room. So eventually I had to sleep without AC. The breakfast was cold since the plates were already prepared and kept on the table with limited items on the plate.

Just all round good person Saying that the whole staff have really been great.I can't fault anyone Everybody goes out of there way to make you comfortable and happy Little things like this takes away the pressures of travelling

The hotel treats you like a family member So nice and hospitable I've come back from a trip to Gallipoli and Troy and rebooked back to this friendly hotel and great location in Sisli Tamara in the front desk has been so helpful in information of where to go what to do in the neighbourhood And with tours She takes away all headaches

面对马路的房间噪音很大，洗手间淋浴龙头非常不好，里面没有茶杯、没有纸巾。

Great location in Şişli. Get off at Mecidiyekoy Metro and you can walk to the accommodation from there [straightforward] if you want to avoid taxi's and you're fit enough to walk. The staff were always friendly and helpful with recommendations and questions about the area. Breakfast was decent enough with plenty of cay [tea] and Türk kahvesi [coffee]. The overall room was okay if you're on a small budget and want to feel reasonably comfortable.

The WiFi was a bit patchy at times, so make sure you have an e-SIM data allowance prior to arriving. The room I booked could have been much better, especially considering it was a Level 3 upgrade from Booking.com. Air-conditioning was not working correctly and the radiators were on full blast, even though the outside temperature was 10c at the time [not too cold!]. The property is undergoing renovations and that is understandable, but more attention needs to be paid to rooms, and especially when you spot exposed electrical components [room phone socket] and screws above the headboard of the bed that don't look like they've any place there. Hotel has a bit more work to do, but they're on the right track.

Recomand acest hotel. 5 minute de mers pana la stația de metrou, de unde am plecat in cedirectie am vrut. 3 zile cat am stat cu familia, am călătorit numai cu metroul, madina a stat intr-o parcare , pe care am platit-o. Micul dejun , nu foarte diversificat, dar nu te ridicai flamand, am rugat să ne încălzească lapte, si alte facilități. Curățenie in fiecare zi, prosoape schimbate. Hotelul este pe un bulevard cu multe magazine, ne-am plimbat până la ora 24, fără nici o problema. Totul a fost super bine. Va mulțumim. Revenim cu încredere la acest hotel. Prețul a fost super bun.

Nu am obiecții.

Были в шоке первый день,когда заселили не в те апартаменты,которые мы хотели,однако на следующий день получили наш номер,и всё стало сильно приятней) в общем,идеально по соотношению цена/ качество, персонал на высоте, уборка по запросу качественно, огромное спасибо Тамаре, которая говорит по русски, ни на одну просьбу мы не слышали отказа. Рекомендую отель.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, largely because of the warm and caring staff. Tamara, along with two university students Obada and Abdul Hamid, were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always willing to assist us whenever we had any issues. Every time we approached the reception, Abdul Hamid and Obada would kindly come out from their desks to help us carrying the buggy, refusing to let us do it ourselves. There was a lift available to access the upper floors, which was very thoughtful. The hotel’s location was perfect—central and convenient, close to the Metro and bus station, making it easy for us to explore various attractions. I can’t fully express how much I enjoyed my time at this property. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again, mainly because of the wonderful staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and included a balcony, which was lovely for enjoying a cup of tea in the late evening. My two children enjoyed playing in the room as well. Overall, this experience was filled with kindness and comfort, making my stay truly special.

Very friendly staff, especially manager Tamara - she offered to us move to bigger and more comfortable room absolutely without any charges. If need anything, staff always is ready to help you. Perfect 👏👏 Superior room contains kitchen and washing machine - quite comfortably for long term staying

Floors (laminate) isn't in good condition at the rooms. But I saw personally that laminate replacement works are in progress and I guess in short time all rooms will have new floors

This was my first visit to Istanbul, and I was lucky to choose this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had a street view, and the hotel was close to all essential services and on the main street.

I woke up in the middle of the night and my whole body was covered in bites and itching. I found insects in my bed! At 2 a.m., a hotel employee moved me to another room. I told him I wanted a refund and compensation for the bites. He said he was very sorry and the manager would meet with me the next day. The manager didn't meet with me the next day or the day after that. Upon my return, I asked Booking.com for help. The reply was that the hotel wouldn't refund my room or provide any compensation. I had to take time off work to see a doctor, and later I bought insect bite ointment. This hotel ruined my visit in Istanbul and generated significant costs. As for other issues with the room... it was very noisy, the toilet flush was broken, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the air conditioning didn't work. Avoid this place!

The hotel was wonderful in every sense of the word. The staff were friendly, especially Tamara, who was very helpful to us, as was the employee Ahmed. They gave us a good welcome. Tamara helped us with everything. The hotel is clean and quiet, suitable for long holidays. We are regulars at the hotel on all our trips in Istanbul, and they gave us a gift on our last trip.
