Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Die Lage ist perfekt-nur wenige Meter entfernt,befindet sich eine belebte Einkaufsstraße und auch ein Einkaufszentrum. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen,wenn wir nochmal nach Porto kommen.

De bedden zijn klein voor lange mensen (1.80m en 1.90m). Ook viel de douche tegen, er was bijna geen waterdruk. Dit zou komen door werkzaamheden verderop.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Lage ist perfekt um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20Min am Strand. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Liegen im Garten sind alle defekt, diese könnten wirklich mal ausgetauscht werden. Hat aber dem Aufenthalt natürlich keinen Abruch getan.

Que se escuchaba cuando caminaba el vecino de arriba y crujían las maderas. No dormimos bien. El sofa-cama no lo pude usar, porque cuando lo quise abrir, estaba roto y se notaba que hace mucho tiempo que estaba así porque tenia la tela rasgada.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Een mooi en ruim appartement met vriendelijke, behulpzame medewerkers. Ze staan direct paraat bij een probleempje. Ze boden een ticket aan waarmee je korting krijgt op het parkeren in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage. Goede bedden. Het appartement is volledig ingericht met keukenwaar. Op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden (20 - 30 minuten). In de nabijheid van restaurants, een winkelstraat, bakkers en de Bolhão-markt. Er is een tuin met ameublement.
Het ontbijt wordt geleverd door een externe bedrijf en is eentonig en eenvoudig. Het wordt in een papieren zakje voor de deur gezet.

The apartments are on a very busy and noisy road. Okay if you have an apartment at the back of the property but not so good if you're in one that overlooks the road. We stayed during a hot spell so only solution was to close the windows and shutters and turn on the air-conditioning so we could sleep.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The property was in a good location for the market and several bars and restaurants. You had a 20 minute walk to the river and the main attractions but that was fine. Property was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
There were 2 glass hanging bedside lights which were dangerous as they were too low and you kept hitting your head on them. Also even though there was a dishwasher which we didn’t really need, there was no plug in the sink so very hard to wash up.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026We loved this place. We only had one night before we moved to another hotel, but this place was so amazing we actually wished we could stay longer here. It was great for two couples, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom downstairs, one in the bedroom). The interior was very cute - a mix of modern and historic. It had a great balcony and a yard downstairs. The place was very quiet, even though it was near one of the busiest streets. The location was AMAZING - cafes, shops, public transport - everything was close and comfortable. The check-in was also very easy - the office is right downstairs and the staff is available online all the time. They even bought us breakfast in the morning, which was very cute.
The bedrooms were small, and there wasn't a window in one bedroom - there was a glass wall so the light came in, but to get some air you had to leave the door open, but that was okay for one night. All in all, the apartment was airy and comfortable.

There was no elevator in the property. We had to carry 3 suitcases up to the third floor. The is also no washing machine in the property. We had to go to the nearby laundromat. The property is also on a street where your ride won’t be able to drop or pick you up. You have to walk to/from a nearby intersection.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Wat een fijn appertement, midden in het centrum. Je loopt zo overal naar toe. Fijn dat er airco is. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede tips qua restaurants, super dat ze een taxi van en naar het vliegveld regelen en dat je, je spullen onder toezicht daar op dag van aankomst en vertrek even mag neerzetten. Aanrader voor stedentrip in Porto!!

Roomy living area with garden view incorporating a well-equipped kitchen and two good bathrooms; i.e. one for each couple including an ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms. All supported by excellent communications and helpful advice from Maria and Alina at reception. Highly recommended.
Not at all an issue for us but would not recommend to persons with mobility constraints, as apartment is on 3rd floor (no lift) and both bedrooms are accessed by stairs from the living area.

As the floors are wooden noise from guests above can be a little intrusive, not enough to Put me off rebooking if back in Porto.

The reception staff could not have been more helpful, but the street in which the hotel and parking are located is so busy. We were lucky to find a gap in which to park whilst we got the keys. Clearer instructions would be most useful. The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was truly well equipped with all one could need.
Noise from across the street from the supermarket loading bay through the early hours. Hardly the fault of the hotel and to be expected in a city centre location.

Reviewed May 3, 2026De tudo. Localização - muito perto da R Santa Catarina, mesmo no centro. Comodidades - para além do essencial, tem máquina de lavar roupa e loiça. Garagem - mesmo em frente, custo à parte. Tem um jardim muito bonito na parte de trás do edifício. Simpatia e disponibilidade da Sra. Maria.
Nada a apontar.

Solamente il bagno che era piccolo, ma pulito ed addirittura il set di biancheria per mia figlia neonata.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026There was some difficulty getting into the location because of Freedom Day - not their fault. Paulie parking was very close. We weren't offered breakfast.
There were no elevators and we were on the second floor.

Ficamos no quarto n°2 na primeira noite correu tudo bem, na segunda noite provavelmente entraram hóspedes para o andar de cima e acordei por volta da 00:00 com imenso barulho de alguém a andar de um lado para o outro ouvia-se estrondosamente os passos de quem estava em cima, para não falar das obras logo de manhã que devia ser perto e ouviamos tudo.
