Blackout curtains (or even any curtains) would be a great plus, as there are many windows and the room gets light pretty early. Besides that, maybe some furniture in the shared area for guests to socialize / eat outside the rooms would be nice.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Kaldığımız daireden her anlamda çok memnun ayrıldık. Kaldığım odanın harika bir bahçesi vardı, odadaki klima çok iyi çalışıyordu ve dolap alanı gayet yeterliydi. Evde ütü mevcuttu; çamaşır makinesi de var ancak kullanılamadığı söylrndi, bunu bilerek gelmekte fayda var. İçeride ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Özellikle ortak alanların düzeni harikaydı; mutfaktaki buzdolabından mutfak dolaplarına kadar her oda için ayrı raflar bölünmüştü. Odaların isimlerle ayrılmış olması da çok tatlı bir detaydı. Temizlik her gün düzenli yapıldı, daire oldukça sakin ve huzurluydu. Konumu ise kelimenin tam anlamıyla merkeziydi. Ev sahibimizle iletişim kurmak inanılmaz kolaydı, attığımız her mesaja anında cevap verdi. Ayrıca çıkış yaptıktan sonra bavullarımızı emanet bırakmamıza da müsaade ettiler. Çok sevdik, severek ayrıldık!
Konaklama süresince iletişim iyi olsa da check-out sonrası bavullarımızı alırken bizi üzen bir durum yaşandı ve bunu iletmemize rağmen nezaketen bir cevap alamadık; ayrıca duşakabin içinde bir raf eksik ve evdeki çamaşır makinesi var görünmesine rağmen kullanılamıyor.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026El anfitrión, aunque no lo he visto en persona, ha estado muy atento a todo y responde con mucha rapidez ante cualquier cuestión. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y es muy nuevo y está muy limpio. Han prestado atención a todos los pequeños detalles (botiquín, productos de higiene femenina, pequeños bricks de leche para el café o té...). La habitación tiene mucho espacio de almacenamiento para la ropa y el equipaje.
Nuestra habitación no tenía baño en suite y eso le resta un poco de comodidad, aunque eso es algo que ya sabía al reservar.

Everything. We were misled by the accommodation listing; what we got was nothing like what we had chosen and paid for based on the photos in the ad. We didn't even go into the room—it was so small that we left right away and didn't check in. And they kept our money; they didn't give it back.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό Rossio και το διαμέρισμα τα είχε όλα. Έχει κοινή κουζίνα και κοινόχρηστο χώρο, είχαμε δικό μας μπάνιο στο δωμάτιο.
Είχαμε το Green room. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άβολο. Βουλιάζαμε κυριολεκτικά μέσα. Το πρωί ξυπνούσα με πόνους. Πολύ δυσάρεστο, ειδικά όταν έχεις κάνει χιλιόμετρα εξερευνώντας τη Λισαβόνα.

In the filter I asked for places with parking included and in the end there was no parking there but at a distance of 15-20 min walk and was of course not included. I found that Praca Morits has a closer parking and used it after.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Nice location with additional amenities in kitchen for the guests. The apartment is in really nice condition and properly furnished the accessible/shared areas. Also, the apartment managers were really friendly and helpful for the checkout arrangements as well as they were in touch to confirm that we managed to enter the building/apartment.
The given room was not the same one as any of the pictures(it was a bit smaller with only two side beds and cupboards for clothes). Indeed, there is a problem with the noise within and outside of the house but the host provides earplugs.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Wie es schien war an der Wand zum Bad ein Bild auf Höhe des Fußbodens angebracht, um etwas zu kaschieren. Leider war die Straße sehr laut. Das Bad, welches wir uns mit einem weiteren Paar geteilt hatten, war KLEIN, die Dusche hatte Stock-/Schimmelflecken und die WC-Spülung ging kaputt. Alles in allem ungepflegt ☹️ Die Küche hatte 2 Barhocker, jedoch keinen Tisch.

The WiFi was often unstable; we started watching a movie, and the streaming was interrupted 3-4 times in a 20-minute window - in the end, we quit. Also, the bathroom towels could be a bit bigger. The street below is a busy one, and there was some noise, but nothing too unbearable, just something to keep in mind.

La chambre est extrêmement bruyante ! La rue est passante jour et nuit, tant pour les piétons que pour les voitures. Impossible de dormir sans les bouchons d’oreille (fournis). Il n’y a pas de table ni de chaises dans la maison, cela manque dans la chambre. Et le plus important : nous avions choisi ce logement car il était indiqué avec parking dans nos critères de recherche, mais ce n’est pas du tout le cas ! Après réservation, on vous envoie dans des parkings souterrains de la ville, qui sont lointains et chers (22€ les 17h, et maximum pour 24h). Logement à déconseiller absolument pour les gens qui viennent en voiture.

Cocina totalmente equipada y siempre con leche fresca en la nevera, galletas cereales y cafe o té para los huéspedes que quisieran comer algo totalmente gratis, un gran detalle.

1. the street is a bit noisy at night since there is a bar across the street. They provided earplugs and with them i had a good sleep.
