Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Chose this hotel based on the great reviews - and they were absolutely right! The hotel is wonderful, with clean and tidy rooms. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. When we accidentally left our headphones in the room after checkout, the staff contacted us immediately. Such an amazing experience overall

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025First business trip to Xi'an - the weather is extremely hot, but the hotel is absolutely wonderful! So convenient - just a quick taxi ride from the airport. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. What really stood out was how every staff member greeted me with genuine warmth and smiles.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—it’s super convenient and super close to the airport. I flew in from LA, and the whole place feels brand-new. The breakfast? Oh my gosh, the selection is insane! They’ve got everything you could want. The room isn’t huge, but it’s seriously cozy, spotlessly clean, and just really comfortable. 10/10, would totally stay here again!

Reviewed Sep 20, 2024I will definitely stay there again as long as they are able to keep up the standard.
