Lovely hostel in a great location for commuting. Great common areas, rooms were well equipped (without the need for adaptor plugs). Nearby cute spots for brunch, drinks and close laundry services. Everyone was super welcoming , especially Leo who checked me in :)

I had a great experience at Onefam! The atmosphere was amazing, and it was really easy to meet people and make new friends, especially if you are travelling solo. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help, especially Maddy. I really enjoyed the social activities and the overall vibe of the hostel, it genuinely felt like being part of a small community rather than just staying somewhere for a few nights. The location was also perfect for exploring London. I would definitely recommend Onefam to solo travellers who want to meet people, have fun and enjoy the city. I would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed at Onefam for a weekend and it was a perfect experience, all the rooms and bathrooms were super clean amd tidy. All staffs were super lovely, helpful and friendly especially Leo who was an amazing guy

Vibes and staff were fantastic! Big shout out to Mikey who really took care of me from the moment of check-in all the way through to check-out. Whole team was great and hostel social culture was well cultivated to be very inclusive but not intrusive into personal space when you needed it.

No AC in rooms at all. Rooms were blistering hot at night times despite small fans. Having to wear the wrist band everywhere made me aware that I could become a target for robbery or general harassment, perhaps there could be a better system to identify hostel-goers?

Staff was helpful, friendly and always made sure we were having a great time. There were guided tours and dinner provided for free everyday as well as drinking games and nights out in cool spots in the city. This made it easy to connect with people and be part of a team! Bathrooms were cleaned everyday and beds were comfortable. Met good and fun people in my time there including the lovely staff! I totally recommend!!

I had such an amazing stay at Onefam Notting Hill! The atmosphere is incredible, everyone is so welcoming, and it really feels like a little family rather than just a hostel. A special shoutout to the three amazing sisters — Saša, Meg and Lara! ❤️ They were all so friendly, kind and fun, and genuinely made my stay even more memorable. Their energy and hospitality are something I’ll definitely remember. If you’re staying in London and want a hostel where you can meet great people and feel at home, I 100% recommend Onefam Notting Hill! 🇬🇧✨

Definitely the social vibe! It was so easy to meet new people, especially during the free dinners, drinking games and nights out. It made my first solo trip such a great experience. The staff were amazing, friendly, enthusiastic and made everyone feel welcome. The tours with Christoph were also super fun.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πανέμορφη.. Το Notting Hill ήταν ασφαλές, ήσυχο και πολύ γραφικό. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο, βοηθητικό και φιλικό χωρίς να σε φέρει σε δύσκολη θέση. Ο Lee, ο Leo και ο Mickey είναι φανταστικά παιδιά. Οι περίπατοι που κάνουν κάθε πρωί πολύ ευχάριστοι και ιδανικοί για να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη. Ο Christoph ήταν υπέροχος ξεναγός και φωτογράφος! Επίσης, το φαγητό στο δείπνο ήταν πάντα νόστιμο και ήταν μία όμορφη ευκαιρία να γνωρίσεις κόσμο και να κοινωνικοποιηθείς.

Το μέγεθος του δωματίου είναι κάπως στενό και τα μπάνια είναι λίγα σε σχέση με τον αριθμό των φιλοξενούμενων.

It was my first time in London and my second time staying in a hostel (my first experience was just three weeks earlier in Lisbon), and it was such a great experience! First of all, the welcome was so warm and friendly (shoutout to Lucy! 🫶). As an introvert, this is really important for me to feel comfortable and at ease.The hostel is also in a great location, which is definitely a big plus! And finally, the activities, nights out, parties, etc. are just amazing and make it so easy to meet people and really get into the London atmosphere! It was honestly a great experience and I highly recommend it! P.S. As a woman travelling solo, I felt completely safe, even though I stayed in a mixed dorm and used mixed bathrooms.

The staff were fantastic — really friendly and welcoming. I loved the environment and the energy the people there brought; it made the whole experience feel special. Lucille in particular really made me feel welcome, and I'd happily recommend this hostel to anyone in need of accommodation.

The location was amazing, it was a quiet and pretty central neighborhood with lots of good coffee shops near by. Also the staff from hostel can help you with their recs. Mickey and Magda were one of the most kind people I ve met and also they know how to have fun and be sure you ll not be bored while going out with the hostel. Also Leo was a really nice surprise his predrinking games are always lit but Lee was also doing a great job. Lucy and Sasha are also angels. Left with really nice memories and hope to come back soon. For my very first solo trip, I would definitely recommend this hostel. I already had some activities planned for the week I went, but I made changes so I could join group activities! The staff and volunteers working there are truly top-notch! I received excellent help and had the best days ever! I miss it already! Thank you, Mikey, Maggie, Leo, Lee, Andressa, Giulia, Nat, and all the other amazing staff! I will be back!

A social hostel and the stuffs were helpful

The only positive aspect of our stay was the location. The hostel is in Notting Hill, a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and shops nearby. It's also very easy to reach the rest of the city using public transportation.

Our stay was very disappointing, and unfortunately we would not recommend this hostel. The dorm was far too small for the number of beds, leaving almost no space to move around. The room was also very dirty, especially under the beds, which clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Most of the lockers didn't even have working locks, meaning not everyone had a secure place to store their belongings. Another major issue was the keypad on our room door, which barely worked. We reported it to the staff, but nothing was done. By the next morning, guests had started leaving the door propped open because it was so difficult to get in and out. The bathrooms were also poorly designed, with very few usable power outlets and little privacy. Although we knew this was a party hostel, the noise level was excessive, with loud music continuing late into the night and making it difficult to sleep. After we had already checked out, the hostel contacted us asking about our stay and encouraging us to leave a review. We replied that we had not enjoyed our stay. Instead of asking what had gone wrong or how they could improve, they simply said they were sorry to hear that and asked us not to leave a review. Overall, we would not stay here again and would not recommend this hostel.

I had a great stay at Onefam notting hill. The location is convenient, and it's easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Notting Hill. The staff team were friendly and considerate, for example, they shared a list of great nearby brunch spots, which I really appreciated. Although I only stayed there for one night, I found the bed more comfortable than those in many other hostels. The bathrooms and showers were also clean.

La posizione era perfetta. Il quartiere molto tranquillo, lontano dal caos del centro! I ragazzi puliscono i bagni e gli spazi comuni sia di giorno che di notte, quindi nonostante gli spazi siano utilizzati da tanti ragazzi, mi è sembrato che tutto fosse pulito (ovviamente nei limiti possibili, dato che alloggiano lì molte persone che utilizzano i servizi costantemente). Ci sono ogni giorno tour guidati o serate organizzate. Io non ho partecipato a tutte le iniziative, anche perché soggiornavo solo una notte, ma comunque é ottimo per chi viaggia da solo.

Ho passato solamente una notte nell’ostello, purtroppo la notte è stato difficile dormire per dei rumori di passi al piano superiore, fino alle prime ore del mattino. Mi rendo conto che gestire il silenzio in strutture così affollate è difficile. Se avessi avuto dei tappi per le orecchie sarebbe sicuramente andato meglio 😅

Rooms were small and storage was not ideal, the bathrooms were not kept clean and were also very small. Prior to our arrival we were unable to modify our checkout date which was frustrating, property told us to contact Booking, Booking told us to contact property but there was no resolution.

We had an excellent stay. A special thanks to Michael for his warm welcome, and to the entire staff, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. The atmosphere was great and location is perfect, right in the heart of Notting Hill, with shops and the metro just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hostel!

O hostel tem uma localização excelente, em um bairro lindo, cercado por estações de metrô e pontos de ônibus, o que facilita muito o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos de Londres. Além da estrutura, o hostel oferece uma programação super divertida e acolhedora, com atividades que vão desde passeios noturnos pela cidade até visitas em grupo às principais atrações turísticas. A equipe e os hóspedes são extremamente receptivos e fazem você se sentir em casa desde o primeiro dia. Minha estadia foi ótima! ❤️

The staff really makes this place! They were so welcoming and friendly. It was also easy to meet other travelers. I really liked the location - quiet area close to the tube station, bus stations, and walking distance to MANY places to eat. Also walking distance to Kensington Palace/gardens and Hyde Park. The area felt safe as a solo female traveler. It was easy to climb onto the top bunk, and beds had a curtain, outlet, and personal light. Nice common area that I was able to hang out in until check-in. I didn't partake in family dinner, but I think it's great that it was offered! The entire hostel was VERY clean.

One of the worst mattresses and pillows in all the hostels I've stayed in. Walls are thin and noise travels. I didn't like that I had to go to a separate floor to use bathroom/sink or find a shower. No air conditioning, though I'm assuming this isn't such a problem if you don't come in July.

Já tinha ficado em hostels dessa rede, e como de costume, fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários sempre muito extrovertidos. Queria mostrar para minha esposa essa experiência de ficar num hostel social e foi tudo excelente.

Apesar de já termos sido avisados antes, tinha muita escada, eu não ligo, mas quem liga, tipo minha esposa, não curtirá muito essa parte.

The property is in a great location and was easy to find. Despite the hot weather (which was completely beyond the team’s control) everything else was excellent. The staff were welcoming, and I had a great overall experience. A special shout out to Leo and Lucile for making me feel so welcomed.

Beds were comfortable and staff are extremely friendly. Very easy to socialize with others but there is also no pressure to if you are not feeling up to it. Located in a great and safe neighborhood of London.

Room got pretty hot during London heatwave but found that to be the case inside many businesses and museums around the city as well.

This is such a fun hostel! There is a strong sense of community and ensuring everyone is looked after and having a good time. There are free guided activities everyday and we were given a free dinner and went to the pub with the hosts and guests. There is no pressure on you to participate either if you just want to chill out! The staff were helpful and Lucille in particular gave us a really warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. We booked a private room and loved it. It was clean, spacious, away from the noise of the shared rooms, and had a big window and fan to keep the heat at bay. Notting Hill is a lovely neighbourhood within central London and there are plenty of shops and eateries around. Had a great time and would've stayed a few more nights if we knew how fun it was.

Los baños mixtos estaban asquerosos la mayor parte del tiempo, la cocina y áreas comunes estaban descuidadas (tanto así que en la nevera había comida de otros huéspedes que habían hecho el check out muchos días atrás… además de haber una CHANCLA en el refrigerador). Era absolutamente asqueroso. No estuve cómoda durmiendo ya que en la habitación hacía muchísimo calor y que se escuchaba mucho ruido todo el rato, ya que el hostel fomenta el alcoholismo por lo que no era raro encontrarte borrachos por la madrugada que acababan de volver de su excursión de pubs y que hacían mucho ruido. Estaría bien que se fomentase un ambiente más chill y actividades más variadas, ya que en la tarde lo único que había disponible era “drinking games” y “tour de pubs” que estaría bien si vas con un plan de emborracharte todos los días, pero como no era mi caso pues no lo disfruté, de hecho me molesto bastante que mis compañeros de habitación entrasen a altas horas de la madrugada muy borrachos y haciendo mucho ruido. Además, tienen un grupo de WhatsApp donde solo se dedican a poner cosas bastante fuera de lugar, como promocionando actividades de índole sexual y el personal del hostel apoyando esas actitudes es vergonzoso. Deberíais poner baños para mujer y para hombre, porque es bastante incómodo para una mujer salir de la ducha y encontrarte con varios hombres desconocidos. No volvería ni loca.

Location, people, everything. 2nd time here and it’s definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in.

Only fault I can say is how hot my room 102 was but that was because I was in London during a heatwave so there isn’t much that they can do to help that.

The staff were very welcoming, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the underground. The dinner was delicious, and the events are great for meeting new people.

The staff were really welcoming and set up many hostel activities for all the people staying which made the experience for me way better than I would've imagined. In just a few days I felt like not only had I made so many new friends with the people staying, but with the staff as well.

Staff were super friendly, everything was clean and comfortable. There were lots of activities like shared dinner, karaoke and museum visits. Other guests were respectful and quiet when they returned to the room late at night.

Some of the toilets were a bit cramped and the showers had only rain shower heads.

Por mas de que yo no sea una persona que le gusta salir, que tengan la predisposición de invitar de fiesta a los huespedes para generar mas cercania entre ellos esta buenisimo y lo rescato mucho. Las instalaciones muy buenas, muy limpias y el personal muy atento.

Las duchas son pequeñas y no tienen un espacio seco privado entonces se dificulta un poco bañarse y cambiarse comodamente. Hacia mucho calor en la habitación (justo fui en la ola de calor) y solo habia un ventilador que no alcanzaba.

Me gustó más la atención, desde la recepción y la comodidad en las habitaciones, el lugar fue facilísimo de ubicar y de trasladarse 😊

Bien, mañana hago este free walking tour, que me recomendas hacer desp?  Planifiquemos Amsterdam ahora. Llego el martes a las 11am. Que puedo hacer ese dia? También pensa teniendo en cuenta que el miércoles a la mañana hago un free tour (te dejo la foto con las paradas) y a las 14.30 tengo reserva para la fábrica de Heineken, por ende no se que tanto tiempo tengo  Ese es uno que encontré. Cual debería elegir ahi si tengo el de half care?  Empecemos a planificar Berna. Llego mañana domingo tipo 3 o 4 de la tarde y me voy lunes a las 12.30. Que puedo hacer? Me conviene este free walking tour o mejor lo hago sola para no perder tanto tpo? Perfecto. Tu alojamiento está bastante bien ubicado: 📍 Breitenrain Viktoriastrasse 21 Estás: a unos 15–20 min caminando de la estación central, y a unos 10–15 min caminando del casco histórico. Así que podés hacer prácticamente todo a pie. Plan optimizado para tu tiempo Domingo (llegás 15–16 hs) 16:00 – Dejar equipaje 16:30 – Caminar hacia el centro Guardá estos puntos en Maps en este orden: Zytglogge Marktgasse Bern Minster Nydegg Bridge Bear Park Todo eso te lleva unas 2 horas tranquilamente. 18:30 – Lo más importante de Berna 📍 Rosengarten Desde Bear Park subís unos minutos. Esta es la foto que suele aparecer en las postales: toda la ciudad medieval, el río Aare, los techos rojos. Si el clima acompaña, es probablemente el momento más lindo de tu estadía en Berna. Noche Bajás caminando nuevamente hacia: Zytglogge, Kramgasse, casco histórico iluminado. La ciudad de noche tiene mucho encanto. Lunes Como tu tren a Ginebra es a las 12:30, yo haría: 8:30 Desayuno. 9:30 Paseo corto por: 📍 Bundesplatz y alrededores del Parlamento. 10:30 Volver al alojamiento. Retirar equipaje. 11:15 Salir hacia la estación.

Das Personal ist eine 10/10, super freundlich, immer hilfsbereit. Es ist immer etwas geboten im Hostel, am Abend meines Aufenthaltes gab es ein leckeres Abendessen, wirklich zu empfehlen. Man kam dort mit den anderen Reisenden super ins Gespräch, auch da das Hostel eine Altersbeschränkung hat und man auf viele aufgeschlossene Gleichaltrige trifft. Insgesamt eine sehr lockere, entspannte Atmosphäre, man kann sich dort als alleinreisende Frau sicher und wohl fühlen. Auch in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Badezimmern gab es keine unangenehme Situationen. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Das Zimmer war für 8 Betten sehr klein, wurde sehr kuschelig da mehrere Personen mit großem Gepäck da waren. Wurde auch schnell sehr warm, aber es wurde mit einem Ventilator für Abkühlung gesorgt In den Duschen direkt gibt es leider keine Ablagen für persönliche Gegenstände oder Kleidung

Reception staff are really friendly and helpful, the hostel is very social with lots of activities, and it’s nice knowing they have other Onefam hostels in different countries too.
